I've always had a good experience with them servicing my CPAP. Knowledgeable and great billing practices.

I was a Foothill Medical Supply customer for 3-4 years. Excellent service! !!BUT!! New owner, Linn Care has made no personal contact with me. They sent me a form letter, followed by a large box of a type of sleep equipment I no longer use, even though my Sleep Doctor sent the new specific order to a local Salem supplier. Foothill changed their name and let me know their name changed. A form letter (yes my equipment is showing wear and tear), then this big box which is nothing like my sleep MD ordered. This new place is night and day different. They used to call and ask what I needed, even send out a sleep tech to make sure everything was OK. Communication with them now is nothing like Foothill Medical Supply who would consistently answer the phone in 3-4 rings. A sleep tech would come to my house to make sure everything was perfect. THOSE DAYS ARE OVER! LinCare Customer service is terrible! I called them today, mid-morning on a weekday, not a holiday. I waited on hold today 15 minutes and 28 seconds, "your call is very important to us; our staff is busy assisting other callers and will be with you shortly". Nobody ever answered at all. I gave up. LinCare doesn't seem to care. Never talked to anyone. A form letter and I get equipment I no longer can use. Hello, Medicare? read more

No longer in business as of 4/17/2024. They are now a sleep technology company. Medicare need to remove from their suppliers of mobility scooters. read more

I have been a customer with foothills for approximately two years and my mother approximately one year. We have had wonderful experiences with them! Very kind very helpful and processes our orders quickly. I wish all the businesses I dealt with were this incredible. However, I just called to get supplies, and was greeted with an automated voice. I received a call back, from somebody who could barely speak English! Telling me I had never been a customer of foothills.!! since I was a "new customer" , i would need to speak with someone else who would call me later! I'm guessing foothills sold out and their customers were never notified...? Not happy at all about that. read more

Have used Foothills off/on over the past 12 years and continue to be blown away (GOOD THING) by there exceptional support! Here's an example: I have a new biPap machine and was packing for a flight where I needed to leave at 4am, so I was packing up the machine around 2am and the humidifier was stuck.... was afraid I'd break it trying to pry it loose. After about an hour and watching YouTube videos -no progress. So, now at 3am I called Foothills and as expected got their late night answering machine. What was surprising is that someone actually called me back about 15 minutes later! And, before calling me, they had contacted my equipment rep - Julius - who stops by my house to deliver supplies and show me how to use the equipment. Then another 15 minutes later I get a call from Julius!!!! This is 3:30am!!!!! Everyone at this company has been exceptional! Except one person (gotta be fair and balanced)... One night I called around 8pm and the guy who answered seemed really grumpy and slightly argumentative. WOW! That's really weird! Never experienced anything like that before with Foothills. But, the guy followed up exactly as promised and echoed back my concern with insurance that they were dealing with (this is the concern where I felt confrontation previously). Ultimately his service was excellent and he took care of the issue. Best, I can figure is that perhaps he was have a "bad day" or just had a long string of challenging calls. That's the worst experience and it turned out to be exceptional service! So, they're real people too, not just exceptional robot humans! They deliver to my home. They always follow up They sort out the insurance issues They keep me advised of any insurance concerns They are NICE and FRIENDLY!!! on... on... FootHills is one of the best companies I've dealt with in my entire 61 years! Their rep just left my home dropping off a new mask and just had to find a place to leave a note. I would recommend this company to anyone, anywhere they provide service. I tell my doctor and nurse every time I see them... This Co is one of the worst businesses I've worked w in my 45 adult yrs. Essential the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing . My MD placed an order to renew and replace my CPAP Oct 2019. Foothills delayed processing of paper work my MD sent . Got things very mucked up . After numerous calls . Of which I'd speak w someone . A message would be taken and I advised I'd receive a call back next couple of days which rarely happened . My last call made over a month ago. Was returned today 6/30 to set things up. I've utilized foothill medical supply prior to this in getting very personal supplies as well as a wheelchair in my size the gentleman home made the last two deliveries was so very professional and explained every detail on how the medical supply worked how to utilize it even by myself and prepared the equipment for my exact measurement as well as ease of use. In prior to them allowing me to go home they again asked if I had a preference on which medical supply and the first thing out of my mouth was Foothills Medical Supply. I happen to have their pen that they gave me last time they were at my home. I gave that information to the hospital personel, I then called Foothill Medical and they immediately prepared the order which as soon as it was in my home and set up I would be released. They gave me a timeframe on which they'd be delivering and a tutorial on how to use the equipment. Exact, professional, kind and personable knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Not bad all in all,but their customer service could use some help. Once I showed some flaws in the way they were treating people, things are beginning to change. I would recommend however that you know EXACTLY what your insurance covers so you don't get used or cheap equipment. read more

I started service with Foothills Medical today. I was apprehensive about having to start using oxygen at night and also nervous about the set up procedure. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy Jed from Foothills showed me. He was thorough and pleasant. And, he put up with our annoying Westie! Lol so, as far as set up goes, I'm impressed!! read more
