Our kitchen and two bathrooms were completely remodeled and not only did the results look amazing but it was done 4 weeks early...yes early! The whole process went so smooth. I would recommend Kitchen By Good Guys to everyone you wants to do a remodel, they are the best!

We had to go twice because the tile we picked the first time was not in stock anymore, but no biggie. The project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process, from when they will start to when they'd be done. The use of the BuilderTrend site was extremely easy and allowed us to communicate effectively and pay invoices easily. Every day they were on site they kept the work area clean and protected the walk ways they'd be using throughout the home. They always let us know when they'd be back next; they were always on time. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. I'm satisfied with the price we paid. We received several quotes and as anyone should tell you, cheaper is not always better. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive however, I went with them because they were the only company that made it clear that in some cases they may choose to not do business with a customer. This, to me, spoke volumes because I'm sure any other home remodel company would gladly take your $.

Wade suggested first-of-all, to 'balance' out the cabinets with the stove/oven. That way cabinets were equal on both sides. We did the counter tops and a 2-level island, (double reinforced for the overhang,) all in Quartz. Everything came out perfectly and ON TIME. You all know how IMPORTANT that is when you are washing dishes in the bathtub for 3 weeks! (Insert shock-faced emoticon here!) I would use them again if a remodel should come up in the future. I highly recommend them on the spot!

I did a master bathroom remodel in which I removed a garden tub to make for a larger 2 headed shower. We began this project in July 2019 with a. 3 week promised completion. This project had constant delays mainly because the contractor never could meet a timeline or finish anything. One good thing was the tile work that was done was perfect and matched tile to tile perfectly. The stuff that didn't turn out well was the shower pan doesn't slope correctly, the underlayment gooshed after it was installed causing the drain to clog with caulking, the glass doors are not tight and do nothing to prevent water from getting outside the shower area. Finally, when laying the floor tile the contractor used muriatic acid to prep the floor which caused all the chrome fixtures in the. area to patina. Under duress, they replaced all the chrome fixtures. 6 months later the project is done and In conclusion, I would not recommend this contractor.

We flew in, met Randy and Jerrod, got an estimate, picked our finishes and hired them for the job. We hired Lollis to tear out all the flooring and install new tile and carpet, cut down our kitchen island to 1 level and extend the size of the counter, paint all cabinets in the house (kitchen, bathrooms and laundry), install window trim and crown molding, install new 5+" molding in entire house, install new quartz counter tops, do 1 wall of shiplap in the livingroom, build and install barn doors in the livingroom, install all new lighting and ceiling fans throughout the house, install a water filtration system and paint the entire interior of the house (including ceilings). The entire time the remodel was happening we were still living in CO. Lollis is extremely trustworthy and we had no issue turning over the keys to our home to them. They kept in constant contact, sent pictures and updates regularly and checked in with us at each step of the remodel to ensure we were all in the loop on everything happening. We didn't see the remodeled home until the day we arrived with the moving truck to move in. I was almost in tears when I saw the home. The work they did was beyond astonishing. Everything was absolutely perfect. To say they are perfectionists is almost an understatement. Everything they did was above and beyond our expectations. There was not 1 item in the entire home that we had to have them come fix or redo. Not one. It was all done flawlessly. They made what could have been a nightmare and difficult remodel into a dream come true for us. They are a pleasure to work with and the most upstanding, skilled and trustworthy company. After moving in we hired them to do a quick install of a 2nd fence/gate on our property to help keep our dogs from escaping every time someone came by and opened the main fence gate. We also had them install our doggie door. All of this was done with superb quality and attention to detail. Their pricing was very fair and the quality of products was outstanding. Highly recommend them if you are considering any remodeling in your home.

In the last 24 months I've needed to hire a building contractor twice. This last time was…read moreespecially stressful because it came after a leak with mold remediation. After hiring a contractor for that (remediation) and having a third party independent testing company test, to be sure the mold was gone, I was ready to rebuild. I interviewed 3 contractors, (one recommended by the remediation company and 2 others I found on my own). To be honest this whole process is not fun, in short, it's homeowners hell. Quentin and Urban Elements stood out above the other 2 contractors for the following reasons: Quick and professional response. He answered all my questions, when I asked about something he had missed (my wall was down to the wall studs and covered in plastic so it was hard to see), he took another look and had an answer within 24 hours. One of the contractors I did NOT hire didn't even know his ROC#, and took days just to let me know his company's license number. In addition the communication was great and Quentin was always available by text and responded quickly. When I did sign with Urban Elements the contract was clear: timeline, payment schedule and completion. They adhered to everything in writing. (Contrast that to a contractor who wanted me to agree to abide by the laws of Texas, when I live in Arizona.) Additionally Quentin assured me that every subcontractor who worked on my house would be licensed. There were several subcontractors and everyone who came, was a true pro, they showed up on time, were respectful and did a great job. I honestly hope I never have to rebuild a room again but Quentin made a truly stressful experience 100% better and I feel fortunate to have found him. Lastly his bids were competitive with the other 2 bids I received.

What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin if you are reading this, you still owe me a proposal to build out my home office ;-)

I don't usually write reviews this long, but Andrew with Green Home deserves it…read more He completely gutted and rebuilt my master bathroom, and the result is beautiful. This was my first remodel, so I did a lot of research and got multiple bids. Andrew's pricing was lower than others, but his work looked almost too perfect, which honestly made me skeptical at first. I reached out to one of his past reviewers before hiring him, just to confirm they had a good experience and they had nothing but great things to say. Now I understand why. Andrew handled demo, moved the shower to a different wall, installed all new tile, plumbing, lighting, and built the entire shower from scratch. He also has a strong eye for design and helped guide decisions in a way that felt collaborative, not pushy. He showed up exactly when he said he would every single day and worked full 8-10 hour days until everything was complete. His communication stayed clear, consistent, and reliable. He kept the job site clean, contained the dust to one area, and was extremely respectful of my home. I took notice that he was the only contractor who took his shoes off at the door when walking thru to bid. That said a lot to me about him. He continued to do things that showed his good nature and great character. Another thing I really appreciated was I felt that he genuinely looked out for me. A designer I had hired was pushing me toward options that were well over my budget, and Andrew encouraged me to take a step back and think it through. He even suggested better alternatives, which I ended up using. That kind of honesty is rare. He also recommended great companies for other parts of the project, including AQ Glass Arizona Shower Doors and Aaron Dominguez Granite, both of which did excellent work. He stayed on budget, did everything right the first time, and was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. I've already hired him again for my kitchen and guest bathroom, and he's even come back for a few smaller requests without hesitation. The only "negative" is that he's booked pretty far out, but that's really not a negative. It just means he's in demand. He is absolutely worth the wait. I feel very lucky to have found him and would recommend him without hesitation.
