We hired Lollis to do an extensive interior remodel on a home we purchased in AZ last fall. We were still living out of state at the time. We flew in, met Randy and Jerrod, got an estimate, picked our finishes and hired them for the job. We hired Lollis to tear out all the flooring and install new tile and carpet, cut down our kitchen island to 1 level and extend the size of the counter, paint all cabinets in the house (kitchen, bathrooms and laundry), install window trim and crown molding, install new 5+" molding in entire house, install new quartz counter tops, do 1 wall of shiplap in the livingroom, build and install barn doors in the livingroom, install all new lighting and ceiling fans throughout the house, install a water filtration system and paint the entire interior of the house (including ceilings). The entire time the remodel was happening we were still living in CO. Lollis is extremely trustworthy and we had no issue turning over the keys to our home to them. They kept in constant contact, sent pictures and updates regularly and checked in with us at each step of the remodel to ensure we were all in the loop on everything happening. We didn't see the remodeled home until the day we arrived with the moving truck to move in. I was almost in tears when I saw the home. The work they did was beyond astonishing. Everything was absolutely perfect. To say they are perfectionists is almost an understatement. Everything they did was above and beyond our expectations. There was not 1 item in the entire home that we had to have them come fix or redo. Not one. It was all done flawlessly. They made what could have been a nightmare and difficult remodel into a dream come true for us. They are a pleasure to work with and the most upstanding, skilled and trustworthy company. After moving in we hired them to do a quick install of a 2nd fence/gate on our property to help keep our dogs from escaping every time someone came by and opened the main fence gate. We also had them install our doggie door. All of this was done with superb quality and attention to detail. Their pricing was very fair and the quality of products was outstanding. My home was damaged by another local contractor when a patio was attached incorrectly to my home. This caused a water penetration in four rooms. Lollis Custom Interiors, LLC are Licensed, Bonded and Insured Contractors. I had a leak in the drain pipes in my master bathroom. After exchanging a few emails with Elizabeth from Lollis, we setup a time for them to come look at the issue and provide an estimate. Randy and his son, Jared, true gentlemen, personable, polite and extremely professional duo, arrived on time. They looked at the problem, asked me a few questions and gave me an estimate. I found the estimate to be very reasonable and agreed to have the repairs done. Jared followed up with a written contract in a email. I agreed to the description of the repair and the terms listed in the contract. Two days after our initial contact, they had a slot open to do the repairs. Randy and Jared showed up on time and completed the job in 5.5 hours including a trip to home depot. They removed the top, the cabinets, disconnected drain and water supply, cut the sheet rock, chiseled away the concrete and replaced the cracked drain pipes and fittings with new pipes and fittings. The pipes and fittings were cracked because the builder incorrectly poured concrete over them. The recent tremors we felt in Arizona and constant expansion and contraction over the years cracked the pipes and the fittings. With Randy's experience and Jared's skills, my bathroom does not at all looks like it has been worked on. They did a meticulous job doing the repairs. Randy even went above and beyond the contracted work and cleaned the aerators, hard to turn faucets and glued the loose back splash on the tub. I am extremely impressed with their workmanship but more importantly with their honesty to their profession and the dedication with which they completed the repairs. We recently purchased a custom home that was built during the housing boom in 2008 and was in dire need of some upgrades and TLC. We had solicited 4 bids for our initial housing remodel. We chose Lollis Custom Interiors. Their bid was not the lowest nor the highest we received but I knew after talking to them within the first 5 minutes these were the guys we wanted. Together Jerrod and Randy have well over 40 years in the construction business and they can do EVERYTHING, they are physically undertaking and standing by the quality of their work. This was so important to us because my wife and I work odd shifts and have small children. We did not want several different contractors coming and going into our house. Jerrod and his dad Randy show up at your house bid the work that needs to be done and do all the work. Their quality of work was always top notch, they were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work never needed improvements or revisions. Throughout the project I was impressed with their time management and commitment to generating a top quality lasting product. Jerrod and Randy gave us a bid and stuck with it throughout the remodel. When situations arose where extra work needed to be done (because of hidden problems that were not apparent until work on the house had started) Jerrod either fixed the problem at no extra charge or if it was more extensive involved us in the decision making process for a reasonable outcome. My wife and I were always informed of work schedules and completion dates for the different projects and they were both always available by phone, text or email. they would promptly respond back even on Sundays. Jerrod and Randy are professional, reliable, courteous and respectful. They have an old school work ethic, exceptional work habits are safety oriented and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. It is rare that I take the time to acknowledge great service on social media but in this instance finding such an exceptional business is worth sharing. I had my master bathroom completely remodeled in October which was a full tear out and rebuild. After several quotes, what sealed the deal for me with Lollis was the incredible integrity, honesty and passion for their work. They did plumbing, electrical, tile install, fixtures, etc. What they delivered: 1. Ways to cut/reduce costs 2. Suggestions and great ideas. 3. Knowledge of products. 4. Craftsmanship 5. Attention to details. 6. Treats for my dogs! When the job was done they did a thorough cleaning of my bedroom/bathroom and it was all move in ready.
