Nine years ago purchased a home on property. Always fun trying to make improvements and finding water and drainage lines. Had a handyman dig me some holes to install a fence. They augers through the main water line. Stupid HO here says hey let's put a spigot on it so I can have access to water in that area. The area is full of trees. Had the arborist remove a leaning tree which hit my gate post and the spigot. Now it seems loose. Checked the water meter before I left for work and came home 8 hours later and the meter moved a small amount so thinking it was possible I had a small leak. Even if not, I wanted to return the mainline to be 100% underground. My plumber was super busy for weeks so called another local plumber. My call was answered on the spot. Explained the issue and was able to get repairs that day. I had an original time given but they were running behind on the previous job. They informed me and made sure it wouldn't be a problem. They informed me they were on the way. They showed up and were very personable and knowledgeable. They didn't mind me watching over which was good as I discovered what was causing my drainage problem. Previous handyman not only augered through the main water line but also the drainage pipe, crushed the drainage pipe and put a tpost through it. The handyman's repair was also not up to par. Beyond Cool Plumbing corrected the main water line and I fixed the drainage issue. Now I am happy as the water line won't be impacted by anymore trees, my home downspout's will drain properly, and I found a new, local, awesome plumbing company. Yesterday I had a clogged toilet that for the first time ever I couldn't get unclogged myself with a plunger. I worked on it for a long time and nothing. Drove to the hardware store and back home with new plunger and snake - still nothing worked. I had never needed to call a plumber before, but I called Beyond Cool Plumbing and was quoted a very reasonable price to have someone come out the next morning. The gentleman on the phone was nice and told me the plumber would arrive at 8:00 am. The plumber (who I understand was the owner's son), arrived on time with his coworker and went to work. He was able to remove the clog, checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the way it was working, and prepared to leave. The owner called to follow up and make sure I was happy with the repairs, and I certainly am! I was nervous not knowing what to expect and having strangers in the house, but they were nice young men who made me feel comfortable and took care of the problem. Best of all was the great communication from both the plumber onsite and the owner. Friendly, prompt, honest, and caring is how I would describe this company, and I will not hesitate to call again the next time I need a plumber. All four of our toilets become plugged and were unusable. Fortunately, this was the day AFTER Christmas, when we had a houseful of guests. Beyond Cool was recommended as being competent and responsive. I called and spoke with the owner Troy. He told me he'd have someone here within an hour or two. Anthony arrived as promised. Anthony found roots had invaded the first chamber of our conventional 2-chamber septic tank; some roots were 2-inches diam. He ran a powered rooter snake through a nearby cleanout to bore through the blockage and had our septic functioning quickly, maybe an hour or two. The pumper service is on his way to clean out the rest of the roots, then Troy's crew will re-coat the tank interior to minimize a return of the roots. We woke Monday morning to a broken pipe and were without water. Worse day of the werk to need help! Calls to over a dozen plumbers were disheartening to hear no one could come for at minimum, 1 week. Beyond Cool Plumbing is simply, "Beyond Cool" when they made time for our emergency and had us back with water and the pipe fixed before the sun set. Guess what? Amazing service! Water was backing up through my sinks and shower I had no idea what the cause was. Troy was able to come out last minute on a Friday evening! He arrived quickly, assesed the situation and explained to me what was happening in terms that someone with zero idea about plumbing could understand! We had a major break in the main water line between meter and house. After checking out 5 star companies in our area, I called 6 or 7 places. Beyond Cool Plumbing was the 1st company to call back and was able to come check it out that day. Later, after they arrived we got several responses, but all but one was too busy to look at it. Beyond Cool Plumbing came back out the next day and dug up our yard. Moved the lava rock, moved a small tree, had to dig a 30ft trench starting at meter 1 ft deep to over 5 ft just 10 ft from house. My tenant called me on a Friday night after hours about a broken water heater and called person after person and most didn't get back to me and I'm writing this 5 days later. But this guy answered my call on the first ring and was immediately on his way over. He called me with the estimate and replaced the water heater same day. Troy (owner of company) came out on Dec25th (yes...Christmas Day) to fix our water meter and backflow device that had been run over by a car in an accident off highway 193. It was so kind of him to do it since we were desparate. He and his crew came back the next day and finished everything up since it was a very extensive job that required much digging in mud/roots/tree trunk/etc. He was very responsive to all phone calls and kept in touch with the whole process to keep us up to date on his progress. The two employees that showed up and were polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly. The next day we had to ask them to come back to help with debris in the line. The owner came and got it all fixed up and just as he was pulling out of the driveway we were attaching a fitting back onto the hose bib and it broke. Beyond Cool Plumbing saved the day (and my Airbnb!) with an emergency main line leak in Auburn, CA. The issue happened after hours, but their response was lightning-fast...two trucks showed up in under 30 minutes! Techs Taylor and Caleb were absolute pros. They tracked down the shut-off valve (which was buried on a neighboring property about a football field away!), fixed the leak in just 45 minutes, and were super polite, fun, and respectful the whole time.
