This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

You have to catch rainwater or find some to flush your toilet. Until you're without it you really don't truly appreciate it! When I called Ben & Dennis at Terrier Pump and Water Quality my pump would not work on its own and I had to keep trying to figure it out myself, right away they said they would come test everything. I thought for sure it was a certain pressure gauge and switch, and I asked them to change all that out ....well, they worked very hard that day and changed everything. I still had an issue so they came right back the next day. I thought I'd have to go the entire weekend without water, but they tested it and found out the control box had issues and Ben had the parts they needed. Ben did a superb job spending a lot of time and explaining things. I also had him test the water to make sure there was no bacteria or worse for an extra fee at a lab. So thrilled that everything is working fine again! Water is life and boy do I appreciate my awesome well now that everything is running smooth!
