Had a broken pipe that I had to shutdown water to the whole house. Had it dug out and I just couldn't get the fitting off. Had a plumber here in less than 15 minutes and wrestled off the piece and got it back together, for less than 1/2 the price for what another company wanted to charge me just to cap it off for the night til my husband could get home to fix. Great service and reasonable price and my husband doesn't have to fix on thanksgiving!! read more

Troy is the best! We got home last night from vacation and woke up this morning to no water. Troy returned my call so quickly and we quickly realized through some quick phone troubleshooting that we have a problem with electricity to our well pump. We moved on to call the next contractor and things are getting fixed. However, what impressed me was Troy called us in the evening to make sure we were getting our issue resolved. Not many people have that level of follow-up. Troy will be the plumber we call for any future work! read more

We bought our house a few months ago and everything was working fine with our plumbing until we got a washing machine. Almost every load I ran would make soapy water back up out of the drain pipe. We were recommended to use this company HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!!!! There was a leak that was under the sink i pointed out to the plumber who showed up with 2 wrenches, he was here for a total of no more than 10min for a whopping $285 bill, mind you is no big deal if the problem was fixed. SUPRISE the leak kept going after 10 min of him being gone. I then called back to the phone number listed and explained that the problem was not fixed and was asked for a picture with my finger pointing to the problem, and no one ever came back. I called again the following day and had another man come out who did not want to look at the leak and insisted that it was a leak in the faucet part and that needed to be replaced, after going back and forth with him he FINALLY looked and said oh there is another problem said he tightened it and left.... SUPRISE AGAIN its STILL LEAKING!!!!!! read more

My wife and I just bought a house and found a leak in our kitchen ceiling a week in. Troy and his team got a guy out to look into it the next day. Initially, it looked like we would have to cut through some of the sub floor, but the team he sent on day two were extra thorough in their assessment. They checked all the upstairs faucets one by one until they identified the source (ended up being the shower). Then, they went the extra mile to advise us on how to approach a contractor to discuss re-grouting and potentially replacing the existing tile. We'll definitely be calling Beyond Cool for all our future plumbing situations! read more

Troy and Elijah arrived within hours of our call. We had a backed up sewage system and the toilets weren't flushing. In less than an hour they had the problem diagnosed. Always good to be able to highly recommend a local business read more

Unfortunately in todays world we actually have to give a star for sloppy work done. We hired this company for a couple of our rental units in Auburn and low and behold we have shit all over. Don't use this business or you may be swimming in shit too. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First trip to my house to fix a leaking valve they sent an apprentice that took all day and almost burned down my house. I tried again for another issue, thinking that was an anomaly. Second trip to fix a leak, which I had located and dug up to expose the leak. They told me the bill was $750 that was a flat rate for underground leaks. When I said that was a ridiculous price I dug up the leak, they immediately dropped the price to $550. For a 6" piece of PVC and 4 couplings/90's. I didn't want to argue and paid the $550 for 1 hour of work. Safe to say I wont be calling them back for the other plumbing projects I have been planning. read more

We had Beyond Cool Plumbing come out twice last month. Two separate issues, and both times were good experiences. We got service right away. They showed up on time. They were professional, and prepared to deal with the water heater and leaking toilet. They were also super nice. read more

So the service level is still high, and the quality of the work is competent, but their pricing has gone through the roof. As soon as you mention that GDPUD identified a root in the diversion valve , no matter how minor, $$$ signs start flashing. I would shop around if your problem is septic related or requires any excavating, as prices seem to have little baring on actual time & materials. read more

Once Troy saw my poor review, he brought a concrete contractor in immediately, and they made our stone walkway down to the pool look great again. As far as the rest of my issues, I believe it boiled down to poor communications between Troy and myself. Unfortunately, I was on the road on that day. read more
