We were recommended to use this company HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!!!! There was a leak that was under the sink i pointed out to the plumber who showed up with 2 wrenches, he was here for a total of no more than 10min for a whopping $285 bill, mind you is no big deal if the problem was fixed. SUPRISE the leak kept going after 10 min of him being gone. I then called back to the phone number listed and explained that the problem was not fixed and was asked for a picture with my finger pointing to the problem, and no one ever came back. If I could give 0 stars I would. First trip to my house to fix a leaking valve they sent an apprentice that took all day and almost burned down my house. I tried again for another issue, thinking that was an anomaly. Second trip to fix a leak, which I had located and dug up to expose the leak. They told me the bill was $750 that was a flat rate for underground leaks. When I said that was a ridiculous price I dug up the leak, they immediately dropped the price to $550. For a 6" piece of PVC and 4 couplings/90's. I didn't want to argue and paid the $550 for 1 hour of work. Safe to say I wont be calling them back for the other plumbing projects I have been planning. read more
