We never felt pressured or unsure of the decisions we were making. He also pointed out things to keep an eye on, as they appeared to be going bad or outdated, but again, never once did he push for us to buy or do anything now. I had hired other plumbers before and I truly don't know if I ever had a plumber actually install a G-Max, despite what they said. However, Acknowledge found a G-Maxx (out of the local market) which they ordered. Gage came and and installed the refill valve.
