I have been coming to this location for quite some time. The selections are always on point and sometimes, if you are not really looking, you will stumble upon a few that have been marked down... way down. I was here a few weeks ago picking up a half a case of wine that my sister ordered for me all the way from MO. She ordered my favorite, which is the Callaway Cab however when I went to pick it up, they were all out and didn't know it. They thought they had it in as it was listed on their website, but to there surprise it was no where to be found. So they offered me six bottles of a wine that was comparable ( Unruly Red) but I declined as the Callaway Cab is my favorite. The manager insisted that I take a bottle of the Unruly Red home to try for free as he didn't want me to be without any wine on my birthday. How sweet was that? So you see why I keep coming back to this location? I just ordered another few bottles since their five cent sales ends this coming Monday. Oh you don't know what that is? It is buy one bottle of wine and get the same bottle for five cents. Yea you can't beat that. It happens about twice a year and it is a great way to stock up on your favorite wines, or even try a few. I do wish that they would let you buy one get one that is equal or lesser value of another for five cents so that you are able to try a few more, but hey it s ok. It won't stop me from stocking up on my favorites. Hmm I hope they really do have mine in stock... YIKES! read more

This Bevmo seems a little smaller than some of the others, but they still manage to have a decent selection of craft beers. I like that they have a growler station that has a good variety of brews. Growler fills are quite affordable as well. read more

I love BevMo for the vast selection, but I don't go here unless I'm specifically looking for something they don't carry in the grocery stores because I typically find Albertson's/Safeway/Fry's prices to be cheaper, at least for common wines. The staff here is awesome and I love wandering through the aisles looking for weird stuff I've never seen before, but if you're in need of a case of Stella and a bottle of Toasted Head, the grocery store will do just fine! read more

I went here before going to Total Wine and ended up not liking it at all. And I've been here a few times since finding Total Wine but I've never bought a single thing. I find they never have anything I'm looking for and even some of their own workers have suggested I go to Total Wine. The few things they do have seem to be overpriced and I feel like they have a better selection of wine glasses, corks, etc, then they do actual drink selections. Not really a place for me. Just skip over this place and go for Total Wine, it will save you time, gas, money to just avoid BevMo all together. read more

Checked internet prices before heading out. Web said famous grouse 1.75L was 29.99$. The same price as Total Wine. Bevmo is closer so we went there. We get there and it rings up 38.99$. Manager comes up and said that 29.99$ price is California prices. Asked if he would price match the website and Total Wine. He said nope, nothing I can do. I said really your going to make us drive to Total. And he just looked at us with a blank face. They lost out on a $40 sale over $10 price match. Total Wine also had the club soda for half the price than bevmo. read more

Well, what can I say? It's 'ok'. They appear to devote too much space to selling junk (silly snacks, etc) instead of having a better selection of beers and wines. They selection appears to keep changing.. and the wine doesn't seem very reasonable - perhaps it is for what it is but I prefer Albertsons (yeah I did just say that) and the English beer selection is 'changeable' - but they do have Boddingtons, Guinness and a couple of others all the time, so that makes it worth the visit, as does their nice selection of Stone offerings... so a mixed bag, a bit blah really. read more

BevMo is almost always a solid place. This location is just like all the others I've been to - large, clean, open, bright, with friendly staff who want to help you get what you crave. The wine selection is great, and the staff are good at making recommendations based on what you are eating, as well as respecting your pocketbook. The beer choices are equally solid, with anything from your basic Miller Lite to your $10+ bottles of craft deliciousness. The cheeses and snacks are equally nice (especially the cheeses), and they have tons of mixers, bitters, etc. to help you create great drinks. read more

BEVMO! Back home on the east coast we have no such thing. We have Total Wine, which I thought was great, but now......I'm a BEVMO man. This place is like an adult candy store. (NOT like Castle, different kind of adult candy haha) Keep an eye out for the cheap deals they do, buy one get one for a nickle anyone? They've got a great selection of not only wine but beers. I've found some beers here that I haven't been able to find anywhere else short of ordering it over the internet. Great customer service too! read more

Most of the employees here are great. This is our go to store and we spend thousands a year on wine and beer here as we constantly are hosting all year round. I purchased tower stations a few weeks back and the man at the counter was super nice, said they might be a little flat from feeling the can and if so to just bring them back for a refund. We also happened to have space dust we bought there that tasted very weird. My husband went to return all of the beers and was given immense attitude from the employee he dealt with, like he was lying. I think this and one other time are the only times in 5 years we have returned anything to this store. Not a good move to treat customers who frequent your establishment like this. Honestly, we haven't been back since and I'm not sure we will. read more

Horrible customer service! Will not be going back. Manager (?) told me he had no control over what had happened day before or tomorrow. Told him as a manager I thought he could control how customers were treated and he said And I quote " I feel your are personally attacking me". Oh for goodness sake! Bev-mo is clean and well stocked, but they pale in comparison to Total Wine. I still go here because it's a more convenient location than Total Wine, but always find the price is just a little higher and there's less stock since the stores are smaller. My review rating is comparative to Total Wine, but if you're not near one of those, Bev-mo is a decent alternative. read more

In Chicago, we have Binny's - but BevMo's has deals like getting a second bottle for like $5! They also have this Coyote Gold Frozen Margarita in the form of a popsicle stick! Talk about the perfect kid-like treat for adults. I actually need to contact my friend about buying them and shipping them to me. The cashier was friendly and helpful, and we certainly appreciated her recommendation and help to make sure we got our discount. read more

I went to the store last week looking for some Summer Shandy. They were completely out. Somebody in the store gave me a couple of different options that would be close to Summer Shandy. I bought a six pack and was told at the time that if I didn't like it I could bring it back for a refund. Even the receipt says if you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can get a refund. When I brought it back to get a refund I was given a hard time. The associate looked at me and laughed and said I can't give you a refund for that there's one missing. How am I supposed to know what it tastes like if I don't drink it? Then I quoted him what it says on the bottom of the receipt for returns and exchanges and he told me that the word "disssatisfied" has different meanings. He started arguing with me about the return. I think this is a coachable moment for BevMo to make sure their employees read the bottom of the receipt and understand exactly what the return and exchange policy is without personal interpretation from them. I was very disappointed in the customer service at this BevMo. I will certainly not be going back to this one ever again. read more

I had a graduation party for my daughter on Saturday, May 15. TWO weeks before this party, I called this BevMo location to reserve two full kegs of Coors Lite. I was informed that it was not necessary to reserve these kegs because they ALWAYS have Coors Lite kegs in stock. I INSISTED that I wanted to put two kegs on reserve in my name. They agreed that they would do that. On the morning of the party, we went to pick up the first keg. They informed us that they only had ONE left ... so, they would not be able to provide the 2nd keg of Coors Lite that would we need later in the day. So, long story short, they lied to me by saying that would indeed reserve the two kegs, even as they assured me it wasn't really necessary. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more

Unbelievable! Can't believe I can't give negative stars. Drove to bevmo 1.5 mi across the freeway because checking their price on-line for 1.5 Famous Grouse was 29.99. Got there at check-out counter was told that price was for California, they wanted $39.99. Manager shrugged his shoulders, said sorry nothing I can do. Well here's what I can do. Left it all. Drove 10 + mi to Total Beer Wine. Got my Grouse for $29.99. Also 6pac of soda was half bevmo price. Can't wait for this place to shrivel and close. I need a good laugh. read more

Every time I pop into this BevMo location, I always get what I need for a decent price. I tend to visit this BevMo location once or twice a month. The staff is extremely available, knowledgeable, and approachable. If they are out of what I am looking for they always have a great suggestion for something new to try and everything is always priced reasonable. read more

I went to Bevmo today to stock up on some wine. I was thinking of buying a case or two. I found the price of my wine to be on sale, but was still about 2 dollars more per bottle than most grocery stores. Because of that, I only bought a few bottles. I was also going to buy my favorite soda there, San Pelligrino Limonata and they were selling it at $7.99 a six pack. AJ's sells it at $5.99 when they are NOT on sale. There is no point for me to waste my time going to Bevmo. read more

What a wonderful store! It goes without saying that their collection is amazing but then again, anybody could have a good stock of wine and spirits. What I like the most about going to BevMo! Is the very helpful and cheerful staff. I have never been in there when I was not greeted and asked if I needed help. But in retail there is a fine line between "helpful" and "pushy" - they must go through training in order to recognize a certain look on your face to know when you actually need help. read more

They need a separate area for people that are purchasing kegs. To stand in line twice because they have to check it in then go back pick the keg and stand in line again, is frustrating. The manager at this location is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. read more

The employees are consistently not helpful, act too busy to even answer a question and are frequently just plain rude. The prices on the tag are not what rings up, so check everything carefully! I bought a bottle of vodka tagged $ 22.99, but rang up $ 29.99 - $ 7 or 30% more! When I asked the cashier, she was very rude, asked if I wanted to change it (duh!) and said I'll have to get the manager in a rude tone of voice. The manager was not nice or apologetic either. The 5 cent sale is not half price as they mark up the wine before hand, but still a good deal if you already like the brand. Most I have tried are not that good and they do not like to return the second unopened bottle if you didn't like the first one. Please go to TOTAL WINE! The prices are cheaper than anywhere for hard alcohol, beer and of course wine. The employees are very helpful and go out of their way. read more

While heading up north I stopped by this store to pick up liquor. I was shocked at the pricing which was about 30 percent more than where I normally shop. I checked pricing on internet just to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I thought I was stuck because it would have been too much to turn around and find Total Wine. The nice cashier offered me their rewards cards, which cut out about 20% of the price. So I still paid more, but as much. Thank you cashier. read more

I just went to this store to buy Appletons signature blend, triple sec and 6 pack of Kirin light. I found a price for the Appletons online and it said $19.99 so when I went to the store it was $25.99. I asked the clerk and she said that was a California price?? Huh. So when I checked the "Arizona store price it was $25.99 price. So I said OK bought my items and left. Now that I am home I checked the pricing for the same three items (same size and brand) and the total price would have been $8.50 cheaper at TOTAL WINE - YES - $8.50 LESS!!!!!!!!!!!! I returned to the store and they were more than happy to correct the pricing so was very impressed by them for doing this. Guess my advice is do some checking before you go or when you are there and they will price match. Happy drinking!! read more

I've seen some comments about the prices here being higher than Total Wine. I've found this too on some products but I've also witnessed BevMo doing price matches with other local places that list it for lower on their sites. It needs to be apples to apples, exact item in the same area. read more

Stopped in here yesterday and to be honest wasnt able to get exactly what i was looking for (a 6pk assortment of chocolate beers) but I was helped by a great employee who spent 10minutes waking around the store helping me find some other great options...including a 12pk of seasonal Pyramid brews that was only 6.98. I lived in AZ for a few years and, this was my go to beverage spot. They have everything from rare sodas to vintage wines. Friday evenings are great because there is usually a free tasting going on! The service was great! The staff is very knowledgeable, quick and spot on with suggestions! They also price match! I'd have to say I miss this place! read more

Well I cannot speak for other locations, this location is very clean inside and the staff were polite. This was my first time ever being in a Bevmo, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the rewards program they have and the buy a bottle get one for five cents deal. Not bad in my book. read more
