liavoid this place at all cost when you get to the neighborhood you'll know what I'm talking about…read moreand by the time you pull into the parking lot you'll definitely understand This is an old Ran down building that is pretty much vacant upon walking into this MRI place it gets creepier and creepier. students in training that are running the MRI machine there's not one official doctor here or anyone other than a student in training I walked in I filled out the paperwork they called my name to go to the back upon going to the back I'm thinking the lady is going to take me to the MRI machine that is in some room instead this overly aggressive student walks me through what looks like a basement of the building then walk me to the back parking lot of the building and around the corner to the back of the building, the entire time I'm wondering what am I doing outside? where they had a trailer set up with an ancient MRI machine inside of it. Keep in mind the entire time this young lady is talking to me and treating me as if I work for her being overly demanding just wasn't having a pleasant day at all . I should've canceled before walking into this trailer but considering I was in pain I decided to follow through with it Again instead of talking to me nicely and acting helpful instead she was having a bad day aggravated agitated huffing and puffing pointing her finger demanding things to be done no type of compassion no type of respect The redhead girl who was there showing patients to the MRI machine and running MRI machine at 10 AM on 7/16/2025 redhead freckles she deserves to be fired and denied whatever licenses she is applying for.

So sweet loved and adore this gentleman…read more The only off setting part was coming in before my appointment to check in the lady Genesis, first day she was chopping her gum, this is always something that distracts me from everything, personally I have never been part of a team where they okay chewing food in front of guest and customers and having their headphones on also, really unprofessional and they even had music playing. Second day she did better she wasn't chewing gum this time around she just didn't seem to care that the soap in the public restroom was empty and also still had her headphones in . The regular soap dispenser was also out all they had was a small little bottle with less then 10ml of (watered down soap). She is the reason for the minus stars because I thought I just caught her on a bad day but nah I think it is normal for her "I'm here for the pay check", just make it less obvious. Another minus because the appointment line never answers over 30 mins of waiting, I was searching for the entrance and could not find the suitD I was looking for. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR ANYTHING CENTRELAKE USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE! I say this cuz I spent over 15 mins looking for the entrance of where I was supposed to be and arrived just in time for my appointment. While I was trying to read my paperwork I was rushed to get in and get out of the process which is nice but I was in a little pain so rushing hurt a bit. I have to start out by saying I'm claustrophobic and have an anxiety disorder when put in tight…read morespaces. This facility had available appointments sooner than most others I reached out to where I needed a wide-bore MRI (open at the end of the tube so its technically a closed one). The technician David was one of the best I have ever had work with me. It's only because of his sympathy and kindness that I was able to get through this very needed MRI my liver specialist needed me to get done. I postponed it for 6 months cuz that's how much I hate doing closed MRI's. David showed a level of patience that is not common in all medical settings. Hats off to him for not giving up on someone like me. He talked me through it and again was so patient with the fact that I was having such a hard time starting it and staying in the machine. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help me. The invoice and results took a bit longer than expected but I think it's because they were having issues with the internet and equipment. I'm not sure. I had to call to remind them to send my doctor the images and for some reason they sent the cd's but not the actual written report. That was strange. But they at least emailed me the report after I called and asked for it and I finally got an invoice to submit to my insurance after I emailed them asking for that too. Even with those smal annoyingl details I'd still use them again for any MRI tests I'd need to get done in the future (hopefully Ii dont need them). So I'd highly recommend them.

I was thinking I would be going back to the place on Wilshire which is a real pain to contact and make an appointment, very frustrating. Well much to my surprise I get a call from a very nice gentleman the very next morning and he was eager to see me that day but I told him it would take me a couple of days as I needed to arrange transportation. He texted me the address and I made the arrangements for transportation for today. While the area in my opinion may not be the greatest, the staff was fantastic and the wait time was very brief and the CT scan was very quick and I was out of there and on my way home. I will definitely use these people again if I have that option!

They are friendly, easy to get in touch with, and communicated every step along the way. Even when I needed them to track down insurance approval, they were able to get it done immediately instead of the quoted up to 14 business days of the other clinic. When I got the approval, they offered a weekend appointment. Even though I wasn't able to take the weekend appointment, they were able to accomodate my schedule. The appointment was very well organized, and I was able to get the imaging done with very caring staff. Afterwards, I followed up via email with questions, and I received a prompt response. I wish all my medical care was this easy.

Horrible service, don't waste your time! They were so nice…read morethe first time I called, answered all my questions and made me feel really at ease. Then again the second time I called it was to make an appointment for my 3 children who were being transferred to him due to their last doctor no longer taking our insurance. Once again the lady was so nice, made an appointment for all 3 of my kids, but that I needed to make it for 11 days out because my insurance said 5-10 business days out for the switch to take place. She stated that she didn't have any available for the end of the week, only for Monday. I told her that would be 9 business days, and they said it is usually only 5, so 9 should be fine. I told her that I would need some paperwork filled out for 2 of my kids, she said no problem. I was trying to make a physical for them because they are past due for their physicals. They did let me know that because they are new patients, they would first need to do a new patient visit, and because if the paperwork I was requesting for the doctor to fill out, they could not do both. I told her I understand and the paperwork is priority at this moment. She told me to come in 15 mins before the appointment to fill out the appropriate paperwork. I am dyslexic and it takes me a little longer to fill out paperwork, so I stated that because I'm dyslexic and I don't want to hold up the appointment, or cause any issues, can I please come get the paperwork before the appointment, so I don't cause any issues if it takes me longer to fill out (I first asked for them to email me or to do them online, they didn't do either). When I went in, they were rude when I asked for the paperwork, stating that they may not be able to fill out the paperwork work, that I could drop it off, and they could have it done in 2 weeks! And then proceeded to tell me that they only make up to 2 appointments for the same family in one day and they were already being nice by letting all 3 be seen (this was not at all mentioned to me when making the appointments). Then the Friday before my appointment, they call me telling me that my insurance didn't update 2 of my 3 yet, and that they needed to cancel my appointment for those 2 children. I told them look I have been trying to get my kids seen for months, please don't cancel the appointments I will call my insurance now, and call you right back. She said that they were closing early today, and that I only had 10 minutes. I said I won't be able to call insurance and then you back in 10 mins, so please don't cancel I'll call them and make sure it is fixed by Monday, she said no they are already canceling the appointments and there was nothing I could do. But I need this paperwork filled out, and Luckily the kid who could be seen is the one that needs the new school paperwork (and one other thing) filled out, so I keep the appointment for her. Today I get here and (I told them on the phone that she has 2 insurances) after driving 40 mins (no traffic) to get here she states that one of my insurances is showing inactive, I ask if I can hold off on paying the co pay, and that if the other insurance doesn't I have no problem paying, they said they couldn't do that. Ok, can I please just get a copy of my receipt that I paid $40, and a copy of todays visit notes so I can submit to the secondary insurance? No because one is inactive they won't even see me today! My primary insurance is active and they refused. Now I am down to 2 weeks before this papery is due, it will take me another 10 business days to try and switch doctors, and I can't even get my children seen. I asked to please talk to the doctor, because I hate leaving a bad review for a doctor when it is because of the office, and they asked the doctor to speak to me, and he refused. I will never return, they seemed so nice at first, until you go through all the work to be with them, and then they don't care. Horrible service, don't waste your time!
