So this is an updated review from a previously updated review ... Follow along, I'll explain. After leaving an a updated review of a not so pleasant second experience, the owner and ultrasound technician both made it a point to get a hold of me & and not only apologize for my previous experience, they offered to give me a rescan at no charge. The only reason behind them doing so was to offer me the experience and service that I deserved. I went in today for my rescan & was greeted by the owner herself. What a wonderful person she is by the way! It looked like she had hired a few more people, which is great because this will minimize interruptions for the working tech. I was quickly taken back to the room and the scan began. Both the ultrasound technician and the owner were working together to get the best picture possible (again, I have an anterior placenta, so understandably it's difficult) they managed to get some really good pictures! The owner was very patient & she was genuinely interested in catching the baby's features in every picture she could capture. She always asked if I was ok or felt uncomfortable, It was a great experience from beginning to end. It was a pleasure coming back & the owner was thankful that we did and that we gave her the opportunity to regain our business. The fact that she went out of her way to make sure I had a perfect experience really shows how much she values her customers and her business. I respect and appreciate that. The ultrasound itself didn't feel very thorough. Usually the technician would point out different body parts and make your time there feel very personable. Unfortunately we did not get this experience here. Complaints: -I'm pretty sure we did not get the full allotted time we paid for. -the ultrasound felt rushed and very impersonable. -technician really didn't communicate much with what was going on. -the pictures we received were pretty crappy. I've received better pictures when the fetus was 7 weeks old. Overall we went wanting to get a better feel/bond with the baby....but we left very disappointed and jipped! read more

I had my 4d ultra sound done by this awesome company , i did not personally visit the brea location but they are contracted with my clinic alta med where i get my prenatal checkups at , the owner is great , polite and professional . Answered all of my questions as far as my babys anatomy and development size etc... She put me at ease when i was so anxious ,she Even added extra photos for me & really tried to get the best photos possible but ... My baby was just so crammed in there :/ im 30 weeks + ( best time is between 28 weeks-29 weeks) , i will def recommend this place to expecting mommys , do not hesitate just go !:) read more

Went with my best friend to get her 4D ultra sound and it was amazing. She had been here before with her other two children and they were friendly and polite. Smiles all around. She had rescheduled because the baby was not showing very well and had no problem doing so. they played soft music in the room. cozy couch and the lady went through screen shot after screen explaining what everything was. We had such a wonderful experience here with the magical staff. Both girls there were charming and really made an attempt to get the baby to move his little hand out of his face. This place has the WORST customer service ever! DID NOT ACCOMMODATE THE OFFICE HOURS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE: I scheduled an appointment to find out the gender of my baby. I checked their website and they were scheduled to close at 7pm for the day I wanted to come in. When I called to book the appointment, the receptionist said the latest they could book an appointment was 6pm. I asked them why I couldn't book it for 6:30pm, as it's listed on their site that they close at 7pm. The receptionist told me "IF THE TECH DOESN'T HAVE LATER APPOINTMENTS, THEY GET TO GO HOME EARLY". This is so unprofessional and not accommodating your clients at all! I asked them if I could book it for 6:30pm, as my husband and I work late and can't do earlier. She said that she would accommodate us and confirmed the time for 6:30pm. LIE ABOUT CONFIRMATION TIMES: 2 days before my appointment, I get a call to confirm my appointment. She said I was confirmed for 6pm! I told her "NO, I'M CONFIRMED FOR 6:30PM AND SPECIFICALLY SAID I COULDN'T COME IN EARLIER AS MY HUSBAND AND I WORK LATE." The girl said she spoke to the person who booked my appointment...and the person who booked my appointment said "I WOULD TRY TO COME IN AS CLOSER TO 6PM." Really?! I specially told them I could NOT come in at 6pm and that I can only make it at 6:30pm. The receptionist told me she would accommodate the time and confirmed it. Then she lies about me saying I would come in at 6? I wouldn't have booked the appointment for 6pm if I knew I could not make it at that time. Then the girl has the nerve to say that they couldn't do 6:30pm, because they needed time to "clean up", but when the other receptionist told me that they wanted to go home early. After this ordeal, I decided I would not get my ultrasound at this awful place and found another place that had 5 star reviews. I'm so glad I did NOT end up coming here. It's sad that I have to give this place 1 star. read more

My baby was a total pain and didn't want to show us her face, but Krystal was determined to get a good shot, and she didn't give up on us! I am currently 28 weeks pregnant. From what I have heard this is a perfect time to see who your little bundle of joy will look like! I made an appointment for Tuesday at 5 and even though I was a half an hour late Ciery was very nice and patient with me and the baby. We had to stop mid session since the baby was not cooperating! Ciery did such a great job getting a good picture of the baby. It's not as easy as I thought it would be. read more

We found out the gender at 14 weeks. We went with the most popular package and it was really fun seeing the baby in 3D, even at just 14 weeks! Erica was our tech and she was super nice and helpful. I had so much trouble recognizing body parts and she kept patiently explaining to me. I brought 3 guests and they enjoyed the experience. The room is nice and large and has comfortable sofas. I definitely recommend coming here for an elective ultrasound! read more

I live in the area and it is the cheapest and closest place around for you to see your little one. But when they put the wand on my pregnant belly she really hurt me. She couldn't get the baby to turn over to see its face, so she can wrestling with it and it frkn hurt! I told her that it was okay and she was like are u sure and obviously it wasn't she was hurting me and possibly hurt the baby so I said yeah its fine. And I still ended up paying the money without seeing my babies face. read more

Went here twice this week for a gender determination. Not only is it a good value but the staff is friendly and the experience is enjoyable. We had to go in twice because the baby wasn't cooperating the first go around. The second night we brought the whole family; the viewing area was perfect for everyone to sit and catch a glimpse of the baby. We'll be back in a few months for a 3d ultrasound for sure. Amazing experience!! We did not have an appointment and called and we're able to be seen as soon as we got there. Great office and atmosphere! The tech was so sweet and great at getting the baby to cooperate, even when all she wanted to do was put her hands in her face. We were so happy to see our first baby and the tech shared in our excitement. We got many great quality pictures to choose from (it was hard to choose only a few) and we're even offered to come back in a few weeks and have another session for free! They do such an awesome job at trying to get the best pictures of our little one, sometimes he can be a little stubborn with covering his face, but they never give up with trying to get him to move and have succeeded everytime. Did gender determination at 15weeks and we were told we were having a boy. YAY!!! My husband and I went on a vacation to St. John right after and bought a boy onesie matching our shirts. After we got back, we wanted to make sure the baby was ok with the long travel so we decided to pay for another ultrasound just to see. This place was closed on Monday so we went to another place and they told us we r having a girl!!! WHAT?!?!?! Yes... I was in shock, I didn't even know how to respond. I'm happy either way but when you were told a one thing and u find out it's not, it's hard know how to feel about it. Especially for a hormonal, emotional prego. I called to let them know that they messed up, they asked me to come in so they can confirm and gave me a credit for $65 BUT what is that really gonna do for me with all the stress I've been through. 0 STAR!!! read more

I am kind of bummed I went to this place. I am 15 weeks and went in for a gender peak. In the technicians defense my baby wasn't being cooperative and had its legs closed for a while so she asked me to come back in an hour which I did and it was a little better. I felt like she was so rushed and I couldn't make anything out because she kept moving the camera so much trying to see any parts. We did see a little bit of what looked like a boy part so she just left it at that and guessed I think maybe boy. The pictures weren't great so with feeling not great about the experience and uncertainty I called back a few days later to talk to the manger and told her about it and asked maybe if she can give me her opinion on the gender pictures. She said yes no problem and never called me back so I called her again and she still didn't return my call. Seems like horrible customer service and the whole experience seemed rushed and not intimate at all. Sadly I will have to go back to my usual place all the way in Costa Mesa where they have always been great and are half the price! I only went here because it was so close to me and figured I would pay extra to have that. Update - owner got back to me shortly after I posted this. Although I never have met her she seemed very nice and made me another appt at no cost to come in and have a gender re check. Gender prediction stayed the same and I did feel better about the certainty but the technician was with me for like one minute. In and out literally. She seems rushed when she does these. read more

Absolutely love this place. They made me feel so comfortable and were patient with me as the baby was not being cooperative.... They thoroughly showed me my baby step by step which put me at ease. The amazing part was seeing the baby in 4D HD live. The grandparents also loved that they were able to see their 1st grandchild. Everybody left there happy. I went in today to get the $65 package. I came all the way from Long Beach. I'm 33 weeks. I drank juice and ate before I came but my baby wasn't very active when I got there. He had his hand in front of his face and the things the technician did to attempt to move his hands only worked temporarily. He would put them back within seconds. We left and came back an hour and a half later but still no luck. He was comfortable how he was. The technician was nice but I don't really feel like it was worth the price. The whole ultrasound was spent trying to get him to move his hands by prodding and shaking and crawling (I felt so silly haha). I didn't really see much of my baby. She focused on his face the whole time not really showing body parts other than his penis which I can't really make out at all in the picture she printed out or on the screen. Also most of the time we viewed his head in 2D not really seeing much of the 4D/HD which is why I traveled so far in the first place. The pictures she printed out weren't very versatile. I wish I would have settled for the $45 dollar package because both of my colored pictures look the same and the 2D pictures weren't much. I just wish it was more thorough and I got more for my money and gas. The staff were very great though! read more

I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone!! My husband and I were very satisfy with this place not only do they have excellent and friendly costumer service but they make you feel welcome. I've been there more than once. During both of my pregnancies they were able to detect my babies' gender, at 13 weeks on the first one and at 14 weeks on the second one. I was so please with them, that I went back for my 30 week baby bonding session, where the tech Kristal took her time and really tried hard to obtain a good, clear, detailed picture of my baby boy for my baby shower invitations. She was very patient and capture many photos for us to choose from. Many of my nursing coworkers recommend other 3D/4D ultrasound places, but when I compared location, prices and reviews, this one, was my first choice, which I don't regret, after hearing their stories. The appt availability is great, the place was clean and comfortable. There was no limitation, I was able take as many family members as I wanted to enjoy with us, the welcoming and bonding of our two little ones. I'm so pleased with this place that I recommend it to all my pregnant coworkers and friends. read more
