This a quaint location. Like a hidden pocket park in an otherwise sterile, industrial neighborhood. Great beer. Unique food carts. Plenty of seating. And various activities for the family and kids. Dog friendly. And, didn't mention they have great beer?

My husband and I came here 8/22/24 around 2 pm to miss the rain and grab some beers! Great service and selection of awesome beers on tap. Huge outdoor area with 4-5 Food trucks. Indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of disc golf memorabilia and disc to buy as well! Cheers great beers!

Came here on a tour with Wanderlust. The tour was absolutely fantastic. Justin (one of the co-owners), have us the tour. He was friendly, informative and funny. Unfortunately at this point in our libations tour, we were running late so the tour had to be cut short. I know the first beer we had was a Saison IPA, which was pretty good. Can't remember the second one we had and the last one was a sour which I was not a fan of only because I don't like sours. It was exciting to learn about disc golf, which I'd literally never heard of that sport in my life or even knew it existed. I would definitely return for a hang out and beer

Great tasting Par Save Pale Ale at Bevel!

Bevel was one of the breweries we went to on a recent trip to Bend. This place is pretty special to me. Not only is the beer good but behind the building there is a wide variety of food trucks you can pick from that are just amazing. It sounds like the food truck line up changes often and rotates. We went to a food truck where we got some house made tater tots. Absolutely stunning and wonderful to eat. If only this was the example tater tots were based off of. But anyway, onto the beer. I got a pale ale from the taproom the Par Save Pale. It was good pale ale with it's piney, earthy and floral flavors. Definitely a well balanced beer. In addition to that I got a local cider that was a guest tap that was fantastic. Eventually we made it over to that cidery later in the trip. Bevel proved to be a really fun experience and I'd make return trips just for those food trucks!

First visit to Bend, OR from NW Ohio. On a recommendation by my gf's Uncle we made the attempt to stop in and say hello to one of the managers, Justin. Unfortunately, he was not going to be working until later. We sampled a couple of the craft beer selections and decided on the Avid Cider Jungle Juice and the Max Weight Wee Heavy. Very impressed with both. We ventured out to the food trucks and Aina and Tots were open today so we got food from both. Tots - we mixed 2 choices of the dry rubs: blackberry balsamic and the lime & raw honey; both were very good. Aina - poke nachos (ahi). OMGoodness! I thought I died and was in heaven eating these wonton nachos. Fantastic. Bevel seems to be a low-key establishment that has a good selection of craft brews, good service, and fairly priced as well. I will definitely stop by here the next time I am in Bend! Well done, very well done...

We visited on a day we were just hanging out in Bend proper. It was a cool environment and pretty tasty beer. I would recommend for a hang for sure, they have some cool art up as well. Cool vibe, chill place, pretty tasty beer.

Bevel - a disc golf themed operation - promises hop forward beers in a casual tasting room in the 9th Street Village, which means you get easy access to the food trucks that inhabit the locale. - Medium-sized bar where you can watch disc golf on the TV. - Several tables scattered about. The bar area is fairly open, not at all crowded. And you can sit outside. - A very casual vibe, no loud music, not much in the way of distractions. If you've been to Bridge 99 off Empire, Bevel is kind of like that in terms of ambiance. Beer: - Prices are in line with the rest of Bend. $5.50/pint. - 1st Run: an easy-drinking IPA that isn't super hoppy. - 2nd Run: an easy-drinking IPA with quite a bit more hoppiness. - Tree Love: a red ale that also drinks well (there's a theme here) and has a bit of hoppiness. - Hop Tour Series Mosaic: my favorite of the IPA/IRA's. Quite hoppy. - Black Ace Cascadian dark ale looks very nice and drinks like a black IPA. It's a bit too high in ABV for me to have regularly (7.6%). - Larry-s Pale: I wasn't expecting much from a pale but was pleasantly surprised. Almost every craft brewer these days provides IBU numbers for their beers (International Bittering Units), but not here. That's something I think they should change - some folks have a lower tolerance to hops and some folks (me) just like knowing the numbers. Parking can be a challenge during busy times. You may have to find street parking and even that might be scarce. Recommended.

Been wanting to check out Bevel since they opened. Finally got to do it today. Both my partner in crime and I agreed we like Bevel a lot. We love the simplicity of the place, the friendliness of the staff. The hubby enjoyed his Bicentennial DIPA while I, a non-beer drinker enjoyed my Humm hopped grapefruit kombucha. They had 4 food trucks(that I saw). Didn't get to try the food but we will next time. Not a fan of the parking lot but oh well. One thing that surprised me and one that we appreciate....they offer military discount. We will be back!

Great stop! They have a big outdoor space with lots of seating and a few food trucks as well. I had the saison which was a good beer, perfect for a summer day. It's a comfortable spot to enjoy a drink!

Yay! It was the best veggie burger my husband has had in a long time... he added avocado and vegan cheese (which did make it a bit pricey). Awesome that you can do many different sides including regular fries, Cajun fries, salad, chips, and more options... do wish they had onion rings however. I got the hummus plate which was good but not the best I've had. It came with a baguette which was more like garlic bread so I would have, personally, liked pita more. It also had a few olives on the side with a red pepper type sauce. I got it with no pickled onions. They had a great beer selection and even a few tasty non-alcoholic beers. Also had kombucha on tap which was delicious (from Humm). Everyone working was super sweet and the vibes were relaxed and casual. Our food came out quick and exactly how we ordered it. They also seemed to have spaces for larger parties, too. They also have a little gift shop if you wanted to pick anything from shirts, to bottle openers, to beer candles and more! Would come back again!

I am not sure if it was a name change this brewery went through or but I suspect so. Because if this was a brand new brewery I imagine it would have it's own Yelp entry. But who can say for sure... maybe it was transitional activity that reached to what my review currently pertains to which is UPP Liquids. This is still a brewery and it's a good one. So I am bumping up a star here as I really enjoyed the beer I had by UPP Liquids. The name of the beer was called Pinball Wizard which is an Oatmeal Stout. I do like these kinds of stouts very much as I like the oatmeal that is at play here and what it contributes to the flavor profile. For Pinball izard flavor features in this beer is roastiness, maltiness, a hint of smokiness and a coffee flavor. This hit the spot in every way and it was a joy to drink. Even though these beers are great to have on cold, rainy day the day we had it was a bit more pleasant and still. But despite that it didn't ruin the atmosphere as to when to have this beer at all. It was such an enjoyable beer I rated it quite highly on Untappd which is my beer rater app for each individual beer that I try. So yes, trying out UPP for the first time was quite a positive impression.

So on our last trip to Bend we finally made it here to the their taproom and it didn't disappoint at all. It was a great stop! We got a taster set of a variety of different beers that they had on tap and they were all quite good. Many of them have a wild ale aspect to them which I can appreciate at you don't come across this beer too much on a routine basis. The taproom is cool and I love all of their art specifically where fermentation liquids spilled onto a sheet or a cloth making various designs and hues during the brewing making process of their beers. Other excellent beers that we have had from this brewery are the Samalie which is a Wild Ale. This one I rated very highly on Untappd because it was so amazing! Things to look for in the flavor profile are sourness, tartness, fruitiness, a natural sweetness and a dry finish. Really an excellent beer! Moving on from that we had the great Ping Pong Table Beer.
