A couple years ago we were looking to remodel our kitchen and asked several friends, who had recently done the same, for a recommendation. Sadly, each of them said "you don't wanna use my guy." How sad that no one liked their contractor after the job was done! Luckily, a friend finally recommended Frank, and we couldn't be happier. Our kitchen/dining remodel was a really big job--walls removed, ceiling and flooring replaced, top to bottom--and he did beautiful work. Frank is conscientious and thorough, and will treat your home like his own. He makes suggestions and sees little details we missed, is a hard worker, and doesn't keep adding to the price. And he's just a genuinely nice guy. Our house is quirky and kind of piece-meal, and there are literally weird things behind every wall. Whatever came up, he would just look at it and figure out how to fix it or make it better. Since then, he's pretty much remodeled our entire home, one room at a time. We're mid-bathroom right now. He can do just about everything, and we would trust him with anything.

I have purchased a lot of patio furniture from Christian Arthur Designs. I love the quality of the…read morefurniture itself, but the seat webbing just "died" after 3 1/2 years. I have always covered the seats and protected the underside (where the stretchy webbing is) from the sun. I began to notice the intense sagging of the cushions last year, but thought maybe it was my imagination. When i examined the webbing, it looked like it wasn't even elastic, but a piece of fabric. No support left! I felt that after spending over $1500 on this furniture, it should have lasted a bit longer than 3 1/2 years. When I called Christian Arthur Designs, I spoke to Christy. She basically said it was normal wear and had no clue as how to help me nor did not offer any suggestions on how to repair the webbing...I was on my own... Very sad and disappointed...I shopped locally for the support and it looks like if you can get it from a big box store and have some warranty behind it, thats the better route...

My chairs were something I had my eyes on at my grandmothers house since I was a child. They've since been given to me and have lived with me for almost 10 years. They came to me with some rips in fabric, chewed up legs, and pervious terrible attempts at repairs on the legs and wobble arms. This was a project I wanted done years ago but I had to save up for. And it was worth it. The sentimental value exceeds the monetary cost (Michael deserves every Penny) and the 6-8 weeks of waiting. He rebuilt/repaired legs and arms, and reupholstered (beautifully) both chairs. So many fabrics to choose from. I tried to pick one that would compliment the chairs. She told me to ask for Brittany and I did. Brittany was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable By the way That place has such a unique collection. When you step in you think " ah.. can I afford this ? " they have styles that suites every budget. without sacrificing the quality. She listened to what we wanted, we told her what our budget is and showed her the bathroom layout with measurements. She was able to suggest what tiles would go where and how. We chose from what she offered based on some photos to she showed us as well to have a better idea on how it would look. Final results are AMAZING we love it and we get so many compliments.
