The team quickly created 3D renderings and remained patient and responsive through the many changes I made along the way. When I was finally ready to place the order, Liad worked his magic to get everything delivered quickly and keep the project moving. Arturo was also wonderful to work with. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions and requests--and there were many! His team's craftsmanship and attention to detail made such a difference in the final result. I reached these people from an ad on Facebook (which should've been my first clue) and was…read moresurprised they were willing to set up an appointment same day. They took my information (just name/address /phone) and said they would be here at 6:30p. They then sent a video using my name, date, and time on a white board (to show it was real, I guess? That made me highly suspicious of deep fakes, tho) to confirm my appt and let me know some details before they showed up. One of the details was the price. The lowest price mentioned was $12,000. Not to remodel the entire bathroom, but ONLY to replace the tub/surround. Also, the material they use is BP-Cor2, a composite polymer that contains 85% ABS plastic and 15% Acrylic. Google says this is actually a pretty safe, non-toxic material (so that's good), but the adhesive fumes are another story and it takes 24-48 hours for all that to be done. That sounded exorbitant. They do offer a lifetime warranty, but I may be selling my place within the year, so that really wasn't a factor in my decision. So I called to cancel, was put on hold, then hung up on twice. Not sure what that was about, so I texted back to the number that sent me the link and said to cancel my appointment, then I texted stop to unsubscribe. Got a call back almost immediately after that from the guy I originally talked to, who tried to change my mind. I would say it was a medium sell - not hard, but definitely he tried a few tactics before giving up. When he finally realized I was not going to relent, he said he canceled everything, which was great. About a week or two later, I received a call from them trying to sell me their service again. I pointed out that I had unsubscribed from everything and was not going to follow through with the appointment. They called yet again another week later, trying to sell me the same crap. At this point, there is no way they could've convinced me to change my mind. I do not work with people who do not listen when you cancel something. Beware of giving them your information.

I didn't find that…read moreout until after I managed to wrangle contractor prices out of them with a nice printed estimate that came in $20-$200 under per item compared to all other retail locations who claim to offer contractor prices and price match guarantees ( i.e. P------ S----). Now I have to get a contractor to order them for me and hopefully not mark them up! Location is a bit difficult to find. Nav doesn't help either. The street that Siri sent me down doesn't really exist but you can get a car through it. Plenty of parking. Don't expect any storefront. It's just a plain warehouse with about 6 guys at desks who know everything about everything you will ever need for your remodel project. This place is the best kept secret of your contractor/plumber/electrician.
