Is there a 10 STAR option!? I have been dreaming of a new kitchen since I bought my home 3 years…read moreago....and now the reality has exceeded my dreams! Kitchen Boutique is A+ game in home renovation! I worked with Hlai who was able to draw up me some designs that exceeded what I needed but stayed in a budget I needed to work with. The experience was great from Day 1 where she just simply got to know me, my likes, dislikes, and reactions to different decor. Through that we talked budget and then started designing. Just when I thought the designs could not be any more perfect- She and her business partner Patti called with an upgrade that was small but made all the difference to switch the spots on my sink and dishwasher. Once designs were finalized the whole crew was out to my home within 2 weeks to start the project. My kitchen was demolished in a day and a plumber was on the way. We hit a snag of a leaking pipe (thank god we found it!) on demo day- a friday- and when the plumber said he didn't work weekends, Hlai was on the phone negotiation and fixing the issue and he was there for me bright and early Saturday morning to finish the job! I was so impressed! Over the next 2 days new cabinets and counter tops were installed and just 3 days later my appliances found their new homes. By Day 5 I was putting my kitchen back together and Day 6 of renovation I was making homemade Risotto!!! PHENOMENAL! Hlai was available to me at all hours of the day by text, phone, or email. It felt like talking to someone from my family and I looked forward to our conversations. I seriously cannot emphasize how easy, fast, and efficient such a big task was executed. I even had the team put some cabinets Hlai recommended into my very awkward downstairs bathroom/laundry. I now love that space I dreaded as well. I highly highly recommend swinging by and chatting with Hlai and team for your ideas on anything cabinet, kitchen, or organization related because there is a solution they will have!!!! SO HAPPY!!!!

Customer service is awful and maybe my kitchen remodel isn't worth their time even the quote was over $10k. A response would be nice so people don't waste their time if you're uninterested in working with them.

After a kitchen leak led to a complete downstairs remodel, Wholesale Cabinets helped turn an…read moreincredibly stressful situation into my dream home. They provided the cabinetry for our kitchen, laundry room, custom entertainment center, and the built-ins and floating shelves beside our fireplace--and everything turned out beautifully. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Liad, Lily, and Ruby made me feel genuinely welcomed. The showroom was beautiful, and Liad patiently walked me through all of the cabinet options. He really knew his stuff and had excellent ideas for improving the kitchen layout. Before I left, he gave me an incredibly reasonable quote that made the decision easy. I have also been extremely impressed by the quality of the cabinets. They feel sturdy and well made, the finish is beautiful, and they offer excellent quality for the price. Although these are RTA cabinets, you would never know it from the finished result. Liad worked closely with his recommended installer, Arturo, to make everything look and feel completely custom. They crafted a beautiful range hood, customized a broom closet to fit our needs, and the included cabinet accessories that were such a nice (and useful!) added touch. The team quickly created 3D renderings and remained patient and responsive through the many changes I made along the way. Our entertainment center was a custom design, and it turned out even better than I imagined. When I was finally ready to place the order, Liad worked his magic to get everything delivered quickly and keep the project moving. Arturo was also wonderful to work with. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions and requests--and there were many! His team's craftsmanship and attention to detail made such a difference in the final result. More than anything, I truly felt as though everyone treated me like a friend rather than just another customer. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the quality, service, and finished spaces. I have recommended Wholesale Cabinets to everyone I've spoken to, and I will absolutely be back when it is time to remodel our upstairs!

They worked with us to get the most storage we could in our very small galley kitchen. The cabinets were beautiful, just what we wanted at a very reasonable price. The best part is their customer loyalty and service. Not only during that initial installation but four years later when a small plastic piece in one drawer cracked and when I called them to find out where I could get the part, they immediately sent it to us, free of charge. Each interaction we've had with them has been professional, and pleasant. A good company to work with.

They took my information (just name/address /phone) and said they would be here at 6:30p. They then sent a video using my name, date, and time on a white board (to show it was real, I guess? That made me highly suspicious of deep fakes, tho) to confirm my appt and let me know some details before they showed up. One of the details was the price. The lowest price mentioned was $12,000. Not to remodel the entire bathroom, but ONLY to replace the tub/surround. Also, the material they use is BP-Cor2, a composite polymer that contains 85% ABS plastic and 15% Acrylic. Google says this is actually a pretty safe, non-toxic material (so that's good), but the adhesive fumes are another story and it takes 24-48 hours for all that to be done. That sounded exorbitant. They do offer a lifetime warranty, but I may be selling my place within the year, so that really wasn't a factor in my decision. So I called to cancel, was put on hold, then hung up on twice. Not sure what that was about, so I texted back to the number that sent me the link and said to cancel my appointment, then I texted stop to unsubscribe. Got a call back almost immediately after that from the guy I originally talked to, who tried to change my mind. I would say it was a medium sell - not hard, but definitely he tried a few tactics before giving up. When he finally realized I was not going to relent, he said he canceled everything, which was great. About a week or two later, I received a call from them trying to sell me their service again. I pointed out that I had unsubscribed from everything and was not going to follow through with the appointment. They called yet again another week later, trying to sell me the same crap. At this point, there is no way they could've convinced me to change my mind. I do not work with people who do not listen when you cancel something. Beware of giving them your information.

Which was such a breath of fresh air in this very active real estate market. Being a Realtor. I know all companies that are associated with real estate are experiencing lots of volume so that was very quick considering the market. To be honest I was in such need of moving this project forward. What a wonderful blessing we got started right away! I had moved into a new home and with the exception of a desk/chair and a bed. I only brought items that fit in a box. Or went in the closet. I initially contacted Blythe so I can get a design to get some furniture etc. but I had boxes all around the parameter of my home and couldn't get to the design until we went through all the boxes and had everything organized and put away. Over the years we can accumulate so many items that are so precious. IE: just to name one category. I had been saving a variety of keep sake items from over the years that were also in cardboard boxes and felt stuck not knowing what to do with them. I didn't know where to start. When Kate arrived she rolled up her sleeves and got to work. We opened every box and went through absolutely everything. She made what looked so overwhelming a breeze. She was able to help me discern what to keep and what to purge. I had a hard time parting ways with items I hadn't used in I can't even remember the last time I had used them. I even had kept boxes from vacuums and other appliances that she kindly pointed out were taking up space that we could use to organize other items in. Apparently, I needed the permission to get rid of it. Which when I did get rid of them. It felt freeing! We sorted through all sorts of items. Anywhere, from a variety of keep sakes (my daughter trophy's, various photos, bday and holiday cards I had collected over the years), office supplies, to electronics (she helped me discern what to keep - and what to recycle - phew - so nice to know you can recycle electronics), kitchen cabinets, cleaning supplies, cleaning appliances in a closet, to paperwork that needed to be shredded and had piled up over time (which I got done), misc. bathroom items, linen closet to labeling. By the time we were done it was after 6pm and we had lot of empty cardboard boxes to recycle. Even though she had been here for 4 hours on a intense and detailed job.... with a mask on... On a hot day. She wanted to ensure she didn't leave any task for that day not completed. She offered to help me break down and take out every last box (I live on the 3rd floor) which we did. Then we scheduled an appt. for the next day so we could get some containers etc. to efficiently organize the items. Bye bye cardboard boxes. What started off as a 3 hour process. Ended up being a 9 hour job over a span of 3 days. I'm so grateful Kate was available 3 days in a row to keep the flow of the process going. I can go on and on. When you don't know where to start it's sure great to have someone who is a professional organizer help you. Kate is experienced, professional, amazing, friendly, funny, jovial and someone you will feel comfortable having in your home.
