The location is great. The parking is limited because of the small plaza. Service is okay most days. My go to is the blended ice coffee.

The best coffee!!! Absolutely love this place and am so glad to have one locally instead of just getting it when in SD.

Really wanted to like this place but Daisy was SO rude. I was asking questions because I had never been there and she seemed so bothered to answer my questions. So i ended up settling for a drink I didn't end up liking because I felt uncomfortable to continue asking questions. When I walked away I can hear her talking to her coworkers and said i was "annoying". I literally just asked her what she recommends and what drink is most popular. I order a few drinks, first I got my order missing and I called back in kept me on hold for 40 minutes just for one drinks they think we have time for them all day to stay on phone go talk to your staff and teach them how to do customer service read more

Popped in here late morning on a Friday for some coffee, and immediately wished I didn't have lunch plans so I could grab a breakfast sandwich. Will be back tomorrow for that. The inside is clean and cute, with a fun selection of cups and beans and k-cups for sale. We did grab some k-cups to take home. The menu is awesome, everything coming out looked great. The man who took our order was super friendly, and the staff were busy as bees making coffee because the place was absolutely popping off. It took maybe 10-12 min to get our iced coffees, which didn't bother me one bit because I am thrilled to see businesses doing well after the lovely governor chopped small businesses off at the knees during Flu Season 2020. My iced white mocha was amazing, not sticky sweet with burnt coffee like Sbux. My boyfriend got a cinnamon cream cold brew which was phenomenal and that is what I will have tomorrow when I go back. 11/10. Loved it. read more

I'm not one to write bad reviews however, this one needs a rude awakening. I placed an ordered in the mobile app for 3 pastries, 15mins later I received 2 out of the 3 pastries. I noticed the entire time while I waited in the lobby, that the girl that was grabbing the pastries knew that the zuchini walnut muffin had tan out, immediately grabbed someone else to let them know. Instead of letting me know that they had ran out, the girl just placed the two pastries in two bags and then called my name. DID NOT EVEN MENTIONED THAT THE ZUCHINI WALNUT MUFFIN HAD RAN OUT. I picked up my stuff, looked inside the bag and she still looking at me and did not even mentioned anything. Additionally, I had to ask if my zuchini walnut can be reimbursed, she did not even offer anything additionally. NO WONDER THE TEMECULA LOCATION IS WAY BETTER. This place has no customer service skills, and even worse, they had no decency to own up to their own mistakes. They were going to allow me to walk out with missing items that I payed for without saying a word. THIS MESSAGE IS FOR EVERYONE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU GUYS LEAVE THE STORE. First time at this place and had literally such a great experience. My cashier was Fernando and he was very knowledgeable on the ingredients of the menu and was very friendly! So I've been here a few times. I understand the place is new but some of the staff is snobby and there is need for that. I requested whole milk but I know the used 2% it's happened multiple times. The pastry I ordered was never given to me when I finally asked for it they couldn't find it. The wait is too long and half the drinks are excessively sweet. Also I asked for the guest wifi password and the staff member said they do not have WiFi. It literally shows up as better buzz is guest WiFi. I guess it's only for certain guests. "best drink ever" was actually good! i'm not a coffee drinker but i got it iced and it was smooth and sweet enough for me to drink it. also recommend the mocha de mexico & OG acai bowl (reminds me a lot of island vintage coffee's acai bowl). great (and funny - shoutout to fernando) customer service. he accidentally dropped a piece of my pastry and gave me an extra one to compensate! place was neat and clean as well. will be back when i'm down in socal! read more

Last weekend, I came in with my family and had such a great experience! The coffee was delicious and the service was amazing. One of the workers, Daisy, made us feel so welcomed and was so helpful when one of our drinks needed to be remade. She was kind and very professional! Service is very poor, I was excited to have them come to Menifee after being a customer at other locations. It took them 30 min to make a breakfast sandwich on a weekday morning! I really wanted to enjoy this place but it's been hit or miss. The first time I went the coffee was delicious. Just the right amount of milk, syrup, and espresso; not too sweet or bitter. The second time my sister's drink was good and mine tasted like very burnt espresso. I figured maybe it was an off day so it's okay and I'll go again soon. I went again and my coffee tasted great. However, this past time I went both my coffee and husband's coffee tasted really bad. I ordered him a horchata latte and it was undrinkable. It tasted like super burnt espresso and we couldn't finish it. We only took two sips because we were worried it would upset our stomachs. I'm sad because I really loved the ambiance of the place and loved that there was a smaller chain besides Starbucks and Coffee bean in the area. The baristas have been very kind and I haven't had any bad customer service from here, but I can't say the coffee is consistently made well from my experience. And I also cannot justify paying $8 and up for coffee that is not always going to taste at least decent. If you want to give it a try, go for it. Just don't expect it to always taste great. read more
