Place has a lot of offerings, but it's not the place sadly for a cup of regular coffee, tried it twice both times it was overly bitter and tasted as if it had been setting for quite a while, could be why everyone seemingly drinks other things, baked goods, service is good...just not a good spot for a simple cup of coffee. read more

Staff are friendly and efficient. Coffee and dessert are okay. The ambiance, service, and consistency is top notch here. Today was our second visit. We waited about 15 minutes for 2 pumpkin cold brews. We were not told there would be a wait by the rude person taking our order. When I finally received our drinks, I asked if they normally put ice in cold brew (not normal that's like putting ice in a beer)I was rudely told that it was normal. I simply said good to know, I won't order it again. To which I was laughed at on my way out and they continued to ridicule me on my way out. I paid nearly $30 for 4 drinks and a lesson on how NOT to treat a customer. I could have made them remake it to my order. But I chose to write this review to let others know that this "establishment" is run by a pack of unprofessional children. And...the coffee was garbage. Not worth the price, wait or aggravation. If I were a lesser person as these employees are, I would have given them the reaction they deserved. read more

Sometimes it's super busy and sometime not as much but I drive extra just to pass the Starbucks and go here. It's worth it. I like most of the drinks but the best drink ever is my go to. Most of the time it tastes very fresh. I tried the caprese but it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The seats most of the time are taken up and I wish there was more sitting space and parking space but overall it's pretty good coffee especially more than Starbucks. read more

I have been looking forward to trying out Better Buzz since I have heard so many good things about their coffee. I was looking for soemthing that was different and unique. Aurora helped me navigate through the menu and was very knowledgable about all of the different drinks. I was in search for a latte that wasn't too sweet since I love the taste of coffee. Aurora educated me about their unique vanilla powder blend. So I decided to get a lightly sweetened vanilla caramel iced latte. I asked if she could make my drink since she knew exactly what I wanted. She happily made my drink and my with my first sip a smile came across my face. It is exactly what I was looking for!!! I can tell Better Buzz has great coffee, and unique drinks. Also, the inside decor was so cute! Aurora recommended I downloaded the app which I did. I ordered through the mobile app 3 drinks and 3 pastries. It was supposed to take a little less than 10 mins. I got there and my order still wasn't ready. Normally not a big deal but I was on my way into work. I didn't notice until I got to work that 1 of my pastries was missing. Lastly, I ordered a macchiato with caramel but did not get any caramel. Excited that there is a new option for drive thru coffee. Makes it so convenient when you have littles in the car. Everything is pretty good. My only two negative opinions are that the ciabatta bread is too hard on their breakfast sandwich and that the vanilla powder that they use is artificially flavored. Muffins were good. Hot black coffee wasn't hot and had to wait forever while people in line after me with fancy drinks left. It's new and a bit chaotic but I'll try again once the crew Is more knowledgeable and experienced. Perhaps the two muffins I ordered should have been in a handle type bag so I could carry the two coffees to the car. The drinks weren't set in the drink carrier well and spilled in the car. My wife and I every week go out somewhere to try out different coffee shops. This coffee shop by far the worst out of all the coffee shops we went to. We had ordered an ice chai latte with oat milk, a blueberry lavender lemonade, A cheese danish, and a ham and cheese croissant. The ham and cheese croissant was really good, loved how crispy and flaky it was. The cheese danish was also good, so far the food was pretty on point for the most part. However, the drinks was what. Brought the review down tremendously, the iced chai hardly had any flavor only tasted like oat milk, it was sad because it looked better than it actually tasted, hardly any sweetness, and don't even taste the chai in it. The blueberry lavender lemonade is not something I would get again I will put it that way. Won't plan on coming back here again there are way better coffee shops we have been to. It seems like a pretty busy coffee shop And definitely wasn't what we thought it would turn out to be. read more

First time here and it is OUTSTANDING! The espresso has so much more flavor profile to it, compared to its competitors. Drinks are always consistent.
