First time coming in, was excited to try their drinks. Ended up trying a smoothie, Pink Dragon with pitaya, strawberries, banana, apple juice, bee pollen. I waited 15min for my drink... had to ask someone to check on the order for me as that seemed like too long of a time. Looked like they had forgotten about it. I then watched the gentleman who was handling the food orders slowly walk over to obtain ice, no sense of urgency for an order that was now overdue. At this point, I wanted my money back, but I waited, received my order 5min later and said nothing. The drink itself was just ok, didn't taste like there was any banana in it and was very liquid in texture, not smoothie like. First and last time visiting this location.

Amazing service!!!! Drive through literally takes seconds for an order to be completed. I tried the chocolate croissant and it's just heaven!!!! Crispy and lots of chocolate!!! Better Buzz is awesome and I thank you Josh for your professionalism and work ethic!!! The vibe is also cozy I love it!!!!

*Note: TDLR at the end of the review Mint Infused Iced Coffee: 4/10 I paid for iced milk dawg. Errrrrr they deadass put a mint leaf on top of my drink and called it mint infused. Didn't taste any mint at all, just a super iced out milky latte. Service: 3/10 Money grabby af. The cashier (older dude so I think might be the owner), was nonchalant asf and gave me this weird look when I didn't order a large. He basically shooed me off after telling him my order. Also, no one calls out your order. They just leave it at the counter and you gotta check on it. Ambiance: 6/10 Plenty of tables and outlets! Came on a Sunday around 3pm and it was crowded af, but I was able to nab a table. Music is kinda loud, but I think it's a pretty decent place to study. Parking was pretty easy to find. TDLR: I would rather go to Starbucks tbh LOL. Drinks are very okay, hella fucking ice bro. Easy parking. Owner (I think) is rude and money grabby.

Stumbled upon Better Buzz on the way home and decided to stop in for an afternoon pick-me-up -- so glad I did! I'd heard the banana coffee was a must-try and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Sweet but not overdone, a natural hint of banana without any artificial taste, and the cold foam on top was fluffy and heavenly. We also tried the Cinnamon Pistachio from their new seasonal menu and that was another hit -- a perfect blend of flavors that somehow avoids that fake sweetener taste you find elsewhere. What really made the visit was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and happy to share their personal favorites to help us narrow things down. That kind of enthusiasm goes a long way. We will most definitely be back!

This is a month old review. We want it to try this place as we pass by it many time and now they have banana flavor. We ordered drive thru so I didn't get to experience the food inside. We order the banana matcha flavor and coconut flavor latte. The drink was alright, the matcha is light in color which usually indicates lower grade matcha and the banana is lacking flavor. The coconut taste more like a vanilla latte than coconut. Drink deserve 3 stars, but we would come back to check out the food next time.

I usually head over to Philz in Fullerton, but I decided to try this place out since it's right by my home. The second I ordered my drink and tasted it, I knew i had just wasted $7 on a drink I can't even drink because they added about an inch of cinnamon, nutmeg, etc "spices". So I just got up to pay $7 for a drink I cannot swallow without feeling all these grainy bits of seasoning. If you want gritty bitter coffee order the Moroccan spice iced coffee! Just because it has "seasoning" in it, you don't dump a tablespoon of each spice into a regular drink.

is the chili crunch in the room with us?

WEIRD experience. I usually like Better Buzz, so I don't know if they changed their customer service lately, but the drive thru lady tried to upsell us on EVERYTHING. She wasn't even very friendly, very monotonous, but she KEPT asking if we wanted food, pastries, to add avocado, if we wanted a large, etc. It was really annoying, especially when I knew what I wanted. I said NO to the large americano, she charged me for a large anyway. But by the time I noticed I wasn't going to ask for a refund. There wasn't nearly enough ice in there so I just had an incredibly watered down drink.. I ended up saying yes to adding avocado on my chili crunch because she said it's "the most popular way to enjoy it" and it was TWO DOLLARS for the tiniest bit of mashed up avocado in a dinky little solo cup. Also, see photo, it's literally called a chili crunch wrap and I see NO chili crunch. I dug around and could not for the life of me see any sign of chili crunch save for one flake. I also always ask for cinnamon cream cold brew half sweet and she had the strangest push back saying it's already less sweet and so I ended up just saying fine I'll have it as it comes.. The caprese sandwich bread is horrible. It's over toasted and hard on the edges (same for my chili crunch wrap tortilla). And it was fully heated so I had soggy tomato and the saddest amount of arugula.

I've been wanting to try Better Buzz for a while and was eating near by so stopped by for a coffee for the drive home. This location is amazing, near the 91 freeway entrance and large, clean and very cozy to enjoy your drink alone or with friends. The menu is expansive. There is something for everyone here. I decided to start at the top with the Best Drink Ever. An Americano with their signature creamy vanilla added. Shuttle, not too sweet and coffee forward... which is always my preference. I'm here for the beans not the diabetes. The list is large of specialty drinks, so many directions you can go. Also a nice selection of teas, smoothie and even açaí bowls. So I will be back to try more. They also had some food options that looked good and a great assortment of pastries. Unfortunately I just had a large dinner so I will have to be hungry next time I drive through. The staff was well versed in the menu and provided some recommendations. They were very busy and the lobby was packed. But the staff remained chipper. I'm hoping they expand into west LA but this San Diego based chain is worth a visit if you are passing through.

My friend got a text that today is banana day that and they were giving away a free banana cold foam drink if you were a banana gear on banana today. I have a banana bread business myself, so I am all about bananas, yellow, and banana gear. So, naturally, we took a little drive from Redondo to Fullerton. When we got here, Ryanne was our cashier and Marissa was making drinks. He was super patient with my friend and I as we were beside ourselves with the cute stickers you guys had. And I had my banana pants on and my banana hat on so Marissa said I qualified for the free drink!!! . Yay me!!!! of course, it was absolutely delicious so much so that we're gonna have to get another one on the way back to Redondo. Thank you so much Marisa and Ryan for making our trip extra fun.

I enjoyed this spot. The interior is very nice and extremely spacious. There's plenty of seating and it's a nice aesthetic. The girl who helped me was really nice, and when I had a question about adjustments she helped out a lot! Service was quick, and they even have a drive thru which is convenient if you don't feel like getting down! I got the best drink ever with cinnamon cream and it was good. It basically tasted like a Spanish latte if that's what you're into! But yeah, I'll be back to try more items!

Honestly I really wanted to like this location. It's super close to my house and it is hard to find a good coffee shop with a decent sized indoor seating area. The seating area was cute and spacious. The drinks were okay. A little too sugary, but okay. The service however, was not great. None of the workers acknowledged me when I walked in. I stood by the register for a while before someone walked over and coldly just asked what I want. They all seemed totally inconvenienced by their customers. They were all super unfriendly and just unhappy. Of course I don't expect people to always be Dutch Bros happy, but at least a little kind. I'm really bummed but I don't want to frequent a coffee shop where I don't feel welcomed at all. read more

The bacon ciabatta was filling , Monze recommended adding avocado and tomatoes I also got the chocolate chip cookie with the mango buzz energy . My order came within 10min because they were pretty busy. But The wait wasn't too bad because they have a bunch seating and good music . I came here during the soft launch and I was very pleased with my visit. It was super busy but the staff did an amazing job of making sure we were helped and that we got our orders as quick as possible. Miu, one of the barista's there, was super helpful and suggested me a list of their favorite items, and I highly recommend their avocado toast after trying it. Staff was nice but honestly over priced. Got two different lattes and they both tasted like water with a hint of coffee flavor. Neither of them tasted they way we expected or remotely close to the flavor they were supposed to be. Got the Horchata and Snickerdoodle iced latte coffee. The flavors from the horchata were very individualized, and the coffee did not blend well with the horchata. I love this chain. So glad to finally have a location in Fullerton. I got the Moroccan latte with cold foam and a Nutella croissant. My mom really enjoyed her gluten-free doughnut too. Moist! The quality of coffee is terrible, just as bad as Starbucks. The lattes aren't really lattes - a fourth of my cup was filled with foam, the food was very bland, and managed to mess up my drink order twice. By that point I didn't even bother trying to get it fixed again. For the high price you're paying, save it and go somewhere else. The staff is nice, and it's not their fault but the overall quality of the product is terrible. read more

Only 1 of 2 ordering kiosks were working when we were there. The one that was working was on the slower time and took its time to load. I appreciated that this location had a lot of the drink varieties in stock rather than marking them out of stock. The quality of the drinks is very consistent with the rest of the chain and they do a good job of following all of the customizations that are inputted.

Hello everyone, I apologize for my absence and lack of reviews, but work has taken me abroad where I believe Yelp should consider expanding... but that's a topic for another review. My daughter directed my attention to a new coffee establishment, Better Buz Coffee (BB) which she recommended I visit. If you are not familiar with me, I am quite the coffee enthusiast, which is why I find myself in the mountains of El Salvador . Upon my arrival at the Fullerton, CA location, I noticed there is plenty of parking available, leaving no reason for you not to visit... so stop making excuses and come on over. My initial impression of the coffee shop was simply amazing! It has a spacious, bright, and casual ambiance . I approached the counter to find a diverse menu of items that, if it weren't for my commitment to maintaining my figure, I would have indulged in... so don't let that deter you from trying everything. Today, I opted to sample their coffee, but since I arrived in the late afternoon during a bit of a rush, I decided not to trouble the BB staff too much, especially on my first visit. Fortunately, Alicia greeted me with a warm smile and was both knowledgeable and courteous while taking my order. I chose a drip coffee, as BB does not offer pour-overs, but that's not a drawback when it comes to getting your caffeine fix. The coffee was delivered promptly and tasted an impressive 8 out of 10. To summarize, since this is my first review, I will certainly return to BB, and next time I plan to provide a comprehensive review of the various blends they offer and see if I can persuade them to prepare a pour-over for my discerning palate. ## Yelp Review: Disappointing Service Despite Aesthetic Appeal 1/5 Stars The establishment had a clean and fancy overall appearance. However, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The staff member repeatedly claimed they could not understand my order, creating an unnecessarily difficult interaction. Most egregiously, the employee resorted to making racist comments, directly asking if I was Chinese and displaying blatant discriminatory behavior. The restaurant's interior design cannot compensate for the deeply unprofessional and offensive treatment I experienced. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable in any customer service setting. I strongly recommend management address these serious issues of communication and racial sensitivity among their staff. Do not recommend. read more

Buzz Coffee Shop is hands down my favorite neighborhood spot! The service here is always top-tier, especially thanks to Ryan. His customer service and attentiveness are truly exceptional--he greets you with a warm smile, remembers your order, and always has the best recommendations. My go-to is the iced vanilla latte with cinnamon cold foam (absolute perfection!), but every time I take Ryan's suggestions, I discover something new to love. Unsure of what to order, I was recommended the 'Best Ever' coffee with cinnamon cream--and it truly lived up to its name. We're used to long wait times for our coffee or food at most coffee shops, but this Better Buzz location has their process down and get items out quickly. A special shout out to Ryan as well. I thought it wasn't going to be good based on the name. I was wrong. Service was great (friendly and prompt), the drinks were unique, and it was a nice place to hangout for a bit. My friend and I tried the mint infused iced coffee and the horchata latte. The mint iced coffee was interested. Not in a bad way, but we both preferred the horchata...probably because it was sweeter.
