Came here for the first time and had a good experience! All the employees were nice and very attentive with each customer. They greeted everyone that walked in and were constantly making sure everything was clean and stocked up. I truly appreciate the little things and their hard work! My latte was so yummy but I wasn't a fan of the Nutella croissant. I love Nutella but I didn't like it with the salty/butter bread. It looked good tho. I'll try something different next time. Thank you! read more

Ordered "the best drink ever"... I have to disagree. It tastes just a basic iced coffee. I also ordered a pastry. The cashier asked me if I wanted it warmed and then immediately told me that they already turned off the oven so they couldn't warm up my croissant. Then why asked in the first place? First and last time here. read more

I definitely recommend the chocolate chip cookies. They were way better than I expected. Everyone's so nice and helpful. I'm coming back for sure. read more

Pretty bold of this place to name their signature drink "Best Drink Ever", and it's literally a basic ass iced vanilla latte. Service was fast, though not very friendly. They seem like corporate Starbucks drones, who just want to make your drink and make you leave. Said thank you as I left, and one looked at me and went back to conversing with their coworker. Safe to say this place won't be missed! read more

Better Buzz Coffee in Fullerton has quickly become one of my favorite coffee stops. The cafe is bright, spacious, and has a fun, energetic vibe that's perfect for studying, working, or catching up with friends. The indoor and outdoor seating are kept very clean, and there are plenty of outlets if you want to stay a while with your laptop. The drinks are excellent - bold, smooth coffee with lots of creative options. The 'Best Drink Ever' and their flavored lattes are delicious, and it's great that you can customize the sweetness so your drink is made exactly how you like it. Their pastries, avocado toast, and breakfast items are a great bonus and make it easy to have a full coffee-and-food stop in one place. I especially want to highlight Bri, who is in the photo I'm sharing with this review. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming, even when the shop was busy. She took the time to answer questions and helped make sure my order was perfect. Service like that really makes a difference and is a big reason I'll keep coming back to this Better Buzz location read more

I tried the Butterscotch Latte and a Breakfast Sandwich, but it didn't live up to the hype. The latte was way too sweet, and the sandwich was just okay hardly any flavor--not exactly the "better breakfast" name its given. ‍‍ Service: Mid. It took about 15 + minutes, so definitely not a spot to hit before work. Plus, pre-orders are overpriced by about a dollar. Update: went again did online order and it took even longer then previously so thats all wont be going back. read more

One of my new go to coffee spots ever since it opened! Love the baristas as they are always so friendly and easy to talk to. Very fast service in the drive thru. Favorite drink (pictured) is an iced chai with an add shot of espresso. Perfect blend of spice and sweet. Sometimes the sizing of the ham and cheese croissant can vary, but love the cheese and flavor. Great energy and study spot, I wish I had this spot when I was a student at CSUF. read more

Just great another super cute aesthetically pleasing craft coffee bar to spend my money on when I am trying to save :(. Jussst kidding, lol I wish I could've gotten the cashiers name who helped me he was very friendly and informative when I mentioned it was my first time. I told him I like sweet and creamy drinks he recommended the snickerdoodle or hazelnut. I actually ended up picking the lavender latte with vanilla cold foam. Super yummy and satisfying. Just the right amount of floral without being perfumey tasting, hopefully I get to try a bunch of drinks soon :) read more

Stopped by to share a Better Buzz experience with my sister, who is visiting from out of town. I knew taking her thru the drive-thru would be a big mistake. I didn't want to hold up the line while she tried to make a decision. So, we went inside and just as I thought, she was a bit overwhelmed. So many good options. We ordered our drinks, and while we waited I shared with her some of my favs, and the Avocado Toast is my hands down favorite. You can add bacon or egg if you want, but the bread, avocado, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, microgreens and balsamic vinegar is so good, I advise you not try to eat this while driving. The manager overheard our conversation and gave us a complimentary one on him. My sister might try to have me express ship her one to Sacremento. Very cool place to study or work as well. Great Better Buzz Experience. read more

I've seen this place since before it opened and have only heard great things. I'm so glad I checked the reviews and saw all the comments about the sweetness because even half sweet could be overkill for most coffee drinkers. I ordered the iced Hazelnut Divinity w/ Oat Milk and a Blueberry Muffin. If you still want the coffee flavor to be prominent in your drink I would recommend getting either the half or quarter sweetness like I did. All the flavors combined perfectly and it was so good I finished it within minutes. The muffin was also great, not too little or too much sweetness and it was nice and crumbly but still moist. I would definitely recommend both items and will be back soon. I came late in the day and the drive thru line still went by surprisingly quick, good service. read more

I love Better Buzz and am excited to see it in the OC area. I came here to do some work before a meeting and ordered the Orange ya glad buzz energy drink which I loved! There is plenty of seating and the ambiance is great to do work. I would have given it 5 stars but the employee wasn't very welcoming or helpful. When I came to the counter they asked if I was a rewards member and I said no, but I should be. I thought she was going to tell me how to become a rewards member but she didn't. After I left, I saw a sign for the rewards and learned my visit could have counted for a free drink later which would have been nice to know. Other than the service, the drink was refreshing! Always love better buzz drinks!!! read more

This is my new favorite coffee shop. The coffee and food are delicious. They have a good selection of coffee, pastries and food items. The ambiance, decor and aesthetics are so cute. The staff are super friendly. And the shop is very pet-friendly. I went with my dog for breakfast and they gave him a puppy cone. The manager Ryan is so nice and you can tell he is a good boss. The store is so clean, well kept and staff are so nice. I was in so-cal for the weekend and I went to Better Buzz 3 days in a row. Before I left to drive back up north I got 2 drinks. Thats how much u love this coffee shop I hope they open a location near me in the Bay Area, specifically San Francisco soon. read more

I ordered the lavender tea latte, and it wasn't really my thing. They use powder for the tea, which left a bit of an aftertaste. I also didn't get much of the lavender flavor--the black tea overpowered everything. My husband got the drink called "Best Drink Ever," and honestly, it lived up to the name--it was way better than mine. I'm a little torn on how I feel about this place overall. I wouldn't come back for the tea, but the coffee drinks seem decent. Might give it another shot for the coffee. read more

Recently moved to the area approximately 5 months ago. Better Buzz Coffee has been our go to coffee shop for a quick and delicious drink and snack. The service is always great. The employees are friendly and are always happy to help regardless of the request. The parking lot is clean and we can always find parking. read more

Visited this spot on a whim and I'm certainly glad I did. Right on Harbor Blvd, is Better Buzz Coffee - a trending coffee spot based out of San Diego, CA. Now if you've ever been to the coast of San Diego, you would be hard-pressed to find a coffee spot with a similar vibe as Better Buzz Coffee. With Kendrick playing in the background, I enjoyed their "Best Drink Ever" a classic americano with vanilla cream. This certainly lives up to the name. For a late morning snack, I opted for their avocado feta toast. They are generous with their portions and this paired deliciously with their coffee. I would definitely stop again! read more

I've had Better Buzz a few times in the past at different San Diego locations and was thrilled to see that they were opening one up in Fullerton. I normally do not frequent these big chain coffee shops but I remember Better Buzz always being great! Also, the convenience of having a drive-thru is a nice touch! Here's what I ordered: **Best Drink Ever: I've had this particular drink twice and have always liked it but this one was not it. I ordered it half sweet so maybe it was because of that. The flavor was so weak that I could taste was very light vanilla water. This was the worst drink ever. (0/5) **Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew: The cinnamon cream top was delicious but the cold brew was really watered down as well. Easily the worst cold brew I've ever had. Even Starbucks has better cold brew and that's really sad. There was also so much syrup on the bottom of my drink that I could not finish the bottom portion of my drink. (1/5) I understand that this is a new location but Better Buzz is a well established coffee spot so I expected their quality control to be up to par. On the bright side, the people working there were great. Super friendly and they worked fast to get their drinks out in lightning fashion. It's a super busy spot so be prepared to wait. I'm done with Better Buzz. Their coffee quality is very similar to Starbucks. What a waste of money. read more

BB Fullerton is my go-to coffee spot with a menu that truly has something for everyone. The staff is always kind, no matter how busy it gets. My favorite drinks are the Best Drink Ever, horchata latte, matcha, and dirty chai. Shoutout to Anthony for the warm welcome and recommendation--kouign-amann! highly recommend it if you love sweet, buttery, flaky pastries. The donut holes are also a must-try. read more

Have been here a couple of times and both the coffees I tried were really good (Best Drink Ever and Mint Infused Iced Coffee). The pastry was flaky and tasty. I pulled up one day and was so surprised to see the drive-thru line. It was almost as long as an In-N-Out line. Thankfully, the wait wasn't terrible and I was next to order after 5-10 minutes. It was surprisingly organized with friendly service. I got the caramel vanilla latte.. And LET ME TELL YOU. It was obvious after the first SIP that Better Buzz is a chain for people who enjoy overly sweet drinks with a splash of coffee. Jesus. I was so taken aback. It is disgustingly sweet, almost sickening to drink. I tried waiting until the ice melted a bit to see if it'll help. Nope. This is the first time I could not get myself to finish a drink. A sweetness adjustment is definitely needed because, Dear God, this was insanity. read more

Hi, ok why the heck is the banana pudding coffee so good?!! Their Açaí bowls are really good too! Their ham and cheese croissant was good and their pastries are all yummy too!! Service is good and ambiance is nicer than most coffee shops. I think Starbucks is going down.... I also like that they have a drive through! There are so many coffee places to choose from, but this place has to be one of my top 5!! Side note, I wish they would clean this area up more.... Maybe have more security and maintenance ppl around? .... There are always shady ppl around this plaza and also the in n out plaza across the way. I hope they can make it a safer place. Maybe if enough people complain about it something could be done to make it a nicer area. Fullerton is known to be a nice city but this area needs some help! Better Buzz please ask your property manager to make it safer, cleaner & more maintained thank you!! The security guy walking around doesn't really look like a security guy. I've never seen a maintenance guy.... Let's get this place cleaned up please thank you!! read more
