Too loud. Can't even hear our names if it was called for our order. Very disorganized, I ordered pastry and hot drink. Mobile order was 45mins, when got there after 50mins, i still waited for 10mins for my drink and my pastry not ready, have to wait for another 5-10mins for the pastry and not even warmed up. Everywhere is busy, but they don't know what customers ordered read more

Stopped in with my kiddos. The place was packed! And it seems for good reason. Nice selection of pastries- we tried the guava cream cheese croissant, morning bun and vegan cookie. My kids liked their chai lattes (huge portion even for the regular!). And the vibe was adorable! read more

The coffee was amazing and even better was their customer service. Definitely something better and different than starbucks.

Great vibes, amazing coffee, and friendly staff--Better Buzz never disappoints. I love the pastries and food that they serve!

Was pleasantly surprised to come across one of these beautiful locations in Costa Mesa. Upon entering , the cafe was super busy . But noticed the line was moving quickly, which is what made me stay. Appreciate the welcoming greet from the employees even in the busiest of times . At the point of ordering the cashier was the sweetest , she suggested a few recommendations and I gave in for the coconut matcha. Not only was it super yummy but also visually appealing . The colors and taste , delicious ! While waiting it was a bit crowded , but it's such a small cafe . Clean and taken care of . Will be coming back . read more

Currently in training for work and my start time is 6 am so I was thrilled to find another coffee shop other than Starbucks that opened at 5. I have to say I am extremely underwhelmed, I ordered the honey latte and a croissant. The coffee was extremely strong and lacked any flavor, maybe the first few sips you can taste a slight bit of honey (zero vanilla flavor) but afterwards it was like drinking a quadruple espresso. I don't know if this shops motto is to have really strong coffee or what but when I order flavored coffee such as a "HONEY"latte I expect it to taste as the description states. Maybe it was a one off but judging from some of the reviews I doubt it. So if you're in a mood for a very strong, flavorless coffee this is your place. read more

Always great! So happy there is one closer to me now. They have gluten free bread that you can substitute on most the sandwiches. Sometime they have gluten free treats as well. My favorite drinks are the blended buzz ones I usually get a white mocha but I like almost all of them. It can get busy but definitely worth it. I recommend getting the app for rewards :) read more

Yes m the girls ok do want me to scan it or not. Like really is that good customer service. For the money we spend. Likely my daughter is respectful. read more

I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening and was wowed by the high level of customer service and efficiency, as well as the quality of the drinks and food! I got an iced Snickerdoodle Latte and the avocado toast (both of which were delicious), and the person who took my order was very helpful and kind. The store is clean and nicely decorated, lending a great ambiance for studying, doing work, or just hanging out. I will definitely return in the future! read more

NATALIE WAS AMAZING!!! KEEP HER EMPLOYED!! It was such an amazing experience and this is one of my favorite coffee places!!

So glad they finally opened one here! Love the vibes, super fast and nice. Zeffe is the sweetest!

Food and drink and service, On Point! However they should be ashamed of this side of avocado price. If you want avocado you better of cutting your own up. They putting 3oz of an avocado in a ramiken for $2. Figure that out, at least make sure it's not browning, and it's 5 stars all day. read more
