If I could give Matt Prewett 10 stars, I would! He went way above and beyond what I ever would expect from a realtor. On the day we were supposed to close on the sale of our house, a water leak in a wall was discovered coming from our upstairs shower. What did Matt do? He showed up that day, tore into the wall, and figured out the issue. He coordinated all the workers (painters, sheetrock, tile, inspectors, everyone!) and had our house back on the market in a week.
