I made offers on three places and two of the three offers were accepted! I had to waive the appraisal for each offer and on the offer that I saw through, the home appraised at what was offered (they couldn't guarantee this, but they could provide comps and set my expectations as to what might occur). She seems annoyed that I have questions and are refusing to answer them. The owner should be aware that such an aggressive and rude person is managing their property.
