Whitney in the office laid her hands on the historical project immediately, was very fast to remember the project, was very quick to understand what this project was, and sent James to the field. James showed up late in the afternoon and was so quick that I didn't recognize who he was. I actually started to chase him away. I am so glad that I didn't. He was very good at communicating what he was going to do and how he was going to approach it. We offered to move some equipment but James already had a plan in motion. James did a fantastic job and was detailed in every aspect. He worked hard and double checked his work. What an enjoyable young man to have contributing to the project! Overall, this company has a team approach and gets fast results for their customers at an affordable cost point. It has been a pleasure working with them and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You can bet that they will be my choice!

The conversation ended by him hanging up on me by my questioning if we had an issue with our line, yet him already approving it. I then went to report the incident to his manager, who confirmed the pipe should not have been approved, and he would get back to me with what I needed to do. I followed up with him three times, and he's ignored every message. We paid for an inspection from ATS to know if our gas line was installed safely to have a tech approve an unsafe pipe, deny it, communicate unprofessionally, his boss ghost us, and after 3 weeks, we still do not know if our gas line is safe.
