Runa Lucinne of EXP realty wasted my time. In the beginning of October, I found a job in a new city and made a public post on threads mentioning the need for an apartment locator. Runa, reached out to me. I explained to her then that i had a previous eviction and would need to see properties that were open to eviction, I also let her know i had an outstanding balance with the property. Runa created an expansive list of apartment homes that were absolutely beautiful. I got excited and narrowed down my options as getting a second chance rental can be so so rough. I finally moved to dallas and started viewing apartments 2 weeks later, Runa then told me (now 2 weeks away from my move in date) that i would need to have the balance cleared for approvals on the properties she'd found. Two weeks wasted but I still had faith! Runa expressed to me that she could help me by sending over a list of privately owned properties and speak to the realtors and landlords before applying to give me better chances. We made arrangements to view my top properties (that she also asked me to send to her) on Saturday 10/26. Unfortunately, i had a family emergency. I let Runa know that & she agreed to align me with another realtor to view my top properties since she would be out of the office during this week. This morning, 10/29, i reached out to Runa to get contact information for the other units. Runa then sends me a link to work with a complete different realtor and a complete different company. I didnt receive a heads up or any communication between Saturday and Tuesday when Runa decided that seeing the private properties would no longer be a good idea. We are now 2 days away from my move in date and instead of being straight forward last week and communicating that she could not help me, I am now being forced to scramble and figure something out with a new locator. This was the absolute worse experience ive ever had with an apartment search. I pray that Runa's communication skills improve as this type of situation can be detrimental to renters with no other options. Beware of EXP realty & the way their agents communicate. You could loose out on very valuable time working with someone who actually could have helped you from the beginning. read more

Definitely Kelsey Perkins is knowledgeable, but seriously, buyer beware! We found the listings, but we had to be on our guard every step of the way. All of the offers/counter offers she proposed were in favor of the sellers rather than us. At one point she even said we were going to have to pay her commission and other fees one seller refused to pay. But we found out in time that by law, were not our responsibility! When we did find a house and bought it, she promised the sellers would remove all the old furniture etc, but old bed frames and other debris were still in the yard (we were moving to the area from out of state). We found out later we could have reported her to the state licensing commission for her actions, but at that point it was water under the bridge. Bottom line - Buyer Beware and educate yourself when dealing with her!! read more

Kelsie W******* was our agent and if you're looking for poor communication and poor selling, negotiation skills, this is your agent. if you're looking for an agent that will sell your home, work for you and your best interest, you will look for another agent. We lost time with her and caused a lot of stress. We made many upgrades to our home and the current photos didn't reflect them and merited a new photo shoot and she never expressed interest in making this happen for us. I brought up the idea and even offered to comp at closing. I kept following up for days and no luck. finally had new pics but as you know, in real estate, time is money. We potentially lost offers because the home wasn't represented accurately. she lacks creativity and her strategy is to price cut, price cut and price cut. In a tough market you need a good agent and she is not it. Very forgetful on previous discussions about the home, upgrades etc. No follow through with out the need of constant texts and reminders on our part. I do not recommend working with this agent. if you need a seamless and low stress transaction, do yourself a favor and look for another agent. At one point we signed our termination agreement and it took days for her to remove off the market stating there was a system error. We found a new agent and within 2 weeks we had an offer. read more

RUN LIKE HELL!!!! DO NOT LOOK BACK!!! Agent insisted on having my internet password. Agent is using an auction platform to under value your home. Hold the listing at the low ball offer and benefited from all the calls from interested buyer/seller contacts. My Agent was Curtis and he did everything possible to prevent my home from being seen. Run from the auction. It is a serious scam. In three weeks Curtis could only prove 1 lowball offer. It was seriously a TRAMATIC experience. Had to get an attorney and the board of realtors involved to out of the listing. You can tell the agent is lying because his mouth was moving. Cost me at least 3 weekends of precious sales time. Before you sign the listing agreement loads of promises were made and all promises were broken. Number of showing were reported to me were seriously over inflated. Ring camera kept track of who really showed up. He seemed to be trying to lowball the house so he could grab it for himself. There were so many issues with the listing agent that I do not trust sales agents. Especially from EXP. Also he doesn't really look like his online photo. I asked agent on 3 different occasions for assistance with my dog for showings. He said no every time. I asked for a ride to the closing he said he couldn't pick me up until a half hour after the closing started. Thos is a hands off type operation. I didn't so much as get a thank you text from the agent or the one who clo-listed the house. I also purchased through these buffoons. Quite frankly I'm embarrassed for using them.​​ read more

Monica Keeley wasted 7 hours of my life with her BS and Games. She returned my call on a Sunday that was good. I told her I wanted to see some Homes and would be paying cash this was at 10 am. Then she calls me at 1 PM and says that she can not show the homes until 6 :30. I wait around for what over 7 hours now. She then calls at 5 :30 saying she can NOT show me the homes because the sellers of the 3 homes I wanted to look at require proof of funds. This is BS and even if true why did she not say that at 10am. They do not need proof until I make an offer. I called the last realtor I used and he said Monica Kelley wanted proof of funds NOT the sellers. Made me wait 7 hours sprung the proof of funds on me at 5:30 on a Sunday after not saying anything at 10 am. We used this company 3 years ago to buy our house in Sand Springs, OK and just used them again to sell the house. Because my ex did not remember the bad experience 3 years ago. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT TO USE THEIR AGENTS. Their communication and follow through are terrible. 3 years ago the agent actually owned a business in Mannford and apparently really did not have time to properly handle and communicate with us. It was a bad experience. This time a different agent came out to see the property. She was far along in her pregnancy, she most likely would not be able to see the sale through. But stated she had a "team" that would take care of us. The TRR finally came in and we did not receive it for over a week. Then we had to scramble and spend all of our money to build back stairs. This was only one problem they caused us. And in the end. Did they acknowledge their screw up, No, sid they apologize for the lack of communication, No. Do not use the company or their agents or "team". I asked to push closing back but she demanded it needed to be done a day before no exceptions . This ended up being a horror show for everyone becaused we had been rushed at the last minute. She then convinced her clients to leave nasty reviews to make the company look bad instead of making things right. I had to go to the extent of showing the screen shots of Mrs. Lopez stating that she needed to close asap inorder to have money for her daughters graduation. This has also been the first and I hope the last time I have another agent bring their husband as muscle to a walk through. read more

This is horrible because I really want to give two realtors 5 stars but I cant. I worked with one from NY and she was the most distasteful, unprofessional realtor I have come to work with. So I admit, I was confused about the State I wanted to live in and I had a mid State crisis thus three realtors. The NJ was, is great and The PA agent is soft spoken and informative and always kept me in my lane. The NY realtor first question to me was do you have money to close? And, how much is your loan? Am I surprised? Heck no, Im disappointed this company has a complete idiot representing them. She sent me listings for 1 day and then she flaked. I emailed her today and she says she needs to know what I am working with because my pre-approval loan from my lender is from NJ. I suppose she forgot to mention that I needed multiple pre-approval loans here in NYC a month ago when we spoke and I explained to her what Im looking for. I wont post her pic or name just yet because I am currently still viewing houses with the NJ realtor, I am still holding on to faith and EXP needs to train the NYC realtors smh ... I saw a listing on Streeteasy that seemed decent at first, but when I showed up not only did the agent lie about the price but gruffly told me 'no concessions due to Covid'. The agent also arranged for 3 people to view the apartment at the same time, which seemed odd especially in Covid. The apartment itself was of course a disaster - the condition of the building itself and the apartments (multiple were shown) was run down. When we asked when the apartment would be fixed - things like rust and missing door handles - and when we would be able to move in, got no confirmation of either. Stay very far away. read more

Lucinda Latting showed up with her buyer to do a tour of my home yesterday. Lucinda is extremely uncharacteristic of a typical realtor, as she showed up in ripped jeans and reeked of cigarette smoke. Not only that, she and her client touched a lot of my belongings, even so much as to lift up my bedspread and look under my bed. which must have been the reason why when she first arrived 10 minutes early, she didn't want me to stay in the home and rolled her eyes and walked away when I told her I was going to sit in my car. Absolutely unprofessional, and I would never recommend this person. Which is why I am under complete disbelief as to the audacity of this woman to leave me with her business card and say that if I need anything to call her. read more

This company is extremely dangerous. Do not let an eXp agent represent you as a buyer, a seller, and do not accept an offer from someone through an eXp agent. Learn from my mistake. My Florida eXp agent, Mike Rolewicz, negotiated the deal to purchase my first home. I offered the seller a four month rent back at market rates and he said she countered with her previous mortgage payment (an $800 difference). I agreed for the first two months, and then met her in the middle for the second two months because I would be able to live in the garage apartment for those four months. During closing I asked Mike to give me more details about the rent back, but he was evasive and never answered my questions. At closing, i saw that he had not gotten the numbers right for the rent and I was irritated. He told me to just negotiate it later. It was a few hundred dollars and I had already signed the papers to purchase the house, so I just signed. Because I was so fixated on the numbers, I missed the MOST important thing. Mike DID NOT agree to four months. Mike agreed to a never-ending rent back. There is no term. The home owner gets my house at $700 below market rates "until she gives me 30 days notice to vacate". She could be there for years. I called Mike. He told me to find a way to evict her (and her three kids?). He told me to offer her money to get her out. He told me to raise her rent by $700/month. I asked him why he did this and he said that it was a condition of the sales agreement - she would have selected another offer, but he agreed to let her stay as long as she wanted at that price, and now he was trying to tell me to evict her or raise her rates. So, I called his broker. There is ONE broker for all 5,000 agents in Florida. No response. Emails - no response. I called their corporate number - a robo voice told me to hang up. I started to research the company and discovered the only keep the HQ in Washington for legal reasons - their real HQ is "in the cloud" in island form, where all agents appear in avatar form for seminars, days at the beach, trainings, and soccer games. My $400,000 home purchase has been gamified...on an island in the cloud. There is no way for a non-eXp agent to access the island. There is no customer service portal. With any other broker, they would step in and make this right financially - but eXp is out there surfing in cartoon form. It doesn't exist. Now my real house, my real mortage, the real family living in my house, and my real furniture are in chaos. I guess Mike Rolewicz is happy with his commission check, but that's the only person in this story who is happy right now. read more

I never used a real estate agent to search for a home to live in. I'm SO glad I did. I am a recent widow and trying to work and deal with personal issues and family, it was too much. My realtor, Lakakilia (Lexi) Hunter, was so very professional and took the stress and strain out of searching and viewing properties for my family. After we went through the initial consult, she knew just what I wanted and she stayed within the parameters of my search. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable nor was she pushy for me to choose just anything. Her follow up game is too tight and definitely on point. She found just what I wanted, in the desired area, budget range and space that was needed for my family and my business. I couldn't ask for more. She is a blessing truly. All the way up to move in day, she was available by text, call or even a quick email if she was in a meeting. We're renting now, but I can't wait to start the search for my forever home, I look forward to working with Ms. Hunter again. read more

She went to Las Vegas and blamed the bank for a delay in closing. She would be challenging at every corner and did not have the best interest of her client the buyer of our home. Missing documents at signing that she wanted us the sale by owners to produce when the title company explained to her that it was her duty as an agent. She did not clarify to her buyer who had to pay for what. In the long run we made up what she thought we would pay out with no clarity on the contract by selling some goods on the house but the person who payed the price was her buying client. We viewed a rental space in queens and was greeted by a nice gentleman we spoke briefly about the home and decided to apply. He then informed us we would be contact by the actual realtor by the name of Christina which seemed weird. We later filled out an application that we noticed at the top stated it was a sublease. We provided all the necessary documentation and waited for an answer we waited one week then two with no final answer from the realtor. I felt un settled about this in my opinion it was unprofessional I never met this woman and she had all my legal documents social bank statements and etc I felt like the communication should have been better and if the answer was no than that's fine but at this point I don't know if it all had been a scam. If this is normal for this company I would never suggest anyone work with them. This has been a very unpleasant experience with this company I decided to withdraw my application just feeling that this experience has been unsettling in that I still am unsure of this company. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Brandon Johnson out of Atlanta GA was the agent for the buyers of our property. He made selling our property a complete and total nightmare. My agent had to stay on top of him to ensure things we done in a timely maner. Our agent actually took total control and solely ended up sealing with the buyers lender. I downloaded the video of him and his clients from my security doorbell stating he felt sorry for us. He didn't notify our agent that the buyers changed their loan option AFTER due diligence ended on 07/31 which delayed the closing for 2 weeks. He tried to manipulate the final walk through after I gave a 2 1/2 hour window to our agent. I was at the property for the final walk through since it was still our property and I was cleaning. I answered questions that the buyer had about hvac, internet, power company, roof, etc. The buyers stated they were hesitant about me being there because of what they were told by Brandon of how rude my agent was..Brandon proceeded to speak badly about our agent. Closing date and time comes and he and his clients were 40 minutes late to the closing, which was rude and inconsiderate. He sent my agent a message stating that his clients decided not to close after she replied with what. He came back with, I just wanted to give you a small heart attack and we are on the way. His little joke was not humerus in any sense of the word. I have already reported him to the military housing office so no solider has to have the headache we had in dealing with him. Columbus GA/Phenix City Al is a small military community and word of mouth goes great distance. My friends/family will spread the word also of how unprofessional he is. If he has tobwork for a pyramid based company, must show he is not a stellar agent. I have also filed a complaint with the Real Estate Commission over his actions. He is rude and very unprofessional. Stay clear of this agent. He will cause undo stresses and make the experience a nightmare. read more
