She is calm, patient, experienced, knowledgeable and asks all the right questions. Tia always had both my fiancé and my best interest at heart throughout the entire process. For example, we'd look at beautiful homes, but they weren't in walkable areas & she knew that was important to me so she'd flag it. We'd look at another house we loved, but the yard was tiny & she new that was important to my fiancé so she'd flag that. She always was looking out for us. NOW for the real good stuff- Tia was able to use an offer we put on one house and we're in discussion with to use that to get us our house under asking & quickly. Tia was able to negotiate our house $34,000 UNDER asking, she got us to have the seller pay $10,000 towards closing costs (huge help for us) AND got us a 45 day close versus 30 day close (we needed extra time to get out of our apartment). She also assisted with getting a few things fixed from what came up in the inspection & all little minor fixes she was able to get the seller to fix for us pre-move in. All in all it was the best first time homebuyers experience I could've imagined & could not recommend Tia more! Thank you to both Tia and her assistant Colleen who made this experience possible. We're so happy!

I called her 5 times, no response. I finally text her and her response is harsh and uncalled for. She then proceeds to call me rude because I called to ask questions about the property. She seems annoyed that I have questions and are refusing to answer them. The owner should be aware that such an aggressive and rude person is managing their property.

We were calling real estate agents from our condo trying to look at homes. Out of dozens of calls, two agents called me back. That's how I met Blaga. Unfortunately, the house we wanted to see was already gone. However, she agreed to meet with us to show us rental houses over a 24-hour period on Easter weekend. She showed us homes, helped find us a good fit for us and our dogs, negotiated some details on the pets for us, and we signed the lease and were on our way. I was so impressed with the service and skills that when it came time to buy a home, I asked her to be our representative. She found us a wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood that was at a great price. The home she suggested didn't impress me on the Internet but she took us through the house and showed us what the ad didn't. With her help, our bid (one of three) was the winning bid, despite not being the highest. She then helped us negotiate an early exit to our lease so we could close on the house, and she did it with such grace that afterwards, the landlord asked her to manage the property for him. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for a good real estate professional who knows the Austin market inside and out and has really amazing insight on matching people to places.

They know their business/have powerful instincts: Every piece of advice given was thoughtful and backed by experiential expertise (advice on different aspects of an offer, advice on how to modify a home, advice on writing letters to the sellers, advice on negotiating, advice on timing, etc.). I made offers on three places and two of the three offers were accepted! I had to waive the appraisal for each offer and on the offer that I saw through, the home appraised at what was offered (they couldn't guarantee this, but they could provide comps and set my expectations as to what might occur). Their network is unprecedented: They know the other realtors, they have recommended trades (I am using one of their recommended contractors who is amazing), they have relationships with home inspectors, mortgage companies, and other services deeply intertwined with the realty business. They operate with a systemic synergy: If one person can't meet you to show you a house, another can. If you ask a question, one of the four of them replies nearly instantaneously. If something comes up, or changes, there is always someone there to take care of you. They have a brilliant bed-side manner: Home buying is an emotional endeavor - you are spending the most money that you will likely spend in your life. These ladies are able to give bad news, good news, adjust your expectations (if they need to be adjusted), and orient you to reality in a friendly and welcomed way. They are trustworthy: They do what they say they are going to do, they follow through, they step up to help you in any way they can. I highly recommend the Kindred Group to any person looking to purchase a home in the Austin area!
