Not sure where to begin! Well, let me start from the start of my entire home search journey with Natasha. I work for Amazon and back in January 2017, I was in a process of relocating to our new office in Austin. As a first time home buyer I wanted to make sure I search for a Realtor in Austin who is extremely knowledgeable, patient, responsive and above all someone who is not just in their profession to make a living but to help people build memories in their dream homes. After carefully listening to our preferences she started suggesting and sharing properties that fit our needs. Prior to our final move, I visited Austin for 3 days to look for a few homes that were in the top of our list. We looked at several different homes but I was not able to make a decision in those given days. I was very impressed with Natasha's patience. Not once I felt that she pushed me in to getting a home that might work for us. She wanted to make sure that we are satisfied with our decision. Even if we felt like this is the home we'd like to put in an offer for. She made sure we are making the right decision and if that property would be a good investment for us. We made our final move to Austin by the end of Feb and Natasha restarted the search for us. Maximized our scheduled time in looking for homes that would be a best fit for us. Finally, the search ended and we found our home at Verona in Pflugerville. She did all the communication with the sales associate, builders and lenders for us. For our home orientation, Natasha was at the property before us. Looked at every single incomplete work in the house and made notes to make sure the job gets done before our move. Then came the closing day! Again, she was at the house before us to make sure everything is completed before we sign any paperwork!! IMPRESSIVE ISN'T IT??? Now for our story and the critical role Natasha played in selecting and closing on our home in Texas. We were planning a move from NJ and needed a home in TX; so we initiated a blanket contact w/numerous Realtor's several months before our move.
