The team at Byrne Real Estate group are awesome. Clay listened to my goals and had great feedback on what and how to move my property in the market. Stephanie and Kayla were in constant communication with me every step of the way. Clay worked with the buyer, through some interesting negotiations, to make sure we had the deal we wanted for my property. It was a pleasure to work with each of them. I will use them again in the future. read more

My husband and I recently were looking to buy a house. We started our online search a couple of months ago and then decided to get serious about it. My husband reached out to Clay Byrne at the Byrne Real Estate Group. He was very friendly and great to work with. We found a home and were able to get everything taken care of quickly. Clay and his team members helped us through each part of the process. I'd definitely recommend Clay Byrne and his team to meet your Real Estate needs as we had a positive experience. read more

I was going to sell my property using this co. and using Rachel Van Doveren, as my sales person as she spent lots of time trying to convince me she was different than a lot of the incompetent, dishonest and lazy people I have encountered through the years in this business. I thought finally I had a good one although she doesn't have a clue as how to price a property and like most others wants you to sell low so they can get that quick commission and move on. So, as usual they want lots of money for very little work. They also want you to give them leads etc. etc. etc. money ,money , money it never ends! Anyway, she was either too lazy or too incompetent to proofread her own contract . After we got all the kinks ironed out I was looking it over preparing to sign and the very first thing I saw stuck out like a sore thumb..... there are 2 houses 2 storage, and a well house on the property that I am selling and she only had one house listed on the contract. That right there is a huge problem in my opinion. She won't even apologize or give a reason. Apparently it's no big deal to her. All she is worried about is that huge commission..... which she will never see! Way too many people in this industry who have no buisness being in it in my opinion Wow! In reference to your reply what a crock! Rachel not only discussed this I don't know how many times but also went to the property twice. Including Sunday morning when she sent me a video clearly detailing both homes. It is also clear on the tax roll that there are 2 homes +on the property. When I told her I found a mistake on the contract she acted like it was a common thing and didn't even want to look. She asked me to tell her what's wrong. Looks like you're trying to be the bully now fellow. I will not tolerate dishonesty and bullying from anyone and you might have over 1000 good reviews but you have plenty of bad ones too! . Next time why don't both of you accept responsibility for your mistakes instead of trying to act like it's not. Of course I don't know why I would expect y'all to do that. If you want to see the video Rachel sent me yesterday detailing BOTH HOMES give me your email and I'll send it to you. read more

Had the pleasure of working with Jacob Phillips on a couple deals in Austin and he was fantastic. He truly wanted me to get the best deal, even if it meant less money in his pocket. Truly a wonderful agent that is concerned about your business interest over his. Looking forward to more deals. 5 STARS!!! read more

I had a great experience! Highly recommended for anyone buying a house or selling a house.

Yossi Bouskila helped us find our dream home in a short amount of time and within our budget. He listened to our needs and was able to find places that we liked in areas that were convenient for us. Plus, since he works on a team, he has a bench of people who are there to help him answer questions, etc. I highly recommend Yossi Bouskila for your real estate needs! read more

I can highly recommend Lesley Estes and her team at the Bryne Real Estate Group. They recently handled the selling of my home and they did it in a very professional and skilled manner. I was an out-of-state seller and therefore needed someone who I could trust and rely on to get the job done. They handled the whole process with care and expertise. Lesley and her team proved to be trustworthy, responsive and reliable. Manny thanks to the whole team. read more

Clay is a true professional. Clay is an Austin native whom I know through my UT Austin connections. He is extremely knowledgable of the booming Austin real estate market. He and his team walked us through every step of the purchase transaction. They are so organized and keep to a tight schedule of deadlines. They are very nice, extremely personable and really helpful!! They researched everything about the investment property he found for us to buy. They got it under contract fast, AND HE BEAT out all the other offers! That is so important in a fast-paced market like Austin! They scheduled the inspections, helped us with the mortgage lender and ensured made sure everything was perfect in the paperwork before we committed to buying it. They look over all the documents including the leases, the title paperwork and the inspections. Clay is right on the ball when it comes to understanding the sales, rental and investment markets. He helped us analyze the deal to make sure we would be happy afterwards. He is loyal and trustworthy! Clay also helped us sell a house a few years back. His team is just super organized and wonderful at their jobs. I highly recommend Clay and his team to anyone who needs a great realtor that knows the Austin market through and through. read more

The team at Byrne Real Estate is truly great. I called 3 top realtors in the Austin area and Clay is the only one who sent me the information I requested. Being in the Houston area, I was not as familiar with the comps for my condo in Austin. Clay did a great job of setting the right price, marketing the property and I had an offer within a week of listing. Clay looked out for us during the negotiations and the whole team at Byrne Real Estate did an awesome job of taking care of the rest. Stephanie and Kayla kept in touch with me on a regular basis and answered all my questions. They really made the whole process easy and I highly recommend them! read more

Clay was excellent to work with. Not only did he find us an apartment to live in when we move to Austin, he found out our first house when it was time for us to move up. We love the house he helped us find, and would highly recommend him to everyone. read more

Clay and his team were recommended as I began the process of buying my first home. They are on top of every aspect of the home buying process. Many people talk of the stress of buying a home, however, my experience was one of the simplest things I've done. Clay and Stephanie are true professionals who made my purchase simple and streamlined as possible. I can't imagine working with anyone else in the future and I would recommend Byrne Real Estate to anyone! Thank you again to Clay and Stephanie again! Clay Byrne and Stephanie Hansen were excellent in helping us sell out home. They truly stayed on top of every detail in the selling process for us. Their marketing strategy is very impressive and kept our home at the top of the search list. Clay and his team gave us very informative suggestions based on feedback they got from other Real Estate professionals about our home that gave us insight on how we could improve the showing experience for potential buyers. There is no question, we will use them again. read more

Clay and his team are total pros. Clay was super responsive and informative. They put in a lot of work in helping us deal with a very difficult lender that I had selected. His knowledge of the local Austin area is unmatched. He brought my wife and I to all of the different areas around Austin tailoring it to our needs and situation. We actually loved most of the houses that he brought us to because he did such a good job of filtering to our needs. We finally bought a great house in Round Rock at a great deal. I would recommend Clay to any of my friends looking to buy a house in the Austin area. read more

Great company to work with. Very easy to reach, and helpful in the process of buying our home. Once they knew the details of what we were looking for, they literally stayed on top of it for the duration of our search. Saying they know the Austin area would be an understatement. They had a knowledge of nearby schools, and the history of the neighborhoods we were looking at. It was helpful, since I'm not a native Austinite and have no clue about which neighborhoods have the characteristics of what we're looking for. Once we found "the one", closing was easy. Thanks again to Clay and Stephanie! read more

Clay and team were spot on. We were a first time home buyer and after clay learned our style and location wants, he made sure to keep us informed on everything happening. He also made sure we didn't waste our time on homes that wouldn't work for us. He can't do it without his team and they are spot on! read more

DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE place or any Keller Williams Office in the USA!! PLEASE READ!!!!! I have an EXTREMELY DISTURBING STORY about Byrne Real Estate Group/Keller Williams. I live in another state and have very confidential real estate home investments in Texas. My child is a minor (16/17) and has a High School only email that they use for High School use only for school communications or SAT signup/scores. Back in spring 2020, my daughter received an unsolicited email from Lesley Estes at the Byrne Real Estate agency 512-942-788* asking her if she wanted to sell her properties in Austin (but was addressed with my first name!). I am absolutely appalled by this. This immoral agency hired some shady marketing firm to not only ILLEGALLY attain her private "High School only" email address and then send her an email addressed to me, but Keller Williams also cold calls people ILLEGALLY! My investments are extremely confidential and now this is known by family members I did not wish to know about these homes. I have NEVER done business with any Keller Williams office either, but the past 5 years I have received over 100 cold calls, starting at 6 a.m. west coast time, from Keller Williams agents in Austin. I warned them repeatedly to immediately stop calling me as this was illegal and I have ALWAYS been on the National DO NOT CALL list. I really wish I could sue Lesley Estes and Keller Williams/Byrne Real Estate for this outrageous and disgusting email and marketing. The only way they could have attained her email I believe was to pay-off the College Board who is in charge of the SAT to get their email list, same College Board who has illegally sold my daughter's email, her full name, and my name to college student loan companies. If any Keller Williams office in the USA calls me again, I will sue in court for the maximum amount for violating the DO NOT CALL list! DO NOT EVER USE ANY KELLER WILLIAMS AGENT!!!!!! It is ILLEGAL to ever cold call people unless a prior business relationship was established. read more

"I have worked with over 25 agents over the last 30 years and I can say that Clay is unequivocally the BEST real estate agent period. He under promises and OVER delivers, opposite of almost every other agent we have used. He is an agent for life, not a part time wannabe and gets the job done as expected. You will be very happy you chose Clay to represent you on either side of the table. read more

I deal with the Byrne Group all the time and always amazed with their proffesionalism and ability to stay on top of the home buying process. Clay Byrne and team have been indispensable for our relocation from Chicago to Austin almost 2 years ago. Clay was extremely knowledgeable about the greater metro area of Austin and took I and my family to 25-30 places in 2 1/2 days, spanning from Dripping Springs to Leander and Round Rock. We had one weekend to execute and indeed we be purchased a beautiful home. Clay was available at every moment's notice to negotiate with the seller to an agreeable term. Presently, we are considering a change and again are using Clay and team to facilitate this important decision. Stephanie Hansen, Clay's apparent right-hand, has also been very helpful in rounding out the edges of the home buying experience by navigating the process for us and helping us settle with regards to the local needs, be they utility set-up, contractors, or property tax & HOA information. read more

Clay helped us with our recent home purchase and we cannot give enough praise. One of our top priorities was resale value or rentability of our property a few years down the road. He was very helpful in pointing out features that may add rental value or items that could be of potential concern in the future. As first time home buyers, he answered so many questions for us about every step of the process and helped to keep the bank and HOA on track to meet deadlines. I look forward to working with Clay for all of our future real estate needs! read more
