I needed to sell my house fairly quickly. I contacted the Jaymes Willoughby team and Jaymes came to my home and told me what he could get for the house and how fast he could sell it. I wasn't sure he could get it sold and closed by the date I need the house to be sold and closed on. I was definitely wrong about that. HORRIBLE REALTY FIRM. AVOID. Just did a deal with this firm representing the seller. They were horribly unresponsive to the few questions we had. Our agent was unable to reach anyone on the "team" on many occasions. (what is the point of having a team is none of them are available?) He left his for sale sign up in the yard with no "contract pending" update the entire time after we struck a deal. (definately a red flag for ethics) He allowed the seller to leave a truckload of junk in the house - including poisons, old rotting wood, broken fixtures, broken flower pots, scrap metal, old dried up paint, etc., etc. How could any reputable Realtor attempt to close on a house that is left like that for the buyer? We were forced to threaten to delay closing to get the mess cleaned up. read more
