We worked with The Jaymes Willoughby Team (Keller Williams) to sell our house in Texas. Their knowledge of the real estate market was spot on. They priced our house perfectly from day one. Their communication and responsiveness were incredible. Absolute professionals. I highly recommend them. read more

David Bunyea & Willoughby Team Go Above and Beyond. Whether it was questions about quick renovations, lists of possible contractors, and detailed analysis of the real estate market almost daily via email, by phone or text, the Willoughby Team went above and beyond in both helping us close quickly on our forever home and help us sell our previous home during the downtime of winter! Dave in particular was responsive and answered calls and texts every day, and was able to get us in contact with a coworker when he had to unexpectedly leave the state for family reasons. Top-notch professionals that I would absolutely recommend to anyone. read more

In today's world of business, it is rare to find someone who stands behind their word, who is kind, has integrity, and who has the heart of a servant. Jaymes Willoughby heard my need to sell my home after the death of my husband. He listened to me as I described my financial situation and my need to find financial stability. He NEVER forgot that my goal was to pay my debts and have enough money regain financial stability. No one plans to have half of their income suddenly lost because of a death. Also, I had never done any of the household finances, so education was an important part of guiding me through the process of selling our home. Together he walked me through all the numbers that are important to understand when pricing your home. He was patient and explained logically and systematically how things all work in tandem when making decisions about selling and pricing for the ever changing landscape of the real estate market. We made decisions together and being a joint effort, there were no regrets. The home sold immediately after the first open house and my goals to pay off debt and have financial stability were met. Jaymes Willoughby's use of a team to move the process along, from beginning to end was efficient and the team held my hand, listened to me cry, and helped me through the process with patience, professionalism, and compassion. Jaymes sees his job as part of the caring professions. Yes, he sells homes but he does it as a service to those who have a need. He cares about people more than the sale. I can say I am honored to have had the opportunity to walk beside me through the sale of my home. read more

Jake and Alex were so amazing to work with. Everything went so smooth and so much faster than we expected. We handed over the keys to Jake and Alex and headed back home out of state. They were on top of everything. House was on the market quick and sold within about a week. They both were both very professional and helpful with every step. Everything on our end was effortless. They made the whole process so easy for us. We will definitely work with Alex and Jake again for any future housing needs in Austin, TX. read more

Highly recommend this team! Jaymes Willoughby is a seasoned Realtor, he's got the Austin market down to a science. We are certainly pleased with the results; it definitely exceeded our expectations. I don't think I've seen a house in our neighborhood sell this fast. His team kept us all on track, very friendly and professional staff, they kept us in the loop and answered all of our questions. This is definitely the team you want to sell your house. read more

We had the extreme pleasure to work with Gena Carter on the purchase of our new house in Dripping Springs. Gena has been nothing but stellar in the level of service she provided to us, she went above and beyond our expectations from a real estate agent and was always accommodating her schedule to our when we went for open houses and needed assistance along the home buying journey. She not only was great during the purchasing process but also made sure that after closing the escrow we were able to find contractors we needed for the repairs we planned, and also offered her assistance to help us finding information from the city regarding utilities. It was a great experience working with Gena, she is a real professional in her category and does provide true real estate agent service and not just send you links like too many other agents did with us. Instead she met with us and tried to really understand our needs and tastes. She is very tenacious in helping you find the right home at the right price. I wouldn't want anyone else on my side of the table during negotiations. We couldn't be happier, and we'd recommend Gena to anyone looking for a home. read more

Heather, Alyssa & the entire JW team were a pleasure to work with. This was our 3rd real estate transaction with the JW team. We sold & purchased our current home in 2010. Our 2010 home purchase wouldn't have been possible without the team. Our latest purchase was April 2021. It too would not have been possible without the JW team. Heather Stevenson was our realtor for our most recent purchase. She helped us make a competitive offer in todays crazy Austin market. The JW team connections with other realtors made our Riverfront property purchase possible. Their advice helped us present a strong offer on the property before it hit this competitive market. Alyssa Foster (team member) is so sweet. She's incredibly polite & very knowledgeable. I wish all had her customer service skills. She's prompt and willing to hunt out answers to any question. I thoroughly enjoyed our phone conversations. read more

Absolutely fantastic team, from start to finish. I really can't recommend enough. Honest, insightful, hard working, and all around stellar. The team always has your back: text, email, smoke signals, whatever you need day or night. Always over communicate and deliver on time. Smooth process from start to finish. But more importantly, an enjoyable experience. This is the second house I've bought with the team and I've struck gold twice. They've improved from the first time, which is hard to believe after already having been so great. read more

I needed to sell my house fairly quickly. I contacted the Jaymes Willoughby team and Jaymes came to my home and told me what he could get for the house and how fast he could sell it. I wasn't sure he could get it sold and closed by the date I need the house to be sold and closed on. I was definitely wrong about that. I got competing offers within 5 days of the listing date, I got my final offer the following day which was more than I expected and we closed on the sale a week before I had originally planned. Both Jaymes and Mandy were great with answering questions, staying in contact and being easy to talk to. You can't go wrong with this well oiled machine. read more

Jaymes and his team of professionals made the selling process seamless and stress-free for my husband and I. The end to end process was explained to us in our very first meeting, and the support carried through until the day we closed. I like that Jaymes has a point of view to help guide us, the ultimate decision is ours and we appreciate the options we didn't know we had. We were kept in the loop constantly, and all questions were answered promptly. We are extremely happy with our experience. We could not have asked for a better selling process and would definitely use Jaymes again for our next home. read more

The Austin area is insanely competitive and I 100% don't think we would have been able to get a home without the JW Team. Special shoutout to Anne, Alyssa, Arion, and Gena! Their insight into the market and tenacity enabled us to get our offer accepted out of 50+ other offers. I'm so very happy with the service we received and would hands down recommend the entire Jaymes Willoughby Team to anyone looking for a home! read more

The JWTeam (Gena, Alyssa, and Izabella) are fantastic ! From start to finish they made our home purchase in Manchaca proceed like a well oiled machine, with the personal touch. We were spoiled into thinking we must be their only client based on the responsiveness, detail and attention given. They presented their years of experience via professional answers to all of our questions and timely correspondence to keep us informed and all parties on schedule. And their just a nice bunch of good people. JWTeam comes highly recommended. read more

We worked with Britt and Alyssa, as part of the JW Team. They were a perfect find for our family. We were relocating across country and she and her team were there to help for the entire process. They are personable, professional and a joy to work with. We highly recommend Britt! read more

Moving from California to Austin required a lot of planning and a great team. Fortunately, I found Gena Carter, Matt Turnage and Alyssa Foster of the JW Team from Keller Williams. Trust and knowledge are very important and from the start, Gena gave me every indication I could trust her suggestions and follow through. Matt had the patience to visit a number of houses with me twice and walk my final neighborhood once (in the mid-day heat) to make sure I was making the right choice. Alyssa did an amazing job ensuring all the loose ends were tied up and that I was informed every step of the way. I am happy to say that we were able to find and close on a great house, in the perfect neighborhood, within about a month of my arrival. I can't recommend them enough to anyone making a local or long-distance move. read more

Jaymes and the entire JW team were great to work with on the recent sale of my condo. From helping me get resources for the "get-ready" phase to the timely listing and sale (it sold on the second day of listing at an open house!) they were professional, thorough, and consultative through out the process. Since I was not located in Austin during the time of the sale, they were also very helpful in providing additional support and services that were well above and beyond traditional real estate services. If you choose the JW Team, you won't be disappointed! read more

Alyssa did a great job, not only helping us purchase and close, but helped us towards leasing out our investment purchase. The dedication to details and range of service was the best we've ever had. Connor, our sales agent, also did a fantastic job. He made our search a very productive and thorough process. We have had several investment homes (and still do), and yet, until now, we've not yet experienced assistance in the process as professional and efficient as what Alyssa has done for us. We are going to purchase more properties, and we will only use her services and the JW Team in the future. read more

We didn't work with Jaymes, but his team led by Heather Stevenson. Fantastic service! Seamless, professional, knowledgeable, friendly. HIGHLY recommend. read more

We were going to make our house as nice as we could before contacting a realtor. Fortunately, I came across a house for sale by The JW Team and I called Jaymes. He help us figure out the most productive use of the money & time we planned to put into our house. We were able to get the house on the market in good time. Jaymes was very strategic and professional. With his knowledge and experience we felt comfortable throughout the selling process and within days of going on the market we had multiple offers above asking. We were able to close fast. We're so grateful to have Jaymes and his team on our side. read more

Jaymes and his team were outstanding, from start, to finish! We got very personal care and exceptional communication! Gena and Allegra of The Jaymes Willoughby Team were an absolute pleasure to work with on purchasing my first home. They are amazingly responsive and make themselves available without hesitation. I definitely got the sense that they really enjoy what they do. In attempting to close on the house, we ran into some issues which nearly killed the deal. Gena and the closing agent worked tirelessly to keep things on track, which ensured I got the home I ultimately wanted. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in the Austin area. read more

My fiancée and I had such a great experience with Jake and his team! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions. From the neighborhood search to the closing documents, every question we had was answered fast! We never felt like there was a question we couldn't ask Jake -- we could always expect transparency at that. If there was anything he wasn't certain about (rare) he would get us in contact with someone that had great guidance. He was helpful, patient, friendly, and overall professional. Throughout the entire process, he was a great communicator and a great person to work with during such a stressful time. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home! If you're in the area, just head straight to him. Not only will you love your new space, you will enjoy a hassle-free road there. read more

The JW team is amazing!!!! Tana and Allegra are my favorites!

In this tough market, Tana found a house in my budget in the highly desirable 04 neighborhood. These folks are the best!

HORRIBLE REALTY FIRM. AVOID. Just did a deal with this firm representing the seller. They were horribly unresponsive to the few questions we had. Our agent was unable to reach anyone on the "team" on many occasions. (what is the point of having a team is none of them are available?) He left his for sale sign up in the yard with no "contract pending" update the entire time after we struck a deal. (definately a red flag for ethics) He allowed the seller to leave a truckload of junk in the house - including poisons, old rotting wood, broken fixtures, broken flower pots, scrap metal, old dried up paint, etc., etc. How could any reputable Realtor attempt to close on a house that is left like that for the buyer? We were forced to threaten to delay closing to get the mess cleaned up. read more

Out of the thousands of Real Estate Agents in Austin, there only a few really worth working with. Gena Carter from The Jaymes Willoughby Team is one of these few. Fortunately, by the grace of God, I found Gena to represent me as my Real Estate Agent in buying my first new single family home in Austin. She had an impressive knowledge of the Austin area and an amazing ability to help me to quickly find exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely responsive in answering all my questions and concerns and with assisting me through the entire process. She also shared her excellent negotiation skills in getting the sellers to lower their price saving me lots of money. I definitely wouldn't take the chance trusting the representation for the buying or selling of my home to anybody else besides Gena. Alyssa Foster was also super kind and helpful with answering all my questions and concerns and with assisting me with all the paperwork through the entire process. read more

It was great working with Alyssa during the purchase and construction phase of my home. Even with Alyssa being assigned to my purchase in the middle of the construction, she quickly jumped in with both feet and tracked all open items. Alyssa is very detailed and stayed on top of all activities that took place in our fast moving process. It was great working with her and would want her on my team for my next purchase! read more

The Willoughby Team sold my home (7/14) and they did a great job. Their years of experience show in their easy to follow processes. I was most impressed by Jaymes negotiation abilities to get top dollar for my home and Matt's ability to stay 100% on top of the closing process. I never had an issue reaching this team and they were always responsive. I even locked myself out while prepping the home and they stopped by to open the Keybox and let me back in. I would highly recommend the Jaymes Willoughby team if you are buying or selling a home. read more
