They also claimed they provided me with two sets of mail keys and two garage openers, which is inaccurate. I would never consider renting any properties being managed by Harmony Real Estate again. Their employees are incompetent and it shows.

During our build process we would tour the home with Cherie making sure any of our structural and design specifications were complete and exactly what we wanted. She was also with us at our final walkthrough to help us inspect the house for any issues that needed to be brought to our builder's attention before we started the purchase process. The very first application they received they sent to me - the guy declared his income to be $0, and when I questioned it, they said that they talked with him and that he was a web developer that just sold his company. I reluctantly agreed, since I wanted the place rented ASAP. Big mistake - the guy had warrants out for his arrest, and his "emergency contact" was his estranged wife who had a restraining order against him and was not legally able to sign a contract. Roman never called her or did any sort of thorough background check. The guy is now in jail, and his girlfriend is renting my house out on Airbnb without my permission - they haven't paid rent in 2 months, and while they're making $263/night on Airbnb, I'm stuck paying the bills while waiting for the eviction process to proceed. My mistake - I trusted that Roman was a professional and knew his business - he just wanted to make a quick buck.
