Roman knows the local…read moremarket really well, he's extremely professional, he is always available and fast to respond to any message or call, and he listened and understood exactly what I was looking for while we viewed homes. I think my favorite part is just how responsive and available he was for viewing homes. I must have viewed a million before finding my home, and Roman was always happy to keep the search going, even when I was exhausted from looking. All of the homes he showed me were in my price range and what I was looking for, I'm just really picky! He continued to meet me at all times of the week to show me homes until I found the home I purchased. He's also really well connected, from loan officers to new property sales managers, and even later when I ended up leasing out my home. He even had a great general contractor that did some work for me around the house (like stringing lights and hanging TVs).
