We've worked with Nicole on three transactions now, and I can't recommend her and her team enough. She first helped me buy my house in 2020, during a VERY different Austin market. This year, we went to an open house on our own and texted her on Easter Sunday that we wanted to make an offer. She jumped right in, helped us navigate a multiple-offer situation, and we got the house. A few months later, she helped us sell my first house in a much tougher market. She helped us figure out what was actually worth doing before listing and how to price it, and we were under contract by the end of the first weekend. Her whole team was great to work with, too. Haley on the buying side and Candy on the selling side were ON IT with emails, information, deadlines and every question we threw at them, no matter how asinine. We've now bought two houses and sold one with Nicole, across some very different Austin markets. The fact that we've gone back to her every time probably says it best. We'd absolutely work with her and her team again. read more

Nicole and Haley did an amazing job finding us a new home in Dripping Springs. Not only was the search process efficient, the negotiation and closing were all handled so professionally with incredible written and verbal communication at all times. We felt we were taken great care of the entire process and we couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend that you reach out to Nicole, Haley, and the rest of the team at Legacy for any Austin residential real estate needs. read more

We would highly recommend Legacy Real Estate Group. Preston Salce is the best and his team is awesome. They we're very proactive and answered all of our questions. They provided so much useful information. Haley was always a step ahead and it made this new home purchase our best yet! read more

You don't really need a realtor until you NEED one, and when that happens, you're going to want Nicole Marburger. When things with the buyer started to go off the rails the night before closing, Nicole handled it expertly and managed the situation to the best possible outcome for us. She kept us in the loop at every step, and we felt completely supported by her. She and her team made the selling process feel easy, I can't recommend them enough! read more

My fiancée and I had the pleasure of working with Nicole and her team to purchase our first home and it couldn't have gone better. Nicole is very professional, communicative and advocates for who she is representing. I had no doubt in my mind that we were being taken care of. On top of that, she was not afraid to be honest if there was an area of concern and did her due diligence to ensure that we were fully aware of any information regarding the neighborhood, house or anything else. She has a well oiled machine with her team and the partners she recommends throughout the process, i never felt confused or lost at any point and knew exactly where we stood. HIGHLY recommend working with Nicole and her team if you want a smooth home closing experience. read more

We worked with Nicole Marburger and her team on both the purchase and the sale of our home in Austin, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Nicole helped us find and buy our home back in 2018, and we were immediately impressed by her professionalism, local knowledge, and thoughtful approach. So when it came time to relocate and sell our home this year, there was no question we wanted to work with Nicole again. This time, the stakes felt higher. We needed to sell quickly in what is currently a buyers' market, and the house had a few issues that needed to be addressed before listing. Nicole guided us through a cost-effective remodel of the primary bathroom, recommended tasteful updates throughout the home, and helped us set a realistic and strategic asking price. Thanks to her advice and preparation, we were under contract just eight days after listing--far faster than we expected! We'd also like to highlight the exceptional support provided by Candy Walker, the listing executive coordinator, who ensured every detail of the process was handled with precision. From managing paperwork to coordinating staging and required services like the energy audit, Candy kept everything on track. Her organization, responsiveness, and clear communication made the entire experience significantly less stressful. If you're buying or selling in Austin, do yourself a favor and talk to Nicole Marburger and her team. They are experienced, trustworthy, and simply outstanding at what they do. read more

Having bought 3 houses and sold 2 in my life Nicole and her team are by far the best I have worked with. Katie Daniels was my realtor for the 2nd time. In actuality, she was far more than just your basic realtor, demonstrating outstanding knowledge and follow-thru with the builder of my new home, and with frequent communication with me. She visited the home every week while under construction. She also negotiated two price reductions with the builder due to construction delays. A true professional by every measure of the word. You won't go wrong utilizing Katie, whether you are building a new home, purchasing a resale, renting or selling. A more congenial, helpful, and proactive realtor and person you will never find. I would give her 10 stars, if possible! read more

Jen and her team are absolutely fantastic. I've bought and sold homes seven times in four states, and none of the real estate agents I've used have exhibited the attention to detail, professionalism, honesty, and advocacy that Legacy Real Estate Group did. Not only did Jen help us find an amazing house that fit all of our requirements within a relatively short period of time, her team (including Crystal) managed the transaction flawlessly from start to finish and maintained constant communication throughout. Jen, Crystal, and the rest of the team are shining examples of what real estate agents should be. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the Austin area, and will certainly work with them again to find our next house. Thanks Jen! read more

Legacy Real Estate Group - Closing day - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Austin, Texas

These are the second AND third real estate deals we've done with Nicky and her team and I can't say enough good things about them. They are so helpful and make it as easy and stress free as it can be. As our family looked for our forever home we received so much support, guidance and knowledge and can now say without question we found what we were looking for and got it at 10% below list. Yes, IN THIS MARKET! We also sold our home and they made that as easy as that can be. New roof, paint, staging, sparkle and on the market in 7 days from when we moved out. Offer that we closed on accepted within 9 days of moving out. It may be a sellers' market but that was all guidance and execution of a great game plan develop with Nicky and her amazing team. We recently worked with Katie Daniel for the second time -- she helped us purchase our first home in 2018 and this year she helped us sell that house -- and it's consistently been a great experience. Katie and her team offer everything you want and need in the home buying/selling process: market knowledge, responsiveness, strong communication. I've been recommending Katie to everyone I know who is looking for a realtor for years, and I will confidently continue to do so. It makes such a huge difference when going through a major move. read more

From start to finish Nicole was the best part of our home-buying experience. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, professional, and well connected within the real estate world, she also continually proved that she cared about us as people and constantly exceeded our expectations. Nicole received multiple compliments throughout the buying process from builders and sales associates alike about her in depth knowledge of every aspect of the buying and building process. We always felt like we were in great hands. Nicole always remained on top of things and continually surprised us with taking care of every little detail. We couldn't have imagined this process with any other realtor and will definitely be reaching out should we need a realtor in the future. Working with Legacy Real Estate Group was an amazing experience that we would recommend to any friend or family member! read more

We had a wonderful experience working with Nicole and her team to sell one home and buy another home on a time crunch. During the entire process Nicole was quick to respond to not only us but the other agents on the buyer side. During the negotiation process, Nicole meticulously laid out a case for the sales price when buyers wanted to send it low offers. We definitely recommend hiring Nicole and her team to help you with your real estate needs! read more

Nicole's professional and personalized approach was really outstanding and invaluable to us as we navigated our first home purchase in Austin, which we are so happy with, though we didn't know the area particularly well before. She took the time to really get to know us and our preferences, and we appreciated how honest she would be when we tagged properties she didn't think would be for us. We had previously worked lightly with agents in other markets, who didn't come close to providing the level of personal attention, responsiveness, and local knowledge that Nicole, Preston, and her team did. I give them so much credit for making us fall in love with/commit to the area in our home search, and we are so grateful to have found them! read more

We cannot begin to express the gratitude we feel to Nicole and Preston. The housing market is a daunting place for first-time buyers like us, but Nicole guided us through the entire process, patiently answering all our questions along the way. Legacy helped us to find our dream home, and we wouldn't have been able to do it without them! read more

We were fortunate enough to come across our dream home. Our problem is that we weren't looking at the time and didn't have an agent to represent us. We also knew from the very beginning that the sellers and their agent would be extremely difficult to work with, meaning that we needed a consummate professional to represent us. Nicole and her team at Legacy were recommended to us by many in the industry. Bottom line, Nicole and her team delivered. In a very tough market and dealing with difficult sellers, they secured our dream home for us. They did this at a price under asking, under appraisal and with significant concessions from the sellers. The results speak for themselves, and throughout the process Nicole and her team were consummate professionals. Diligent, responsive, detailed and just a delight to work with. They were everything you would want. Real estate is hard, buying a home for your family is an exhausting experience. You owe it to yourself to get all the help you can, and to work with the best. Nicole and her team at Legacy are the best. read more

You want to buy a house in the Austin area? Work with Katie Holmes. She has the perfect mix of pleasant personality and keen knowledge of the Austin real estate market. She was a tremendous asset during our search for a home in the area. We had three things going against us: a) we from out of the state (California); b) conditions with Covid limited how many times we could fly in to check out a property; and c) The Austin area was on fire as far as home sales were concerned. At our first meeting itself she got a good sense for what kind of house we were looking for and sought out properties that were in our ballpark - size, location, and price. Everything done remotely! Found the perfect house for us. Managed the transaction flawlessly. We can't thank her enough. Great job Katie. All the best! read more

Professional, responsive, organized, efficient...the list goes on and on. The legacy team represented me on both the sale of my home and the purchase of a new property. I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through two of the biggest transactions of my life. Every member on this team is top notch. On the back end, Candy and Crystal did a phenomenal job at communicating and reaching out every step of the way, preparing me for what was to come. My agent, Nicole, nailed it on both the selling and buying sides of these transactions. Don't let her sweet personality fool you, she is an absolute boss when it comes to negotiating and putting you in the best position possible. I feel so lucky to have had such a positive experience as I know not everyone does. I would highly recommend this group to anyone considering buying and/or selling real estate. Realtors are a dime a dozen but a GOOD, trustworthy real estate group like this one is not! read more

Nicole and her team are top notch! We recently purchased a home with the assistance of Nicole and the deal couldn't have gone any better! Being first time home buyers in the state of Texas, we weren't familiar with the entire process, but Nicole and her team made sure all of our questions were answered and everything was done correctly. Throughout the entire process, everything was clearly explained to us and we felt like we had unfettered access to Nicole and her team. The best part was that Nicole negotiated my wife and I thousands of dollars in savings on the transaction! If you are looking for a realtor to help with buying or selling your home, I would absolutely recommend Nicole and her team at Legacy Real Estate Group! read more

Recently, my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Nicole and her team to buy our first home, and highly recommend her to anyone else! She made us feel like we were in great hands from the start: she has so much knowledge about the Austin area, she's well connected with great partners, and she had the patience to educate us as first time home buyers. She also has a very friendly and warm personality, while having the competitiveness that wins offers! We saw nine houses on Day One and found one we we absolutely loved. She called the selling agent that evening, worked late with us to make a strong offer, and by the next day, we had won! Her strategy with offers and communications with the seller beat out a higher offer, AND an all cash offer. Nicole continued to give us a great experience by meeting us at the home two days later so we could show our family, and then met us there AGAIN a week later so we could see it before we left. She is committed to giving her buyers a fantastic experience! Once we were in escrow, we communicated mostly with Crystal, and she was so prompt and clear in her communications! We were impressed with Nicole and her team from start to finish, are so grateful for her help and her time, and will definitly be using Legacy Real Estate Grouo for any future real estate needs! read more

Katie Daniels and the other amazing folks at Legacy were an absolute dream team. Katie felt like a friend and confidant throughout the entire process, showing up and advocating for us in ways we'll never stop being thankful for. Our experience with Katie, and Legacy on a whole, was great. She was the right fit for my husband and I as first-time home buyers, but I also know she's supported and worked well with people buying and selling their 2nd and 3rd homes. If you're wondering whether or not to chose this team, save time and energy and work with them. read more

Nicole and her team were awesome to work with throughout our first homebuying experience! She is super knowledgeable, super responsive, easy to talk to, and KNOWS HER SHIT! In fact, while my wife and I were still trying to make a decision on when to make our move, Nicole saw the options in our price range disappearing literally BY THE DAY. Without her guidance (and gentle nudging) we likely would have missed our shot to own a house in our home town. Since the resale options were out of the question for us, Nicole found us some new-build floor plans that were in our wheelhouse and we nailed one down a great one before the raging housing market swept it away. We couldn't be happier with the support and expert advice Nicole and her team brought to the table, and we owe her BIG TIME. We've definitely found our realtor for LIFE! read more

Working with Jen was an amazing experience! As a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience. Jen took the time to understand my style, preferences, and needs along with tailoring her time around my chaotic schedule. Her knowledge of the market and the current properties allowed me to really narrow my search and find the perfect home. Even when weighing between two different homes (with drastically different prices) Jen put what was best for me first and not her paycheck, ultimately convincing me the less expensive house was the better fit for my needs. From start to finish, the process was extremely painless and I will definitely be using her again for my next property. Highly recommended! read more

Nicole with Legacy Real Estate helped us find our perfect 1st home! Not only is she an expert, and super knowledgeable about real estate, she is also an Austin native which is such a bonus because she really knows the Austin area well- from Georgetown to South Austin and beyond! We previously started looking at homes with another agent about a year before meeting with Nicole, and he came off pushy, gave us no knowledge about the process, and made us feel uncomfortable and nervous about buying a home. We decided to hold off on buying a home for about a year after meeting with him and then met with Nicole! She was the complete opposite of our first home buying experience and from beginning to end she made everything SO easy. She gave us so much information about buying a house and what to expect from our initial meeting and explained the whole process super thoroughly along the way. She takes so much time to make sure you are happy with your purchase and gives her honest opinion while looking at homes. I think she genuinely puts herself in your shoes while helping you decide if the home is right for you which is AMAZING. Not only is she knowledgeable about the market, she also flips homes as well, so she knows a good house when she sees one! In fact we even looked at one house that she knew wasn't properly flipped and told us not to look at it any further. We felt confident every step of the way when it came to purchasing the home with her guidance and sincerely felt comfortable leaving our trust in her hands. Nicole was always quick to respond, meet with us to look at homes, and when it came down to purchasing the home she got us the deal quickly and beat several other offers. Nicole truly made the home buying process super easy, fun, and we trusted her every step of the way! Nicole and her team are the best in Austin and we highly recommend them for your home buying or selling process! read more

When we first met Nicole, she explained that his job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property she would inspect the property, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Nicole and her team. We were first-time Austin, homebuyers with very little knowledge about how fast-moving and competitive the Austin market is. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. read more
