Working with Jenny Kim to sell our house was an excellent experience, and we were especially impressed with her spot-on pricing of the home (had multiple offers), responsiveness and communication throughout the process, and her keen ability to identify and coordinate all necessary repairs and tasks for listing prep. We are very pleased with the outcome and speed of the sale, to which Jenny's experience certainly contributed. We highly recommend Jenny for buying and selling and will absolutely use her services again if needed in the future. read more

I have worked with Jenny to buy TWO dream homes in the span of four years in Austin. She has successfully helped me find homes in my budget, location preference, and the size I needed at each stage of my life. She was able to successfully navigate two very different markets in Austin 2020 vs. 2024. Jenny is intelligent, knowledgeable about real estate, and an all-around great human being. I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Jenny and a little sad to be settled into my dream home and not get to work with her as often. read more

When I decided to start my search for a home in East Austin, I also began the search for a realtor, and decided to contact Jenny Kim. After our first call, I knew I'd found the best realtor for my needs. In addition to the usual complexities of buying any property, East Austin is full of ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) properties, which I'd never considered purchasing and knew nothing about. Thankfully, Jenny is both extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, including ADU's, as well as very familiar with East Austin and the many ins and outs of property ownership there. I had tons of questions about AUDs, the survey, inspection, and closing, and Jenny answered them all. She guided me through the entire home-buying process by patiently explaining it in a language I could understand, which really gave me confidence that I was making the right decisions necessary to complete the purchase of my wonderful new home. Jenny is also prompt, organized, experienced, friendly and a great negotiator! I truly believe Jenny is the best realtor and I would 100% trust her with any future real estate needs for me or my family! read more

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Jenny to help us with our first home purchase. We only had a few weeks to find a home in a fast-moving Austin market, and Jenny was there for us each step of the way. There were a number of moving parts and last-minute hurdles, which we certainly would not have been able to navigate without Jenny's expertise. In her bio, she describes herself as "passionate, honest, and tenacious", and she absolutely embodies those qualities. She was transparent and detail-oriented from start to finish, and she always kept our best interests her only priority. She even went to look at houses for us when we were out of town! Knowing that our realtor would only be satisfied when we found a house that we truly loved made this process a lot less stressful. Something potential buyers might overlook during the buying process is the importance of choosing a realtor that will make this an exciting, and relatively painless experience. Jenny did just that for us. She was a pleasure to work with, and we walked away surprised by how much we enjoyed not just the home search but our time with her. We're still in touch even after we've moved in! We have already recommended her to our friends, and we look forward to working with her in the future for our next home. Thank you, Jenny! -Britt & Kelly read more

Jenny is exceptional, and working her was easily the best decision I made in the process of buying my very first house. When I first met her I was feeling a little overwhelmed - not sure what I could afford, and not sure what to expect from the process. After spending a short amount of time chatting with Jenny, I felt so much more comfortable knowing I had a professional guiding me through the process and looking out for my best interests. She took the time to understand what was important to me and did the work to help translate my somewhat vague vision of what I wanted, into an actual home I love. The current housing market in Austin is incredibly competitive for buyers. Houses sometimes sell within a day or two of being listed, and you need to work with an agent who is incredibly responsive and willing to act quickly when something good comes along. And that is absolutely what Jenny brings to the table. When I saw what looked like the perfect place hit the market one afternoon, I messaged Jenny, and within a couple hours we were looking at house, submitting an offer that evening, and ultimately going into contract the next day. I'm so thrilled with my new place. If I hadn't had an agent as responsive as Jenny, I might have missed the opportunity, and I'd likely still be looking for place. Jenny was also extremely generous with her time, going out of her way to help educate me on everything I should know through the process, which ended up being a lot since this was my first time. She referred me to an excellent lender, Kyle, who helped me understand exactly what I could afford and was also very responsive and quick to deliver pre approval letters and other documents, and forthcoming with answers to my many questions. I felt that Kyle really went out of his way to give me the best service at least in part because I was a client of Jenny's. I think it's a good idea to work with a local lender who knows the market and has a good relationship with your agent, and that is definitely Kyle. In short, if you are looking to buy a house, or even thinking about buying a house in the near future, you should definitely talk with Jenny and get her in your corner as soon as possible! You won't be disappointed. read more

We recently sold our home with Jenny and could not have asked for a better real estate agent to guide us through the process. From the very beginning, Jenny was organized, attentive, thoughtful and responsive- just wonderful to work with. It was clear that she had a strong understanding of the market and we trusted her judgement 100% in terms of pricing, getting the house ready for market, and all of the other details with selling a house. We sold our house in spring of 2022 right as the market was starting to slow down a bit, and I was so incredibly grateful that we had Jenny to guide us through the process. Her negotiation skills and guidance were incredible as we navigated accepting an offer. Her attention to detail throughout every step of the process made it a very smooth process through closing. Would highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking to buy or sell their house in ATX! read more

My fiance and I had the BEST experience with Jenny! We met Jenny when my relative was looking to buy a home and we were instantly impressed with her market and industry knowledge. When it came time for us to look for a house, it was a no-brainer to get connected with Jenny. From the first time we met with her, we felt like she totally understood our goals, budget, timeline, and the approach we wanted to take to finding our first home. She earned out trust really quickly and she helped us to weigh the pros and cons of each house so we could really critically evaluate things. This was awesome since, at least for me, it got overwhelming looking at 6-8 houses on a given day for a few weekends in a row. I could not recommend Jenny enough, she was so knowledgeable and thoughtful and was the perfect person to help guide us to buying our first home. read more

Our family decided to relocate to Colorado and wanted to maximize the return on our first house in Austin. Jenny and Tom came HIGHLY recommended from circle of friends, who had extremely positive feedback on their experiences both buying and selling. From the initial meeting to the final closing date, Jenny was very well organized, informative but not overbearing, communicative, and truly acted as a value adding consultant throughout the process. Along the journey, she made sure our family was comfortable and absolutely happy with open house performance, showing feedback, understanding the nuances of offers we received, and ultimately guiding us proactively through the closing steps. Whilst Jenny made the process feel light, quick, and efficient, she ultimately achieved multiple offers and a sale price that was WELL above our asking price. We were elated, especially given that multiple agents validated that the asking price was correctly set based on the market value. I HIGHLY recommend Jenny and Tom if you're looking for real estate in the Austin area, or even considering what you're home might be worth in this booming market! read more

My husband and I worked with Jenny as we are thinking to either invest or move to Austin from California. Jenny's approach is authentic and trustworthy. What I also loved about her aside from how patient she was, is she and Tom are both originally from LA so she understood what type of vibe we were looking for. She is tuned into the market and is extremely knowledgeable about her territory. I've worked with some agents in the past who just want to get a deal done but Jenny knows the the art of selling which is why they are both so successful. Jenny listened to our needs and provided us with options for every scenario we outlined. If you are thinking about investing in or moving to Austin, Jenny is who you should use to find your next home or investment property. Jenny is literally the best! She cares so much about the whole experience of finding a home. I was a first time home buyer and she walked me through the whole process. She was always honest and patient, and extremely proactive. I feel like we saw 50 homes and sifted through hundreds on MLS. She didn't just want to sell me a house, but she took the time to find me the PERFECT home. And when I was ready to give up, she stayed positive and optimistic, and eventually we found my house! I couldn't have had a better agent. She's kind and knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. Thank you so much for everything Jenny!! read more

I'm not from the Austin area but was interested in making some investments out of state. Tom's diligence and honesty is what really set him apart from the crowd. He wasn't pushy or in it for himself--he was truly just passionate about real estate and the opportunities he was seeing. He has an eye for seeing a diamond in the rough and overall, his patience sets him apart from the pack. We just recently purchased a property through Tom and it was the most painless transaction I've ever had. Highly recommended! read more

Overall, it's been great to work with Tom and we would def recommend him to anyone looking for a home! read more

Jenny is a spectacular real estate agent. She is savvy, seasoned, and wholeheartedly focused on the customer experience. After our experience with her, we know that we will never need to shop for another agent in Austin again! We found Jenny on Zillow in June 2020 as we planned an unexpected, work-related relocation from the Bay Area, California to Austin. We interviewed her and several other agents by FaceTime as it seemed likely that we would have to do remote tours due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its associated travel restrictions. In our initial interactions, Jenny immediately won us over by being personable and extremely knowledgeable about the Austin real estate market. Over the next several weeks, Jenny worked diligently as our eyes and ears in Austin. She was fantastic at FaceTime tours of properties, offering a running narrative about the details she was seeing that would not be easily discerned on video. She offered invaluable advice on the various neighborhoods we were considering and was a rock-star negotiator when it came time to put in an offer, saving us time and money while building into our final offer small improvement requests that ultimately served to make the home we had selected better aligned with our long-term needs. Jenny has a lot of strengths as a real estate agent, but her communication really stands out. She made sure that we had timely access to every piece of relevant information but she never overwhelmed us with anything unnecessary. Her stellar communication and exceptional responsiveness kept our purchase right on schedule despite the pandemic and enabled us to close on an Austin property one month after we first connected with Jenny. The timing was crucial as it made it possible for us to move directly from California into our new home in Austin! read more

Jenny Kim, aka Realtor of the Year in our books! Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Jenny. Being first time buyers, purchasing a home was intimidating and having Jenny in our corner took a huge load of stress off. She educated us at each step of the process so we didn't feel confused or pressured and she was consistently organized, professional, responsive, understanding and honest. We have recommended her to our family and friends and would definitely recommend her to anyone searching for a home in Austin. Five stars, two thumbs up, Jenny ROCKS! read more

It's rare that I take the time to write a review - when I do, it's because I wholeheartedly believe more people need to be working with them! I was fortunate to meet Jenny at an open house when I was just starting my house search. At that point, I had several meetings with a Redfin agent with whom my friend closed his condo. I wasn't very impressed with the guy - frankly, I had many questions and it was my first home buying experience. He struggled to answer my questions clearly and concisely, so I had my doubts. When I ran into Jenny during one of these viewings, she was intelligible, knowledgeable, and best of all, an excellent communicator/teacher. It's rare to have all those traits in one person! There was never any pressure through the search/buying process, and Jenny was even light with her approach when I expressed frustration about the agent I met with previously. She was fantastic about making sure I found what I wanted, and encouraged me to see as many homes as possible. When the home buying process went for me - as it seems to with many - into a complete whirlwind when I was unprepared with a pre-approval and wanted to put an offer in 6 months ahead of my timeline, Jenny (who was out of the town at the time) still came to the rescue and got me connected with an incredible lender and we were able to put in an offer just minutes before the deadline (I saw the property just a couple hours before). I've always worked with managers and people that hire those who "get it done" without prompting, and that was my experience here. I've grown to expect friendly and professional behavior that gets well ahead of any question(s) I have/had and it's wonderful to have someone who lives that represent you. Needless to say, 10/5 stars if I could give 'em! read more

I've been looking for a few properties in the Austin area as I am looking to relocate there soon. Tom Kim has been an amazing realtor who has helped me understand that Austin area. He's honest and straight forward. I had a couple areas I wanted to look at and he gave me pros and cons to each location and based on the budget I have, he was able to steer me in the right direction where I believe I'll get the best bang for my buck. The one thing that has been really great for me is how flexible and accommodating he has been to show me houses since I was only in town for a couple days each time I visited to look at properties. I feel like I'm important to him as I feel he is working hard for me. I think we've finally settled on a home and want people to know that with Tom, you get someone who will take good care of you from start to finish and someone you can trust. Looking forward to starting the next chapter of my life in Austin and now I get to that in a home that I absolutely love! read more

Haven't purchased the home yet, but Tom has been showing me multiple listings for an investment in the Austin area. I've been searching with him for a good 3 months and quite honestly, he's been super patient and understanding of my delays. I've shopped for homes in multiple markets with 5-6 different agents and sometimes they lose interest when you don't pull the trigger right away. I'm writing this because thus far, his patience & professionalism, and quite honestly friendship, has been impressive and very much appreciated. I've already referred him to 2 others in the TX area shopping for home. No doubt sticking with this guy for this and future investments. read more

I'm so grateful that Tom Kim was the realtor who answered the phone when I called the number given to inquire about a listing that peaked my interest. We immediately hit it off on the first day of home hunting. He's congenial and prompt to a T to respond to texts and e-mails. I'm a first time home buyer, and having a realtor like Tom to depend on from step A to step Z all the way up to closing was reassuring to say least. He even helped negotiate a significant amount under asking price! I couldn't have asked for a better first-time home buying experience! Thank you Tom Kim! I'm loving my new home! read more

He worked with us for a few months, his patience never wavering- he truly wanted to find us a deal and often talked us out of a few properties that we would've regretted purchasing. We were in touch on a daily basis, he really worked hard for us, always available and responsive.
