Loved working with Jessica and Jen - great team, super positive energy and we landed on a strategy to sell my house that made a ton of sense to all of us! Including me with my scribbles and spreadsheets which Jessica was super supportive of and patient with haha Like another reviewer said this was also my first time selling a house and I was doing it from another state. It was daunting at first but I felt really well supported and like I knew what each step would entail every step of the way. read more

Jessica and Jen and team helped us sell our rental remotely. They got us an offer after one showing before the tenant moved out! They were a huge help in getting the house into shape for the new owner and made the process seamless for us. They're incredibly reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy - I wouldn't work with anyone else! read more

3rd Time's the Charm - and Still Blown Away! I just completed my third home buy/sell with the Licona Team, and once again, they've gone above and beyond! If you're looking for integrity, honesty, punctuality, and true dependability--look no further. Years ago, I didn't understand the value of a great real estate agent. I thought agents just showed you houses. That was before I met Jessica and her team. What they do behind the scenes is truly game-changing. I recently had to use a different agent, and wow--what an eye-opener! All the little details Jessica's team normally handles? I had to take care of them myself. Even then, she still picked up the phone and helped me through it! Buying or selling a home can be one of life's most stressful experiences. But with the Licona Team, you're in the best hands possible. Trust me--they do what they say and say what they do. #RealEstate #HomeBuying #HomeSelling #LiconaTeam #ClientTestimonial #RealEstateExperts #TrustworthyAgents read more

Jessica and her team made the process of selling our house seamless. This was the first time we have sold a home so we were pretty overwhelmed by the process initially. The current market in Austin is a bit turbulent for sellers. So, we were very worried about how long it would take to sell our house and how much money we could get for it. Jessica took the time to explain the process and scaffolded the information so we weren't overloaded. She oozes confidence and knowledge. The first time we met her, we knew we could completely trust her and that we were in safe hands. She researched the appropriate price for our home and we were under contract quickly with multiple offers. She was tremendous in negotiating and advocating for our needs with the buyer's realtor. After finalizing a great offer, she carefully walked us through the contract piece by piece to ensure we fully understood it. It wasn't clear to us before we started this process of why having an amazing realtor was so important until it came to the marketing of our home, negotiations, and the contract. At each step she guided us like a shepherd. There are plenty of realtors in this city to pick from, however, they will not be as dedicated as Jessica is. read more

Lisa and Jessica were tremendously helpful in our search for a very unique in-law rental. They were kind, attentive, curious, determined and fast! We could tell they were well connected and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things. Thank you, both! read more

The Licona team is amazing! I have sold two houses and bought one with them and I have NEVER had to worry about details. This last transaction moved at breakneck speed and not a single detail was left out. I was left to focus on packing while Jessica & Cody took care of everything else. I highly recommend the entire team for your real estate needs. read more

Working with Jessica and her team was the best choice we made for our home buying process. We found our dream home within just a couple of weeks of looking, Lisa helped guide us through the process and kept us informed every step of way. Jessica and her team are amazing, I would (and already have) highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a house! read more

I could not be happier with my choice to use Cody Wickham as my agent when it came to leasing my home. He and the Licona Team made the entire process so easy and stress-free. From assisting with staging and arranging photography to marketing the listing and coordinating showings, his professionalism, commitment, and meticulosity surpassed my expectations. He was able to secure qualified applicants to go under contract the same day and even negotiated above the asking price! The rapport that he builds with his clients is evident through his constant communication, patience, and persistency. This team truly provides a concierge service and I wouldn't trust anyone else when it comes to buying, selling, or leasing a home. I'm beyond grateful to have such a positive experience during what is normally a very difficult transitional period. Thank you for all of your time and hard work, Cody. Y'all are the absolute best! read more

Licona Team - Real Estate Services Near Me - Austin, Texas

I literally cannot speak highly enough of the entire Licona team. After helping us find our dream home as first time home buyers, we had a sudden life change and moved out of Austin. We immediately called Jessica, no hesitation whatsoever that she was going to be able to help us handle this efficiently, even if we may not be in the city to assist. We packed up our lives and moved, leaving our full confidence in the LIcona team to sell our home for the best possible price and they did not disappoint. Always in constant contact, even as we drove across the country to our new home, and always walking us through the steps. If you are buying, selling, or renting in the Austin area: DO NOT HESITATE. Call Jessica now and I promise you will not be disappointed. Her team is at the highest level of professionalism and they will only show you the best possible experience. Thank you Jessica and team for helping my boyfriend and I (and our dog Conway) buy and sell our first home. You will always have a special place in our hearts. read more

First class all the way. This team is great! Lisa, Cody, and Jessica made the whole process seamless.

Jessica Licona and her concierge team truly are "as good as it gets"! My husband and I just closed on our home, and Jessica made the experience from start to finish absolutely terrific. In fact, she's still continuing to provide valuable insights, help, referrals and information to us post-closing. My husband and I talk about our experience with the Licona team on a regular basis and are just amazed at how easy she made every step of the process for us. She was incredibly insightful to us during the negotiation, and she went to bat for us throughout the entire process. Jessica is a breath of fresh air! She's super professional, has a flawless attention to detail, is incredibly organized, and has a wonderful sense of humor. We had a great time working with her and felt very at ease during the entire process. When she says her team is the concierge team - she isn't joking one bit...that title fits what they do perfectly! If you are thinking about buying a home in the Austin area, I can guarantee you that Jessica and her team are who you want to work with. read more

Jessica, Lisa and the rest of their team are truly top notch professionals! Jessica made the entire process seamless and painless. Jessica Licona is FLIPPIN' AWESOME! I just closed on my second house with her and her team and each experience was beyond wonderful. Jessica is simultaneously smart, high-energy, funny as hell, and a consummate professional. She strikes a perfect balance between advising and letting the buyer come to their own conclusions. She helps you consider potential upsides and downsides that you probably wouldn't think of on your own, unless you're a real estate expert. I really appreciated Jessica's frequent touchpoints and willingness to explain simple and complex concepts, sometimes multiple times, without making me feel like a dummy. She's a killer negotiator but uber-courteous. She is also a master connector, able to facilitate every connection a new home buyer or seller could possibly need. No high-pressure sales here, Jessica is a consultant above all. I trust her absolutely and would refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. read more

Moving to a new state can be extremely stressful alone. Mix that stress with multiple people having opinions/needs and wants fulfilled and it can create a recipe for disaster. Cody was so patient and kind through the entire process. Finding the property to signing papers was handled way faster than I thought was possible. He even got me a lower payment! I highly recommend Cody and the entire Licona Team! read more

Jessica went above and beyond to make our first home buying experience amazing. She was there for all of our questions, connected us with everyone we needed to talk with, and walked us through every step of the process. And then, she even helped us after we got the home by helping to connect us to any service we needed. I can't imagine a better experience than what Jessica provided, and am truly thankful we were able to work with her. read more

The best team around! They took care of me during my first home buying experience. Jessica, Lisa, and Cody are incredibly professional and keep your interests a priority throughout the entire process. I am SO glad that Jessica reached out to me on our investment property. She has been nothing short of professional and EXCELLENT at her job. She patiently waited with us for a few years as we read the market and decided to pounce once it was right for us. Her big picture thinking and willingness to go long-term with us over a short-term, lesser gain was key to us getting what we wanted. Over the course of our interactions and ultimate sale of our property, Jessica and her team were so easy to work with, super responsive and very thorough. There are realtors everywhere in this town, but this team is definitely one you want to work with. read more

Updating my review! Jessica, Lisa, Cody and the team have helped me once again ... a very efficient turnaround on purchasing an investment property, with great guidance, a very useful roster of service providers and other professionals up their sleeve. I can't recommend these guys enough .. second time round for me using their services, and I look forward to more continued collaboration in the future. Woo hoo! read more

Just wanted to add another review in regards to some amazing ways this lady has helped us in the 2+ years we have owned our home. From the moment she met us, Jessica and her team have gone above and beyond in helping us. Recently, we needed an exterminator to swing by the house to review our needs. Jessica recommended Brock... and was he awesome! He was better than any other company we have out to the house in the past. His quote was realistic and budget friendly. We are looking forward to working with him and feel confident in his ability to solve our pest control problems. Anytime we have needed help around our house, The Licona Team is our "go-to" for references. I can not recommend her and her team enough. Fantastic people. Fantastic service! read more

I am a mortgage lender in Austin and I have worked closely with the Licona team on multiple transactions. They are extremely knowledgeable, organized and efficient. They go above and beyond for their clients and it shows in every transaction. Finding a team you can trust is so important when buying a home and they have earned my trust not only as a lender but also as a clien. I would highly recommend the Licona team to anyone looking to buy or sell. Keep up the great work! read more

I have known Jessica in a few capacities. I was a trainer and coach of REALTORS for years. I know hundreds of agents personally, and was an agent myself. I KNOW and have experienced from behind the scenes some of the best, moderate, and worst agents out there. One day, I overheard Jessica negotiating for her client. I heard her, then, communicate with her client. I was blown away by the skill, the strategy, and the true service. It was that moment, I decided when I sold my house I would ONLY hire Jessica. And so, 5 months later, I did exactly that. And we got even better than I expected. Jessica was truly skilled AND she wanted to make our experience seamless and pleasant despite the fact that selling your home simply can be stressful. Jessica helped us sell our home for way over asking price, and with little hassle in just a few days. She and her team were phenomenal about communication and service. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Having a crappy agent can make for a miserable experience and for financial loss. Instead have an AMAZING experience and hire TOP OF THE LINE Jessica Licona to sell your home, or help you buy. read more

My Wife and I just closed on a brand new house and Jessica saw us through the whole process from picking the lot to the close. She was absolutely fantastic -- she knows her stuff and she was great to work with from a personality standpoint. We found Jessica through a 3rd party that we had no reason to trust and were super pleased that we happened upon her. We bought a house from Scott Felder homes (also great) and Jessica swooped in at our negotiation and got us a far better deal than I had even thought possible. She also was there every step of the way through the building process, always asking if we needed anything or giving us great recommendations on other services (like a plumber to inspect the plumbing as a third party). She calls herself a 'concierge realtor' and found us good quotes on movers and handymen, etc. Also she worked really well with our loan agent and or sale agent for the builder, I think she is just a 'people person.' She had no problem swinging the hammer when needed to get a response. Because my wife and I are very hands on ourself, it was really great to have a person on our team that we could count on but who also would let us do what we wanted ourselves. For example, we had already picked out our house model when she came aboard. Some realtors I know are pushy and want to take you around looking at houses far out of your price range. Jessica knew what the deal was here, and worked to get us the best possible house for our money and choice. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica to anyone, and to use her myself if we ever need another real estate agent. read more

I referred 2 friends to Jessica who I thought wanted to buy/sell and both ended up wanting to lease. She and her team went out of their way to locate properties for both. I appreciate the full service nature of Jessica's office. And she is great about follow up! Very attentive. read more

Jessica and Joelle are the TRUTH! In other words, from start to finish, my home purchasing experience was second to none. When she says her and her team are your "concierge" Realtor, she's not messing around. The Licona team was very professional, followed up with me several times throughout the process, and went to bat for me when I needed it. Because of the Licona Team's hard work, I was able to close on my home in 25 days, which is unheard of. In short, great experience, phenomenal service, and most importantly, genuinely polite and honest individuals. As good as it gets, no doubt. read more

As this was our first home buying experience, we were obviously a little fearful of the entire process. We started searching with another agent and were quite disappointed with what little information and assistance we received, however, being our first time, we figured this may be what to expect. Just as we were about to give up on the entire process, we were referred to the Jessica Licona team and our lives changed at that point. From the very start we knew they were the right choice for our new family. They were incredibly knowledgable, understanding, and supportive and guided us step by step through the entire process, making us feel more than at ease. We had a specific deadline and every time we became frustrated with the process, they gave us the motivation and worked harder than we ever thought was possible in order to find us the perfect home. Even after walking us through the closing process, they have remained an excellent resource and, as crazy as it sounds, a trusted friend who has never left our side, answering all questions in a timely manner. We can't say enough about Jessica, Claire and the rest of the Licona team and I will ONLY refer them to our friends and collegues as well as use them with our next real estate adventure! We are writing this review because stellar customer service is few and far between now days, and theirs is beyond anything we have ever experienced in the past. They should be proud of the lives they change with their dedication and compassion. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. Josh & Sam read more

The Licona team helped us sell 2 houses and buy our new home. All of which could have been so stressful to the max. But Jessica, Lisa & Cody were like a ninja team and they truly were on top of their game . Which made it a survivable experience for us and a pleasurable one. We are settled in our new home & we are so thankful for the peace of mind and the smooth transition considering all the road bumps that we faced. So happy to write a review for Jessica Licona and team.... We moved from Seattle and to try to house shop from Washington state to Austin was made seamless by Jessica and her teams guidance. She put us in contact with the correct people for things like financing and kept e-mailing us tons of information about the pro's and con's of living North or South or Southwest Austin etc. We finally landed in SW Texas and are living our dream without any hiccups or stress. I believe Jessica is more than a real estate agent and seemed like a trusted adviser (friend) in the process. read more

I recently found myself in need of a realtor due to a job relocation to the DFW area. We were referred to Jessica by a friend. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Jessica and her team for the following reasons: - She is high energy, charming, and poised from the first meeting throughout the entire transaction. - She is an excellent communicator. This is crucial during the realtor/client relationship and vital when negotiating with buyers/sellers on the other side of the fence. - She markets hard and SMART. - I felt like she was always an advocate for me and my family. I never felt like there was a separate agenda. - Jessica is honest and forward with suggestions and opinions with regards to staging and preparation. She clearly has an eye for design. - She offered her advice freely during the stressful "option period" where inspections are done and improvements are requested. - I felt like I could make my own decisions when I wanted to and could lean on her expertise when I didn't. Most people need representation to buy or sell a home. This is just reality. It is far too involved a process to fly solo. If you find yourself in need of a realtor that will work hard, communicate openly, be honest and respect your needs, look to the Licona Team. It was an outstanding experience. read more

Jessica is the best!! She was awesome in helping with our home search. Always ready to show us homes, had great feedback on neighborhoods, which we needed after being away from Austin for a few years (so many changes). Her search tool always picked up listings that fit our criteria and e-mailed us those daily, so we always had fresh listing to sift through each day. She was always available to us by phone and e-mail when we needed her. I highly recommend Jessica if you want an energetic responsive agent to work with. read more

I recently closed on a home with Jessica. I had a very tricky lending profile and not only did she assist me with my home search and negotiations she also helped find my lender! She is incredibly diligent and very hard working. I was NOT an easy client and I know that. I had a very specific criteria I was looking for with regards to a home and a location all while searching from another city. Jessica helped scout properties and even spent a Sunday driving neighborhoods to look for non MLS properties since the Austin inventory is presently so low. I have purchase other homes and know that all real estate agents are not created equal. My experience with Jessica has been the best to date. I highly recommend her and her assistance Joelle to anyone looking to buy in the Austin market. read more
