My Wife and I just closed on a brand new house and Jessica saw us through the whole process from picking the lot to the close. She was absolutely fantastic -- she knows her stuff and she was great to work with from a personality standpoint. We found Jessica through a 3rd party that we had no reason to trust and were super pleased that we happened upon her. We bought a house from Scott Felder homes (also great) and Jessica swooped in at our negotiation and got us a far better deal than I had even thought possible. She also was there every step of the way through the building process, always asking if we needed anything or giving us great recommendations on other services (like a plumber to inspect the plumbing as a third party). She calls herself a 'concierge realtor' and found us good quotes on movers and handymen, etc. Also she worked really well with our loan agent and or sale agent for the builder, I think she is just a 'people person.' She had no problem swinging the hammer when needed to get a response. Because my wife and I are very hands on ourself, it was really great to have a person on our team that we could count on but who also would let us do what we wanted ourselves. For example, we had already picked out our house model when she came aboard. Some realtors I know are pushy and want to take you around looking at houses far out of your price range.
