I came to Mongs lash lounge for a foreign lash fill and when you first come in it feels very clean and welcoming. Mong did my lashes honestly better than my lash tech from my hometown that I was going to for years, I have the best retention with Mongs work and my lashes can last up to 3 weeks and still look wonderful. I have been coming to Mong to get my lashes done regularly since. You can tell Mong what type of style of lashes you want and she can give you exactly what you want if you want a style change. I have also gotten my lashes done by Tuyet and she did my lashes just as wonderful! Definitely recommend both of these ladies for lashes!.

She was apologetic and very sweet about it! Today, almost a week of applying ointments like I was told to do to heal the cut, I realized that the extensions in my inner corner came off. I texted Mong to see if I could come in for a touch-up and within 5 minutes, she had me scheduled with Tuyet during the afternoon with no additional charge. When I got there, I showed Tuyet the missing area, she tapped my eye (super gently) and got started. I told her and Mong that all I needed touched up was my inner corner on my one eye but I think she touched up everything that needed it on both eyes because it looks different but better than when I came in (and even better than when I first got them done!) Mong and Tuyet were both so sweet and Tuyet was very gentle with my eyes and making sure I was okay. Maybe I just caught them on an off day last week? Either way, I am glad my review can match the other postive ones that this business has.

I feel horrible writing this review as I've been to Taylor for my first and second last experience…read morethat resulted in gorgeous, comfortable lashes around 2 years ago. Taylor was recommended to me by a good friend. I am giving 2 stars because I know the ability and responsibility is here at this business. But, I am disappointed in my lashes I had done with Mimi on 12/13. I reread the reviews here with one customer saying that Mimi took a lot of breaks and rushed through lashes but did not take this seriously. My experience was the same even though Mimi was really sweet. One can take breaks all they want but I remember that when I went to Taylor, she took over an hour and did not take any phone breaks. That said, I want to be fair and say that this glue Mimi used caused an allergic reaction. I powered through and took Benadryl and religiously cleaned my lashes 2-3 times a day. I texted Mimi and she said to take allergy meds and put a warm tea bag on my eyes. Well, who wants to ruin a $275 lash job so I did not immediately rip them off myself. I woke up with swollen, crusty eyes which I spent money get Visine Allergy eye drops and Systane lid scrub wipes to attempt to keep the lashes. I went on travel to SoCal and dealt with taking Bendaryl, cleaning my lids, cleaning my lids, itching, and burning lids until 12/24. I desperately made an appointment at another lash place to get them professionally removed. I walked into H & K beauty in Mission Viejo and the lash tech there removed them for me meticulously and carefully. She did not charge me for this removal as she felt bad and wondered why I wasn't given instructions to remove them myself or why I wasn't invited back into to remove them when clearly there was an allergic reaction that led to severe redness. It is by luck I did not go blind or end up in urgent care. The lash tech showed me the amount of glue that ended up on my lids which essentially burned them. As of today, my lids not still flakey and dry but managable/hidden by the work Ha had to redo. The last tech there redid my lashes just to save my vanity and I can say that at at the time of this review, I still have extensions that look good weeks later. (3rd picture). I messaged Mimi and while she was sorry, she just told me her lids were also itchy too and instructed me get a prescription from my doctor. It was sweet she commiserated with me, but it's not about her eye lids and I don't want to spend more money to take care of my eyes at this point. The redo in SoCal was $315 and the last tech there carefully worked on my lashes for a solid 90 minutes no breaks and I had no glue residue from her work. Ha followed up every few days with me and said if my swelling did not go down, she would remove them free of charge. In all, this was a $600 ordeal for just extensions. In the future, I would not NOT go here but I would go back to Taylor. Sorry this was an honest review and Mimi is sweet but I don't think her abilities and patience are quite to up to par as Taylor and that's why in all these reviews, everyone is talking about Taylor.

She is an absolute…read moretreasure trove of knowledge and information that she packages into a custom, individualized 1:1 makeup lesson. To explain, I'm having a destination wedding in just a few weeks and decided to DIY my makeup. I searched for makeup lessons in the Seattle area and was really excited when I found out that LiSun offers bridal makeup lessons. This was a terrific investment because learning tips and tricks from the master is going to last me for years and years and not just for the one day! LiSun reviewed all my tools, skincare and makeup and looked through ingredients in my products and made appropriate recommendations to make sure that my makeup doesn't look just flawless but also camera ready! She helped me plan my palette and bridal makeup look based on my inspiration photos and my wedding theme. I am so grateful to have her keen eye and advice as a true professional MUA. In terms of the lesson she really explained the steps clearly and let me do a lot of hands on learning in terms of the makeup application. She also has awesome tips and tricks for "bulletproof" makeup so that the makeup really stays and doesn't go anywhere! She made a lot of excellent recommendations for what makeup and tools I could use, and I bought some high quality makeup brushes from her that I expect to have and use for a long time. What's even more amazing is that after the lesson she really took the time to email me a list of all the products and tools she recommended during the lesson, along with links to places where I could buy it. She let me know that I can send her photos as I practice so that she could keep giving me feedback over email. She helped take so much guesswork out of this process for me and with practice I'm feeling more and more confident that my makeup is going to look fabulous on my big day! If you are looking for a great DIY makeup lesson I can't recommend her enough!

It was my first time getting a lash lift and tint and absolutely thrilled with the result. I really appreciated LiSun's attention to cleanliness. Being in healthcare I can't help but be super careful and worried about cleanliness, and I appreciated how she would always perform hand hygiene with hand sanitizer before touching my face/lashes and moving onto the next step. The first thing I noticed was how kind she was and how comfortable she made me feel. It was fun hearing her story and how she used to be on multiple commercials and movie sets as a makeup artist! I especially liked how she would walk me through each step so that I would know what to expect next, from a warm compress, to removing the towel, to anticipating a bright light, to letting me know that we'd wait at this step for 9mins, etc, I appreciated how she kept me informed with each step. I'm so happy to not have to curl my lashes everyday anymore! The lash lift really helped brighten up my eyes. Having black lashes already, I didn't notice too much with the lash tint with mine, but I definitely could tell that on Niki's lashes (she has blond lashes), the lash tint looked fabulous! I love how I can shower and wash my face without having to worry about getting my lashes wet and walk out of the house to see patients without having to curl my lashes or put mascara on! Thanks LiSun for your care and service!
