DO NOT go here for lash extensions Let me take you through…read moremy experience First, she was very unhygienic, she didn't change the sheet where the previous customer had been, nor did she wash her hands between clients Then she started applying the lashes... she was very rushed, and sloppy She answered calls during my appointment and then when the next client came in, she threw some more lashes on and Called it a day Spent only about 20 minutes on them I couldn't open my eyes at all, so she took some scissors and cut and ripped apart my bottom and top lashes and said it was normal SHE CUT THEM My eyes were watering so bad and my vision was blocked by these long, plastic, lashes The quality of the lashes were awful and not at all what I asked for They looked like lashes you'd buy at party city So I paid and left, and when I got home I spent TWO HOURS trying to get them off There were CLUMPS of glue all throughout my lashes I tried everything, lash glue remover, oils, eye drops etc So I called her and explained what was going on and asked for a refund or atleast a partial refund because this is not okay I also asked if I could back in and have her remove them and she said no just use eye drops?? And then she said she'd call the owner who lives in India When she called me back an hour later she said the owner said that was normal for the first day... the blurred vision and glue stabbing my eye was normal?? Oh and not to mention at this point my eye was red and swollen... It's the next day now and my eyelids still hurt, they feel bruised And that she wouldn't refund me Do not go to this place, they do not deserve to be in the business of lash extensions
