Their tanning spray looks so natural compared to other places I've tried (or know those who do) and the difference between having someone who really knows their stuff is amazing. They adjust for what you want, and the color is beautiful- no orange here. It's dry when they finish so no mess. Stop thinking about it- treat yourself to a spray tan, you'll look great. It makes everything feel less wintery!

I don't have super high expectations, but I DO expect to NOT have to go home and finish the job for you. That happened here. I shouldn't have to pluck hairs from my eyebrows & lip immediately following my appointment. I tried this place three times, w/different techs, and this occurred all three times. During one of my appointments they took WAY too much off one side which was shocking.....and embarrassing. That was my *last* appointment with them. **NOTE: I have reviewed the businesses response to my post and it's incorrect. My skin does redden easily (I'm a redhead) but it doesn't exempt it from hair removal. Plus - if skin sensitivity was an issue, wouldn't / shouldn't their tech have said something to me since they're sending me home w/hairs still visible? Wouldn't my facialist have said something by now (she hasn't). I've been seeing her every two weeks for 10 years. And I've had my brows waxed for 30+ years. It IS possible to do it correctly.......

I first want to say, over the years I've had consistent results that left me pleased…read more But my last couple of visits will be my last. During a leave of absence , I saw a different hairstylist (a level 2) stylist for a cut, and balayage. During the consult, the stylist seemed confident about being able to help me achieve what I wanted. Which was more than reasonable and should've been able to be achieved because frankly it was just like a caramel balayage, nothing crazy. I did not feel that my layers were adequately trimmed. They were not even and my hair felt rough ... my hair looked healthier before the haircut. The balayage technique was not actually even applied. The stylist performed a partial. I went in with level five hair and still came out with level five hair after being in foils for a couple of hours which never happens. I'm always able to get great results with lightning my hair. I left feeling extremely disappointed. When my husband came home, he automatically just said " oh, did you cancel your hair appointment? I thought you were going to the salon today?!" And I had to explain that I did, but he said it looks like nothing had been done. I did reach out a week later, a master stylist reached out to me to fix my hair. Ultimately in the end, I know that the stylist did all they could with what they had to work with to make it look decent. The "fix" was just as disappointing. I have literally spent my entire summer trying to get my hair to heal from this experience. And between the cut and color I spent a lot of my hard earned money to not enjoy the results or frankly the experience. This all happened a couple months ago back in June. I wasn't sure about writing a review, but after taking some time to think, I thought it would be best to let everyone know. Also, I'm not sure if they started using different hair color, but their toner washed out really quickly. Like after one wash. I've always enjoyed most of the stylists here, but if you're gonna spend the money here, really do your research on reviews and book accordingly.- I highly recommend Crystal! She's the best!

One of favorite parts was watching Kim create Minion nails for her daughter while Celine worked - they were so well done and absolutely hilarious! I had a basic pedicure with regular polish and a buff and shine on my fingernails, while my granddaughter had acrylics and Gel X based on a photo she brought in. What stood out to me was their willingness to make adjustments. When I wanted my nail shape changed or felt the polish needed a little touch up, they fixed it right away, no questions asked, and even apologized. My granddaughter showed them a photo of what she wanted. Throughout the appointment, they checked in with her and made adjustments based on her feedback. The final result wasn't an exact copy of the photo, it was actually better, and she was thrilled with how it turned out (the flower was hand drawn not a jewel). What impressed me most was that they genuinely cared about making sure she was happy and were willing to make changes along the way until she loved the result. (The photo here is before they finished and cleaned her hand up). Reading some of the negative reviews, I wonder how many people communicated their concerns during the appointment. In my experience, if you speak up, they genuinely want to make it right. They can't fix something if they don't know you're unhappy with something. The salon felt clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. It was a hot day outside, but the inside felt cool and comfortable the entire time. I occasionally noticed staff helping other customers while I was there, but I never felt neglected and the delays were brief. For me, a salon visit is a chance to relax, so it wasn't an issue at all. If I had been in a hurry, I believe I could have communicated that and they would have accommodated me. Overall, I found the staff kind, accommodating, and focused on customer satisfaction. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, this team stood out. They listened, cared about the outcome, and made sure we left happy. I would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, reasonably priced salon experience.
