My granddaughter showed them a photo of what she wanted. Throughout the appointment, they checked in with her and made adjustments based on her feedback. The final result wasn't an exact copy of the photo, it was actually better, and she was thrilled with how it turned out (the flower was hand drawn not a jewel). I worked with Kim in the beginning and then Anna continued my service. Both women were very nice. I will be back for all my builder gel needs, etc. Anna taught me builder and hard gel are the same thing. Essentially hard gel is the brand name.
