So far this company is a zero. The communication to the customer is poor. The salesman says they do everything in one day. They will call to come with liner and do all in one day. So far they have showed up 2x with no notice and no liner, apparently just to empty pool. However I was told by salesman and measuring person to leave pool covered until they ready to install to keep debris out. You have to call office several times because no one answers. No one from office seems to know who these people are at my house . Now today they show up after the install boss calls to let me know. They take cover off, but the small pump they brought doesn't work. So they have to go get another pump. They tell me they be back, but its gonna take a day or so to empty pool. Hopefully they can be back tomorrow to install. I thought they would have a commercial pump, that would empty the pool in a couple of hours. Now tomorrow is supposed to thunderstorm all day. I must say the salesman, the measuring person and the workers who showed up to day have all been very polite and seem to know their job. Just seems like a lot is miscommunication and one hand not knowing what the other is doing. read more

When the salesperson from Best Pool Liners came out and spent 2 hours with us regarding having a pool liner installed to replace our existing pool liner which had creases in it, he stated they would examine whether we had any current issues that would interfere with a new pool liner. We were worried about a new pool liner getting creases if there was an existing problem with the pool causing the creases. We were assured that they would check it out BEFORE installing a new liner and that the liner had a lifetime warranty. When they installed the liner, the installer said something that was concerning: "we are not sure there is enough water in the pool to properly install the liner." We asked them to let us fill the pool more, but he just went ahead and hurried and finished up and left. $6425 later, we have several creases in the liner they just installed a few months ago. I called the 1-800 # and the manager quickly told me that they don't warranty anything other than a tear in the liner. They do not acknowledge that the installation could have been the problem. There was no offer to come and check it out. The manager was very rude. She told me to check my contract, and it's not covered and almost hung up on me she was in such a hurry. It was obvious that all she does all day long is answer the phone and tell customers that nothing is covered. She couldn't get off the phone fast enough. This company is very unprofessoinal, rude, and unhelpful. I cannot say enough about how shady they are. read more

Amazing! Great value! Incredible installation! Process was so simple. Our salesman Paul Frederick was available whenever I needed answers. Howie the installer was outstanding and his partner Johnny was awesome. We are thrilled! Only 1 day fully installed. read more

CUSTOMER WARNING -- PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The salesperson, Troy, made several promises regarding the liner and assured me that any issues would be addressed. The liner was installed by Jersey Boys Enterprise, ( Mr. Gorden Adams) and only two days later, it began floating due to a leak. They came out, marked the water level, and promised to return, but never showed. After I provided pictures showing the water level dropping and the liner pulling away from the walls and bottom, I was given another appointment. Again, no one showed up. Despite being told the liner has a lifetime warranty, I have had tremendous difficulty getting this issue resolved. As a result, my family spent the entire summer of 2026 without a usable pool. I strongly recommend doing your research, reading reviews. DONT BE VICTIMIZED BY THIS COMPANY. read more

Don't even consider this company! We were stupid! They were responsive and sent a representative out right away to choose a liner, promising we would have the liner installed in six weeks. Didn't happen. The wrong liner was ordered. Then, the liner was lost. What a joke! Calling the 800 # and having to deal with Kimberly is a nightmare! If the dictionary allowed photos, hers would be posted for the rudest person to deal with people. If you are idiots like us, don't change any of your plans waiting for an installer to show up. The company will give you a time, but, either the installer shows up five hours later or not at all. You have to bombard them with phone calls and texts to hear one lie after another. I had to give one star. I wish there was a choice for ZERO STARS! read more

Absolute garbage, this is now my 2nd liner replacement from these idiots. 1st time they sent some backwoods hillbillys that couldn't replace a kiddie pool let alone a 16x32 in ground pool. After these goons left, we realized they never smoothed out the vermiculite underneath the liner so it's like walking on the moon. So they were sent back to try to fix the problem by trying to smooth out the liner with push brooms. In the meantime I have cameras around my house and there swimming in my pool not even doing their job with their clothes on. And the female was urinating behind my shed. So the scene split on the liner and we got a replacement unfortunately we have to use the same company but this time they said two people that were as dumb as rocks. They rushed the job and we're angry because they had to wait for the water guy to put the pool water. We needed them to wait for the water to get in at least halfway so they can make sure everything was correct instead my back was turned and they just left. I called the company numerous times and they could care less. So now after the winter the pool was opened and there are creases everywhere in the hole in the middle of the pool where a stone came through being that they did not sweep out the floor of that pool. Do me a favor do not believe those Google reviews on their site that's a total lie. The most unprofessional company ever do not use this company trust me. read more

They installed out liner last year, and there was a small ripple at the corner seat. They said wait till you open it and it should settle out. It did not and now all summer no will come out tonlook at it fix it it and Kimberly in customer service replied 1x with they are very behind. And mutiple calls in and no response yet. My wife and I just had Best liners install our liner in June 2026 and we are only sorry we did not read all of these reviews because every complaint that has been expressed by multiple customers we had ourselves throughout this whole I think it's a disgrace this company is allowed to still stay in business. I believe the way to get back is to start up a class action suit against Paul, the owner and his staff.. If anyone's interested, please contact me and we can get this started. read more

Steer clear of this company. They promise the world when selling the liner but if you have a problem with the installation and it's more than 2 weeks they will do nothing. The contract I had only mentioned notifying them within 2 weeks if there were wrinkles in the liner. My problem was the the pool liner is pulling away the sides and the screws they used are rusted! No one could know this within 2 weeks. The customer service manager Kimberly just kept telling me it was too late, that I had to have reported this within 2 weeks. Nothing happened within 2 weeks! She is also rude and very unprofessional. I'm over 70 and so frustrated. We were planning a pool party for my grandsons graduation from elementary school and when we opened the pool it is not usable. This is a TERRIBLE company to deal with, run don't walk away from them. I would give them less than 1 star if I could. read more

I ordered my new liner in late fall for a spring install, they handled everything ocean we picked out the liner and the quote was accurate, on install the installer fixed a minor issue with the pool wall, unlike some companies that would have just covered the deflect, I'd recommend them to any one looking. The price was the best I found, high quality and selection of liners. read more

We are currently suing Best Pool Liners for failing to complete the job we contracted with them to do. The sales person Rich promised us everything and delivered none of it!!! The company DEMANDS money up front and then when the work is done poorly and incomplete we NEVER hear from them again!! They promised to be back the next day when our liner popped out an HOUR after Oswaldo the installer left. We paid to have them back fill a hole in our yard which they left open. They came weeks after we were promised the pool would be open. I could go on and on about the lies and promises made and broken by this company. We are BEYOND disappointed!!!! Have the time we felt like we were being scammed. i'm not concerned we weren't scammed. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Odd that Google Review is nearly 4.7 but everywhere else you look it's less than two stars. I could not find a place to leave a Google Review on their site. Called on a Thursday to get a quote for Liner. Spoke with someone on Friday saying that the gentleman would come out on Monday. They told me they did work in nine different states. Set up an appointment and took the day off on Monday, excited to get this done. Guy called me on Saturday and said I'm not available to come out on Monday but if you can give me the measurements, I can give you a quote. I thought that was a bad way of doing things, but I gave him the approximate measurements and he immediately threw out a number of $7500. I said that's what you're gonna send out without even looking at my pool? He said well it's an above ground Pool I do them all the time. I said I don't have an above ground bowl. I have an inground pool. He's like well that's not the information I received. From start to finish this was a fly by the seat of your pants ridiculous experience. My advice would be to stay clear. read more

Avoid this company!! We contracted with Best Pool Liners out of Linden, NJ in July 2025 to put a new liner in our above ground round pool. We also contracted to have a vermiculite base put in under the liner. The person from the company came out and measured for the pool liner, measuring to allow for a 1" vermiculite base. The vermiculite was laid down on August 18th, and the liner went in n August 19th. The pool liner installer told us he only put down 1/2" vermiculite, that's what he always does. Prior to the liner going in, were told we had to have water in it after the liner went in so they could cut the holes for the skimmer and inlet. As we can't fill our pool from our well, we contracted with a local water deliver company, in the amount of $1324.00 to fill our pool. The water started filling the pool, and when it was about a foot filled, the installers cut the holes for the skimmer and inlet and then left. As more water filled the pool, two entire side sections started to buckle in. The pool liner was too small for the weight of the water for the size of the pool - they had measured for a 1" base, but only a 1/2" base was put down. We immediately called back the installer, who came, pumped out almost 90% of the water we just paid $1324.00 for, and started drilling holes in 2 of our metal side panels of our pool to bolt it to our side deck. He then told us to start to fill it up again and this should work. He left, we started filling it up again (this time with a hose from our well), and it buckled again). It is now September and we have been calling and emailing Best Pool Liners Customer Service over and over, with less than satisfactory answers. We continuously get the run-around as to any status of when they are going to have the parts in and when they are going to be out to fix this issue. We are requesting a full refund for the money ($1324) for the water that their installer dumped from our pool the day of the install. That was completely due to his incompetence with his installation of the vermiculite base. They wrote that they are refusing as it is outside of their warranty. Their customer service then wrote and said "Our wall collapsing was not due to our install, this was due to the structure of our pool wall". To say such an outright lie to us when this customer service person had absolutely no first hand knowledge of our pool, had never seen it (the pool wall and structure is in absolutely fine condition) is nothing short of a slander. This company does not stand behind their product or their contracted installers at all, nor do they uphold their customers satisfaction in the least. read more

Run don't walk from Best Pool Liners.  I bought my liner from them the beginning of last season. They had Jersey Boy pools measure and install it.  They screwed up the measurements and made it too small. They were literally stretching it with pots of boiling water to get it to fit. It tore across the side within a week and they refused to answer phone calls or honor the warranty. It cost me $7,000 to buy a new liner from someone else. read more

Do not hire these scammers. During the sales what they tell you versus The work they try to do when they show up is completely different. Additionally the team they send to do the job our third party hired hooligans. I hired him to change the liner and the skimmers for my pool. When they showed up they started working on my pool without notifying me that they are there. Ripped my current liner. Removed the pavers and started cutting the skimmers. When I heard the noise I came outside and then inquired if they brought material to put the papers back as well when the work is done. The worker completely denied saying that we do not put the pavers or the dug up dirt around the skimmers back. We just installed skimmer and liner. When I asked them to stop what they're doing till I reach out to their office, I was told their office is currently closed and they're leaving to the next job. My pool was left damaged with the ripped liner, cut out skimmer and taking off papers including all the dirt. On top when I checked the website listed on the workers van they seem to be non-existent. But I asked for their license the guy approached me and threatened way saying are you some sort of investigator or something.... Please please please do not hire these scam artists. Now the salesman is telling me that the company will sue me and they will keep my deposit. I've been told if I want them to come back they want to certified check from me for the full payment before they start working on the pool again.... read more

I had a sales rep from Best Pools visit me as i am having new liner installed. First understand that Best Pool Liners is also AAA Pool liners and American Pool Liners. Sales rep tells me the company HQ is in Westfield NJ. Doing some research i find that the supposed HQ is a box at the UPS STORE. Sales rep tells me they are giving a Lifetime warrenty, transferrable one time. He would not give me a copy of this contract but at my insistence he let ne read it..i immediately took a picture of front and back. Lets be real- what legitimate company would offer a lifetime transferrable contract fir a liner with a planned obsolescence of 12 to 15 years. One can.only assume that this contract is useless. Front of contract states clearly lifetime guarantee. HOWEVER, THE BACK STATES SOMETHING VERY DIFFERENT. Salesman states if i sign right now ill get $500 dollars off price of pool.. i declined Lastly i thiught it impossible for a company to get all bad online reviews. But AAA and Best succeeded with over 100 very negative eviews. Obviously I did not use this company(s) snd urge all to be careful.and do your homework! read more
