They always do a great job of delivering what I asked for whether it's my normal ombré or experimenting for special events. They have a 5% discount when you pay your services in cash. I wanted to be a little extra with my graduation nails and she delivered taking her time and being meticulous in her craft. They do not take reservations so it's a first come first serve situation here. I've come twice now. I got a manicure the first time and a pedicure and nail fixed a second time. It is busy but they do have a lot of workers so the wait isn't too long. I can be pretty picky with how I like my nails done, but she was able to deliver what I wanted perfectly. I was told that I wasn't a "regular paying customer," which came across as extremely disrespectful and made it very clear that Groupon customers may not be treated the same as customers paying full price. That raises the question: What's the point of offering services on Groupon if you don't want to accommodate Groupon customers? A customer is a customer. If a business chooses to advertise on Groupon, people should not be made to feel unwanted or like they're inconveniencing the business for using the promotion being advertised. I was immediately told that I might have to wait or could come back another day. Since I had already arranged my schedule around this appointment, I chose to stay and wait. Shortly afterward, another customer arrived for a 6:00 PM appointment and was taken before me, despite arriving later. When I pointed out that I had arrived first, my concern was ignored. I ultimately waited until 6:50 PM before being called back, and the salon closes at 7:30 PM. The service itself, performed by another technician, was adequate. My nails came out fine, but the appointment felt rushed. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling as though I was treated as less important because I was using a Groupon. I had to make multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, work around undisclosed restrictions, and then wait nearly an hour despite arriving on time and having a scheduled appointment. While the final result was acceptable, the customer service experience was disappointing. Personally, I won't be returning. If you decide to visit, I would recommend booking directly rather than purchasing a Groupon.
