I really desperately wanted to love this place but I had such a bad first experience that I am having a hard time doing so. The prices are great, color selection is excellent, location is awesome. Cleanliness? Eh. The work done on my nails? Mediocre. The girl that worked on my nails butchered me so bad that the side of my nail would not stop bleeding. She tried so hard to make it stop that I think it only made it worse. I felt bad because I could honestly tell she was sorry but at some point, after finishing 9 of my nails, she got up to do someone else's manicure and I was left to be finished by the tech sitting next to her (in between her own client). There's no attention to detail, everything feels rushed. I left so disappointed. Just hoping and praying my finger/nail does not get infected at this point. read more

I went here for the 1st time after recommendation from a friend. I was told to ask for Jason. Jason was fantastic. He was detailed, did not hurry me and the nails came out excellent. Its also nice that the pricing was awesome. I also got a pedicure. This was average. If I was only getting a pedicure, I would not go back honestly. I came in for a basic pedicure. I called ahead to see if it was a good time for them. It took one hour and 35 minutes. The female who did my pedicure gave me the bill for $20.00. I handed her a ten dollar bill and requested change so I can tip her. I handed her a 20 and then gave her back 5 singles for her tip. She spoke in her native language to her co worker and all of the sudden they are telling me I didn't pay. I was like does this receipt not say 20? I said I just handed her a 20 and 5 singles. 20 for the pedicure and 5 for her tip. Then she was apologizing. I will never step foot into this establishment ever again. read more

I had an appoint waited an hour to start my pedicure. Then one person does the work and another comes in and paint. Then there's only one person (Jason) who does the acrylic work and then you get handed off to be painted by someone else. I wanted to love this place after spending 3.5 hours but it was ehh. I came in because of the yelp reviews but didn't even last a half hour-- sat down in the chair for a fill and asked them to replace 2 nail tips which were starting to curl... they removed them and the polish but when they glued on one of the two new ones it was at a BIG angle. Woman who was working on me left the table and when a worker came back it was a man. I asked him politely "should it be this curved?" And without saying anything he RIPPED the uncut acrylic tip off even though I said "ow"... (I have extremely frail nails as it is so what nail was mine went with it). I went in for a full set the other day, I was a little skeptical when first walking in but they took me in right away I believe it was Jason who was working on my nails and he was amazing! Normally I'd have to tell the nail tech as going that I like my nails thinner or sharper but he simple asked me the shape and boom! Exactly how I wanted! Not thick, not bumpy just perfect! He finished up the acrylic and this nice young lady came to paint them. She asked what color I'd like I showed her the color and design I was looking for, the first couple of times it wasn't how I wanted so I told her and she redid it with no problem until they were how I wanted! The best part, PRICE WAS WAY LOWER THAN I EXPECTED!!! I'd normally pay $55-$60 for my nails, $45!!!!! I did call in advance before I showed up. However I did have to wait a bit which was kinda a bummer since I was already in a rush. Best nail salon in the area. It's a small shop with a small staff, but the service is amazing. There is usually a wait- so you have to be patient. There are a huge range of regular nail polish and well as gel polish colors. Their prices are the real winner here. $20 for a regular mani/pedi, $40 for a gel mani and regular pedi, and my favorite package, $27 for a regular mani/pedi with a 10 min leg massage. My favorite manicurist is the young woman with short hair. Love this place! read more

So I made an appt. got there still waiting 30 min. Place was not clean saw spiders in the corner and there was no place to sit. Always having to move out of the way for someone or the staff to get it something. Sat for my nails didn't ask me what I liked or said hi nothing just stated which when your a new patron you want that kinda like interaction. Or at least I do. Rushed though my nails and saw nothing about only cash tip! Which that was annoying but I explained I didn't know that she said that ok so if you go they prefer cash tip!!! This place is awesome. It's never packed and the techs do great work. I've gone here at least three times and they consistently do great work. When I got a pedicure it came with a ten minute massage which they used a timer for but it was a really good massage. They also give you a massage while your nails are drying. I know its not required but it's a nice touch. They have a great color selection for gel that's made me tried colors I usually wouldn't. The prices are very reasonable and they're not pushy at all. I really like coming here when staying at my guys house in Deer Park. They do a very good job on your nails and pedicures. I love the fact they don't charge an arm and a leg for every little thing. i went here last week to get my prom nails done. i had very long coffin acrylics but i wanted to change it up so i cut them and got them short and changed the shape to square. so when i first went there they took me in right away which was good. i got my pedicure done first and the lady was very nice and sweet. she did hurt me a little when she dug her finger in each of my toes to go a straight white line for french but at the end it came out good. then when it was time for my nails, she was shaving it and getting rid of the color and she cut me. bad. it hurt so bad and lasted a few days. then after the color was off, all the workers started to talk shit about me and my nails! you know when you can't understand them but you get a feeling they talking about you? well that's what happen. they were talking shit grabbing my fingers pointing at them etc etc. i should've said something. they also took an hour and a half just on my nails which felt like forever. they did come out good but idk if i've ever go back here. read more

Came here for the first time based off of the good reviews. I originally came in for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. The wait was long they only have 4 people on staff (I understand it's a small place), While getting my pedicure nail tech got up to use the bathroom and to sip some coffee.. in the middle of my pedicure. Whatever. After my pedicure I went up to get the gel manicure done which they suggested me not to get because my nails were weak (I would've rathered gel) but I trusted their word and got powder. Which didn't have the color I originally picked out so now my toes are a different color. During my manicure she hit the nail polish remover which splattered all over the place including my face. But that was left unnoticed. The price was fair but a day later all of my toes chipped. ALL and bad. I came back to get my toes fixed the girl upfront barely listened to me she heard the word pedicure and immediately told me to pick a color. Again I explained why I was back and she told me she would fix them. I was still charged for my "fix" and not to mention there's nail clippings all over the floor real and fake. I visited this place to do my eyebrows- First of all the wax was cold. Second the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. He kept going oooh and ooh, and wouldn't let me see what he was doing. He kept on trying to pull the hair with the messed up wax paper and ripped my skin off. Yes my skin was torn. I finally managed to get up and what a nightmare ...One of my eyebrow was split in two!!! I screamed at him that I will never go back there and stormed my way out.. Please take my advise don't ever do your eyebrows there!! read more
