By the morning of July 4, at least five nails had popped off--they didn't break; they completely detached. When I called the salon, there was little to no sympathy or effort to make it right. Instead, I was left walking around on a holiday looking like a T. rex with missing nails. I've been a customer before, but unfortunately, I feel the quality has declined tremendously. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.

Speaking of outside, the nail salon is located in a small shopping center type area with not a lot of parking. Since I work long hours during the week, this is the best place for me since it's a 5 min drive. Also they want tips in cash which is kind of annoying as a person who doesn't carry cash.
