This is a family run business and they treat it as such they do not overbook. I never have to wait for extended periods of time and the experience is never rushed. They listen closely to exactly what you want and I get dip powder and it lasts for three weeks with zero issues. It is a no-frills salon, but you get exactly what you ask for. I'll barely switch it up and add a design for special occasions but for the most part I like a plain ombré with translucent glitter. The service at first wasn't the greatest but it was doable because I am particular and didn't want to have to look for a new nail salon. I had made a reservation for both of us and they made her wait while they took other walk ins because I refused to have them out gel on my minor.
