Calm & Clean That's all I really need. The pedicure chairs are amazing and massage the whole body. Heated eye patches were so relaxing I almost fell asleep! I got a pedi - collagen. Def rec! The best nail salon I have been to in forever. As soon as you walk in it feels like you're walking into a clean mall since it's so huge! The decor is chic and pristine and even smells clean. The pedicure I got is still lasting 2 weeks later and was super relaxing thanks to the full body massage chair. My French pedi was $37 dollars with the grand opening sale but I cannot wait to try more pedicures from them! read more

I have previously reviewed this business and gave it three stars. It was five originally on my first day, but as I said, Shelly wasn't there any longer and she did my nails perfectly. Next appt the person I was scheduled to see was off that day so they said they'd give me the owner, but then I ended up getting somebody else. So after that I was going to give my nails a break and I went to another nail salon in my town where they convinced me to get my nails re done instead of getting off the uv gel. This was around Valentine's Day. I figured let me give Eden nail salon another chance. So a month in advance I booked for Rex. Everything came out great with my manicure however, at the end of my appointment, I was approached by another worker about my yelp review which I really didn't appreciate because I expected to be answered back on here the whole reason I go to the nail salon is to relax and tune out and not have to worry about anything like that, but they just left a sour taste in my mouth that literally they showed me my picture and go is that you the owner did speak to me, and I said exactly what I said on my other post that you know no extra effort or skill goes into nail polish with glitter or chrome, and that you know it's more experience than a regular polish I always thought glitter and chrome were regular polishes as nail art or anything like that is not being done but if that's the case and it's more this nail salon needs to be transparent about extra pricing so if you ask for glitter, they should say OK well it's not 55. It's this amount instead I was going to continue to come back, but I don't think I am anymore, especially since I was spoken to at the end of my appointment and not even offered a discount since I wasn't completely satisfied the other times, but I still came back and gave a chance. read more

That was single handedly the BEST pedicure I've ever gotten. I paid extra for the Dream pedicure and it was worth every penny. So relaxing and the massage was amazing. The salon is immaculate, clean and decorated nicely and the employees were very nice. I will definitely be going back again. I won't spend as much everytime on a pedicure but their standard pedicure is very reasonably priced too and I would imagine just as good. read more

My nails look amazing but they lost a long time, good paying customer tonight!!! my daughter and I had an appointment for nails and toes for over a week. nails went great then they took walk in customers and we sat in the pedi chairs for 40 minutes!!! UNACCEPTABLE !!! My nephew is getting married in 2 days and we trusted Eden to do a great job! Unfortunately we will have to find a place in NJ to help us at the very last minute! It's a real shame because my sisters and I have been going there for months and really liked Vivian, Steve and the staff! Huge mistake! read more

I walked in and a very nice man greeted me; I didn't have an appointment, but they saw me very quickly after walking in I got gel extensions with some crazy blue and silver star designs. I had Shelly and she was super sweet and patient I did ask for a complicated design, she jumped in head fist and delivered, this is the first nail salon I've gone too where they listened to me and did everything right and the quality is amazing the salon was also very clean and very trendy. IF i could give ZERO stars i would. I came here with my hubby he got a regular manicure no polish. I got a gel pedi and a gel manicure. First off they are very slow. The lady who was doing my nails was switched off by a man who finished off my french. He was super rude and quickly agitated huffing and puffing because I accidentally messed up a pinky nail. Terrrrrible attitude. They literally harassed me for a bigger tip after i gave them 22$ for a 118 dollar tab. They put 3 tickets down and 10$ on each looking at us like we needed to put another 10 or more on the other ticket as if it wasn't ONE bill. Then the rude man was like "usually people give a 15-20% tip" hello do the math. We gave them more them 15%. Literally so ungrateful. I was disgusted. My mom and I went there a few times. After that experience we will not be going back. read more

I am so sad. I have been coming to Eden since they first opened and had great experiences. the last time I went it went fine but started seeing small things at that appointment. I had made an appointment for today since I know they have been busy and saying it's best to make an appointment only to be kept waiting for 40 minutes without any acknowledgement. steven told me to sit in the chair before the girl he was working with before could even get up or put her shoes on as she also had a pedicure taking her coat off of the chair. I told the girl to take her time. as I sat in the chair it was just not a great experience. he had to stop multiple times to go attend to other things which I understand as an owner; but again no acknowledgement especially after having me wait 40 minutes prior. I asked for gel x and Steven asked what shape I would like. I told him almond and as gel x comes in pre shapes they had round not almond. I showed him a picture of a simple French design where he put a base color. I was not familiar with as I have had gel x for many years. he did one nail and asked what I thought as you could still see my nail underneath the paint. I expressed it to him and he told me it was because it was gel x and not uv gel. As I said again I've had the exact design and gel x for many years without my nail showing through he pulled out the regular base color. he seemed quite annoyed. when I went to pay he told me the total and i asked him to explain because it was never that much for the times I've been previously by quite a bit; where he informed me to get my nails almond shaped was a charge and of course the French tip which I was okay with. I left frustrated instead of leaving excited about my nails due to the 2 hours it took (it normally takes 45 minutes) along with the attitude of the owner and the price that was not said prior. if the wait would have been acknowledged and the pricing which again I have never paid extra and have always gotten almond nails I would have had no issue. unfortunately, as my mom, sister and two friends have started coming since I have gone and I told them about my experience; we will not be returning. read more
