I wanted to be a little extra with my graduation nails and she delivered taking her time and being meticulous in her craft. I'll barely switch it up and add a design for special occasions but for the most part I like a plain ombré with translucent glitter. The service at first wasn't the greatest but it was doable because I am particular and didn't want to have to look for a new nail salon. The service started getting worse and the nail techs would argue that what I wanted wouldn't look good. I like a clear base and they kept trying to talk me into a pink base which in my opinion doesn't look good and if I'm paying for a service I'm not going to walk around with a color I don't like. For me the last straw was when I brought my daughter with me to get our nails done for Christmas. I had made a reservation for both of us and they made her wait while they took other walk ins because I refused to have them out gel on my minor. I told them specifically due to her age regular nail polish is all we wanted. As we were finishing up one of the techs proceeded to give every customer in the salon a "Christmas gift" except me and my daughter. Which I thought was so rude. I didn't have an appointment but they took me as a walk-in. The staff were very welcoming and the spa was very clean inside. The jello pedicure is exactly how it sounds. I put my feet in jello!! It was so soft and squishy and it really made my feet feel good. A whole new spa pedicure experience. I enjoyed being asked during everything if the water temperature was okay and if everything else was okay. It's always nice to be checked on to make sure the client is comfortable. There was also a wide selection of colors! I would definitely return !
