What was once a mostly enjoyable experience had turned into a condescending, disrespectful and embarrassing situation that I paid for and tipped. It just shows the other side of *customer service* gone bad. People are stressed and you never know what is going on in someone else's life. This should be the one experience that takes all the stress away. Not add to it.

I only needed a manicure and Jayson did it for me. It was good. I mentioned that it was my first time and I got (I think) 20% off. It might have been 10%. I paid extra for the polish that is supposed to last a week. Well, it lasted 5 days. Maybe I'll give them another shot in the future but not worth paying extra for the long lasting polish.

I went on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and was still able to get seated quickly because they have a lot of staff working. The salon was very clean, and I really appreciated how careful they were about sanitation and protecting clients from infections. The technician did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was very thorough and professional. This is hands-down my new go-to spot for pedicures. I didn't try getting my nails done this time, but maybe next visit!
