If I could give less than a star I would. Incredibly horrible. Had an appointment, took me 30minutes late. Which can be understandable. However they have zero experience in acrylic nails. My nails are very sharp, not fully painted, and crooked. In addition they refused to take my three children ages 9-13. Even though they had an appointment. After taking a smoke break, came back and he refused to put a top coat on my gel nails. As soon as I left after being incredibly frustrated they got messed up. Terrible. We had a 2:00 appointment for two pedicures, got to the salon around 1:55, and sat until after 2:30 to be helped. They just left my mother sitting in the pedicure chair afterwards. The guy working in there who was in the middle of doing a woman's nails decides he was going out of a cigarette break. If I were the woman, I would have gotten up and left. I don't know how this place has so many good reviews they must be very old or there really aren't any good salons around. Got a gel manicure and the same day my nails began to chip, I also realized half of them weren't even straight, I called to let them know I needed to have them fixed, and would only be able to come in Friday, they told me ok come first thing Friday morning. I waited 40 minutes and no one showed up to open the salon, as I was waiting tons of people showed up for their appointment so I left. I came back Saturday, and another woman tried to fix my nails but did a worse job then the first because she was rushing. I could've painted them better. Instead of removing the nail polish around my nail with nail polish remover she continued to cut my skin. SAVE YOUR MONEY, THERE ARE OTHER SALONS. Three strikes and you're out! I originally had gel nails done here twice. (Manicure and pedicure) The first time the technician accidentally cut my nail too short and tried to glue it back together. It did not last and I had to file down my nail two-three days later. The next time I had the gel done, it looked good until I went outside and saw all the bubbles in the finish of my manicure. So , like a fool that I am, I returned a third time, but this time to give my nails a rest and get a regular lacquer manicure, no gel. Sadly, it only lasted 1 day or so before the polish wore off on a couple of my nails. Although Atelier is reasonably priced...you get what you pay for...poor quality workmanship. I learned my lesson and will not return!!!! read more

First timer last Tuesday- made an appointment 15 minutes before I came in. I was attended to immediately. Very clean, nicely decorated. No cheesy posters. No ripped and taped-up furniture. There were plexiglass panels up to protect from Covid. They wore masksI CeCe Did my mani pedi. My toes are still intact. My nails didn't chip until yesterday! Full disclosure: I paid $5 extra for better polish. The only thing I'd have changed was the way the polish was applied- it was not as close to the cuticle as I'd have liked, so it looked as if it was "growing out" faster than it was. read more

I used to love this salon, yet I regret to share that my latest experience was not so pleasant due to a painful infection I received in my finger. Months have passed and I am still dealing with the infection. It has gotten to the point where I had to see a dermatologist who put me on antibiotics. I can only speak to their pedicure quality, but it's *chefs kiss* - I have never had a poor experience here!! They have newer massage chairs, and their manicure stations appear to be up-to-date as well. I would recommend making an appointment because although the salon itself is spacious, they seem to always be understaffed (maybe 2 or 3 techs working at any given time). The location is within a shopping center with a very odd/somewhat tight parking lot, so be mindful of that as well. My reasons for knocking off a star are as followed: Any time I have made an appointment, I still had to wait for service...When you have a scheduled day, that can feel a bit like defeating the purpose. Additionally, I don't really feel their COVID-19 protocols are sufficient at times. If there are 5 pedicure chairs, why would you choose to seat me in a chair next to another patron RIGHT BEHIND SOMEONE GETTING OUT OF THAT CHAIR?! No sanitizing, nothing. I politely declined and requested to be seated one chair over, which thankfully the man obliged. Lastly after trying to seat me in the just used pedicure chair, he then offered me THAT CUSTOMERS (yes, the one that just left the pedi chair) water bottle. Um, sir, I have eyes. I just think in these days/times a certain decorum and attention to these details is important *shrugs*. Regardless, the prices are comparable to other salons in the area, so no surprises there. Waited over an hour for a manicure and pedicure with barely an acknowledgment when walking through the door. Granted I didn't have an appointment, but again, no assurance of when I would be serviced. Even a patron on her way out commented about how patient I was. After politely asking if I should leave or whether I would be serviced fairly soon, they put me in a chair. Another woman walks in and although we look nothing alike, they start preparing to service her. I guess they couldn't tell the difference between the two of us due to the braids. Don't want to make it a color issue, but I can't help to feel that that's what it was. I simply walked out. Extremely disappointed and will never return again. Workers were extremely rude to my friend. She had an appointment for 4 PM and they had her sit and wait. Meanwhile, they took 2 4:30 PM appointments ahead of her instead of taking her. By 4:40 PM we just left and went to a different nail salon who was less rude and more accommodating. Went in for a gel pedicure. Not sure if I caught the nail tech on a bad day but she completely cut off my big toe that it wasn't even with my other foot, did not know how to properly remove ingrown nails, didn't paint my entire toe nail and in the middle of my pedicure the water overflowed so she turned the jets off for the rest of my pedicure. Mid way I ended up getting a regular pedicure because I did not want to pay for gel when I knew I'd be getting them done again somewhere else. My friend got a pedicure with me and enjoyed every second of hers! Lots of colors, but I didn't enjoy my experience with my nail tech. read more
