Walked in to get a pedi without an appointment. I was greeted warmly, and taken right away. Very clean, comfortable environment. Pricing pretty much the same as other local places ($35 for a pedi with 10min massage). The pedicure itself was pretty good. A little jagged on the polish near the base. The foot massage was more of a rubdown compared to other places I've been. But overall, the experience was good and I would go back read more

If I could give less than a star I would. Incredibly horrible. Had an appointment, took me 30minutes late. Which can be understandable. However they have zero experience in acrylic nails. My nails are very sharp, not fully painted, and crooked. In addition they refused to take my three children ages 9-13. Even though they had an appointment. After taking a smoke break, came back and he refused to put a top coat on my gel nails. As soon as I left after being incredibly frustrated they got messed up. Do not recommend, not even a little!!!! read more

I don't know how this place has so many good reviews they must be very old or there really aren't any good salons around. Got a gel manicure and the same day my nails began to chip, I also realized half of them weren't even straight, I called to let them know I needed to have them fixed, and would only be able to come in Friday, they told me ok come first thing Friday morning. I waited 40 minutes and no one showed up to open the salon, as I was waiting tons of people showed up for their appointment so I left. I came back Saturday, and another woman tried to fix my nails but did a worse job then the first because she was rushing. I could've painted them better. Instead of removing the nail polish around my nail with nail polish remover she continued to cut my skin. SAVE YOUR MONEY, THERE ARE OTHER SALONS. Also they do not sterilize their nail clippers nor do they use disposable files. read more

Terrible. We had a 2:00 appointment for two pedicures, got to the salon around 1:55, and sat until after 2:30 to be helped. They just left my mother sitting in the pedicure chair afterwards. The guy working in there who was in the middle of doing a woman's nails decides he was going out of a cigarette break. If I were the woman, I would have gotten up and left. Never again will I step foot in this place. read more

They care about their customers nails. They are very nice and friendly and they play my favorite music, Pop, Rap, and Hip-Hop!

Very impressed with this new salon! I easily made an appointment for yesterday and Wendy did my pedicure. She was great. I did not get my nails done this time but I will update once I do. $20 pedicure and the place was spotless. They even brought out little bottles of water for us! Have I finally found my REGULAR nail spot?! I hope so! 7/18/21 read more

Three strikes and you're out! I originally had gel nails done here twice. (Manicure and pedicure) The first time the technician accidentally cut my nail too short and tried to glue it back together. It did not last and I had to file down my nail two-three days later. The next time I had the gel done, it looked good until I went outside and saw all the bubbles in the finish of my manicure. So , like a fool that I am, I returned a third time, but this time to give my nails a rest and get a regular lacquer manicure, no gel. Sadly, it only lasted 1 day or so before the polish wore off on a couple of my nails. Although Atelier is reasonably priced...you get what you pay for...poor quality workmanship. I learned my lesson and will not return!!!! read more

This is my first time going to this salon.... I love love love it! Best one I have been so far... beautiful work and amazing customer service... they were super nice and def. did not make me feel uncomfortable while they communicate in their own language. It seemed genuine that they were just discussing about work related stuff. Other places I have been to, makes me feel as if they are talking about me % recommended and did I mention it was super clean read more

First timer last Tuesday- made an appointment 15 minutes before I came in. I was attended to immediately. Very clean, nicely decorated. No cheesy posters. No ripped and taped-up furniture. There were plexiglass panels up to protect from Covid. They wore masksI CeCe Did my mani pedi. My toes are still intact. My nails didn't chip until yesterday! Full disclosure: I paid $5 extra for better polish. The only thing I'd have changed was the way the polish was applied- it was not as close to the cuticle as I'd have liked, so it looked as if it was "growing out" faster than it was. read more

What a nightmare. I made an appointment for my niece and myself and they pretended I had no appointments. They were nasty and accused me of lying. Disgraceful business. Went there today for a regular mani pedi with an appointment. Waited 20 minutes only to deal with a rude person!! She was cleaning under my nails she dug so deep it hurt.. I told her your hurting me, her reply was we do this to every customer!!! I will never go back again!! I should have not left her a tip. She didn't say thank you!! Beside all this do they think that I am that stupid that I don't know they are talking about me in there own language!! Such fools!! Disgusted in Commack read more

Amy did an amazing job!! Took her time and filed my nails beautifully. I came to Atelier Nail after multiple bad experiences at Gel Factory and am so glad I found this hidden gem. Yep, awesome! I was looking for a really lavish and relaxing pedicure. They're my not-so-secret addiction, so I'm pretty hard to impress. Sarah did not disappoint. I used to love this salon, yet I regret to share that my latest experience was not so pleasant due to a painful infection I received in my finger. Months have passed and I am still dealing with the infection. It has gotten to the point where I had to see a dermatologist who put me on antibiotics. I unfortunately had to stop going to this salon. read more

Came for a pedicure today and it was great, my friend and I enjoyed the service but we had to wait because they mistakenly took two other people who had walked in right when we showed up for our scheduled appointment. They wanted us to come back later but fit us in after we said we would leave if they couldn't accommodate us. Hopefully this isn't a regular issue, as we would like to return. I'll update my review next time! read more

I can only speak to their pedicure quality, but it's *chefs kiss* - I have never had a poor experience here!! They have newer massage chairs, and their manicure stations appear to be up-to-date as well. I would recommend making an appointment because although the salon itself is spacious, they seem to always be understaffed (maybe 2 or 3 techs working at any given time). The location is within a shopping center with a very odd/somewhat tight parking lot, so be mindful of that as well. My reasons for knocking off a star are as followed: Any time I have made an appointment, I still had to wait for service...When you have a scheduled day, that can feel a bit like defeating the purpose. Additionally, I don't really feel their COVID-19 protocols are sufficient at times. If there are 5 pedicure chairs, why would you choose to seat me in a chair next to another patron RIGHT BEHIND SOMEONE GETTING OUT OF THAT CHAIR?! No sanitizing, nothing. I politely declined and requested to be seated one chair over, which thankfully the man obliged. Lastly after trying to seat me in the just used pedicure chair, he then offered me THAT CUSTOMERS (yes, the one that just left the pedi chair) water bottle. Um, sir, I have eyes. I just think in these days/times a certain decorum and attention to these details is important *shrugs*. Regardless, the prices are comparable to other salons in the area, so no surprises there. Truthfully, they give a mean pedicure so it's worth it to me. read more

***Update: I made an appointment this time* and I got a powder manicure and gel pedicure. They really are one of the best salons in this area...I find myself shopping around less and less the more I come here for nail services. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY WILL GET YOU IN. Walk-ins are too hit or miss as they are always busy. read more

Clean, friendly tech and she did a beautiful job! I made an appointment and they were available when I arrived - no complaints.

I have to say, this place is clean and fast. Always make appointment so you can get right in. I started getting SNS done and they do a great job. Pedicures are fantastic. I recently did the Green Tea Pedi. Worth every penny. read more

Workers were extremely rude to my friend. She had an appointment for 4 PM and they had her sit and wait. Meanwhile, they took 2 4:30 PM appointments ahead of her instead of taking her. By 4:40 PM we just left and went to a different nail salon who was less rude and more accommodating. They were very unprofessional and laughed when we asked why they took 2 4:30 PM appointments before her. read more

Went in for a gel pedicure. Not sure if I caught the nail tech on a bad day but she completely cut off my big toe that it wasn't even with my other foot, did not know how to properly remove ingrown nails, didn't paint my entire toe nail and in the middle of my pedicure the water overflowed so she turned the jets off for the rest of my pedicure. Mid way I ended up getting a regular pedicure because I did not want to pay for gel when I knew I'd be getting them done again somewhere else. My friend got a pedicure with me and enjoyed every second of hers! Lots of colors, but I didn't enjoy my experience with my nail tech. read more

Waited over an hour for a manicure and pedicure with barely an acknowledgment when walking through the door. Granted I didn't have an appointment, but again, no assurance of when I would be serviced. Even a patron on her way out commented about how patient I was. After politely asking if I should leave or whether I would be serviced fairly soon, they put me in a chair. Another woman walks in and although we look nothing alike, they start preparing to service her. I guess they couldn't tell the difference between the two of us due to the braids. Don't want to make it a color issue, but I can't help to feel that that's what it was. I simply walked out. Extremely disappointed and will never return again. I'm in the business of servicing, so I know what it is to service clients and this just wasn't it! read more

Price is decent which is why i have stuck around. They do very basic nails - nothing fancy. I only come for the pedicures when i absolutely dont feel like driving to my usual spot in Nassau. I only get a regular pedicure because i noticed that they dont really spend too much time -if any- cleaning your nails or even scrubbing your feet for more than 20 seconds per foot. I pay to pretty much just have my toes painted . read more
