Has good serive but we had to wait 10 mins on weekend . Vibe was very strong the workers were so kind and happy

Not really ombré effect but she tried

I came in just to get a powder manicure. I asked who I presumed was the main nail tech/owner(?)/manager(?) if they could do an ombré effect with powder and was told yes. I they were very nice and spoke very well but to be completely honest with you I spent $65 on a powder manicure and it just isn't good. I am assuming because the ombré counts as a design which is always extra at every nail salon ever to exist - that would warrant the high price...the ombré effect is essentially non existent it is very subtle and is more of a block color effect closer to a French but not? Also, the amount of powder she used...my nails are very, very thick. Then when I left, I noticed 2 of my nails were messed up so I walked back in for them to be fixed, she had no problem fixing them but instead of putting the powder top coat on she filed and buffed all my nails on the one hand and then painted over the powder with gel...? This whole process took close to 2 hours, and truthfully, I am not really happy with the final result. **Update** a few days later the *UV GEL TOP COAT* (which I knew she should not have put on top of my powder) flaked off of every nail on my one hand except one. I'm going to go back and see if they will fix it...standby for further updates on this. ***2nd update*** I went in and explained to the woman that they put regular UV top coat on top of a powder gel manicure and it flaked off. At first she asked me to come back cause they were "short staffed on a Monday" but I insisted that I couldn't come back later and I would wait...so she stopped what she was doing and buffed out my nails and put the correct top coat on my powder gel and then they looked better after she finished. Final thoughts: I honestly don't know that I would come back here. When I get my nails done, I like to just have them done for the 2 weeks and then go back with no problems or hassles in between - whenever I have to return to the nail salon prior to the 2 weeks, it's always a red flag for me. The biggest redeeming quality of this place is that the staff is really nice with good customer service by all accounts BUT I have paid LESS and had LESS problems with other nail salons in this general area.

Results of my pedicure a week later having paid extra for their long lasting polish !

Got my nails done and barely 2 days after, almost a whole hand of nails were gone. Wasted, expensive, not worth it. Find a different salon!

They are always very friendly and patient. Very clean salon and good prices. I get gel manicures and they last a long time.

The nail techs were all busy when I went there and they had people lined up waiting to have their nails done. Maybe I'll try it one of these days. I usually get a pedicure , and do my own nails bc my job makes my nails a mess anyway . So today was a treat. Well it turned to an (hour +) nightmare instead. The girl got the red dip all over my hands, cuticles and my nails looked like chiclet gum. Thick is an understatement.. I had to ask the nail tec to thin them out numerous times and clean my cuticles and fingers .. while the owner/ manager gave me an attitude and told me it was my nails .. and I must have never gotten dip before ! I work in a salon , and have numerous times not to mention the color was everywhere on my fingers and palms . She didn't like my comment and spoke about be in her native language with an attitude the whole time .. finally after having filed my skin (yes you heard me correctly) and nipping at my skin with the cuticle nipper ... here's the "beautiful" job they were satisfied with ....needless to say I'm not And they charged me full price . They look like my toes , they are so thick and weird ... so embarrassed of my hands . I'd take it off but my fingers are in agony at the moment from the abuse ..
