They do not take reservations so it's a first come first serve situation here. I've come twice now. I got a manicure the first time and a pedicure and nail fixed a second time. It is busy but they do have a lot of workers so the wait isn't too long. I can be pretty picky with how I like my nails done, but she was able to deliver what I wanted perfectly. I had the same lady twice so I can speak for the others but I will definitely be back.

When I first spoke with Stephanie, I was told to come in on a Saturday and simply wait for a time when they weren't busy. Since I don't have unlimited time to spend waiting around, I chose not to do that. A few days later, I called back to request a Saturday or Sunday appointment for a later date. At that point, I was informed that Groupon appointments are only accepted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. These restrictions were not disclosed on the Groupon voucher, but I complied and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 6:00 PM. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at 5:56 PM and informed the staff that I had a Groupon, as instructed on the voucher. I was immediately told that I might have to wait or could come back another day. Since I had already arranged my schedule around this appointment, I chose to stay and wait. Shortly afterward, another customer arrived for a 6:00 PM appointment and was taken before me, despite arriving later. When I pointed out that I had arrived first, my concern was ignored. I ultimately waited until 6:50 PM before being called back, and the salon closes at 7:30 PM. The service itself, performed by another technician, was adequate. My nails came out fine, but the appointment felt rushed. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling as though I was treated as less important because I was using a Groupon. I had to make multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, work around undisclosed restrictions, and then wait nearly an hour despite arriving on time and having a scheduled appointment. While the final result was acceptable, the customer service experience was disappointing. Personally, I won't be returning. If you decide to visit, I would recommend booking directly rather than purchasing a Groupon. Businesses choose to participate in Groupon promotions, and customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for using them.

I like very close and I work from home and like everyone else, have a schedule . It's not until 9:50ish that a van will pull up and everyone files out and rushes to get to their 930 clients . So your nails really are not getting started til after 10.
