There were tons of color choices for the gel pedicure, which is what my service of choice was. The technician was very kind and did a great job. I am very happy and relaxed this evening thanks to my time at Best nails. I look forward to returning and I highly recommend the services available to anyone. Another amazing thing is that they have a card that they stamp every time you visit and after 10 visits, there is a perk available. I love a good promotion so that was even more surprising. Well done, Best nails!

As a long‑standing customer, I find this treatment unacceptable. It demonstrates a lack of appreciation for customer loyalty and highlights the poor customer service I have experienced at this location. I will not be returning as a result of the poor customer service and attitude received.

TRASHY SERVICE WITH SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES CHRISTINE KIM…read moreDO BETTER Very Disappointing Experience I called this salon and was told they weren't busy and that I could come in at 10 AM. However, once I mentioned that I found the business through Groupon, the entire tone and energy of the conversation changed. I was essentially made to feel like I was less of a customer simply because I was using a Groupon. I was told that I wasn't a "regular paying customer," which came across as extremely disrespectful and made it very clear that Groupon customers may not be treated the same as customers paying full price. That raises the question: What's the point of offering services on Groupon if you don't want to accommodate Groupon customers? A customer is a customer. If a business chooses to advertise on Groupon, people should not be made to feel unwanted or like they're inconveniencing the business for using the promotion being advertised. Based on this interaction alone, I decided not to go. First impressions matter please avoid this business.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with this nail salon…read more I found them through Groupon and purchased a voucher before calling to schedule an appointment. When I first spoke with Stephanie, I was told to come in on a Saturday and simply wait for a time when they weren't busy. Since I don't have unlimited time to spend waiting around, I chose not to do that. A few days later, I called back to request a Saturday or Sunday appointment for a later date. At that point, I was informed that Groupon appointments are only accepted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. These restrictions were not disclosed on the Groupon voucher, but I complied and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 6:00 PM. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at 5:56 PM and informed the staff that I had a Groupon, as instructed on the voucher. I was immediately told that I might have to wait or could come back another day. Since I had already arranged my schedule around this appointment, I chose to stay and wait. Shortly afterward, another customer arrived for a 6:00 PM appointment and was taken before me, despite arriving later. When I pointed out that I had arrived first, my concern was ignored. I ultimately waited until 6:50 PM before being called back, and the salon closes at 7:30 PM. The service itself, performed by another technician, was adequate. My nails came out fine, but the appointment felt rushed. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling as though I was treated as less important because I was using a Groupon. I had to make multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, work around undisclosed restrictions, and then wait nearly an hour despite arriving on time and having a scheduled appointment. While the final result was acceptable, the customer service experience was disappointing. Personally, I won't be returning. If you decide to visit, I would recommend booking directly rather than purchasing a Groupon. Businesses choose to participate in Groupon promotions, and customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for using them.

I have to say. I have really tried to give it a good shot before I came in an updated my review but…read moreit is what it is. There's a few reasons for my one star. 1. They never open on time. I like very close and I work from home and like everyone else, have a schedule . I have made several attempts to catch them as they open and get it in out first thing in the morning but out of the 5 or 6 times that I have pulled up at 9:30, they have never been open. It's not until 9:50ish that a van will pull up and everyone files out and rushes to get to their 930 clients . So your nails really are not getting started til after 10. If that's the case I would have just made a 10am appointment . That's just me. If I show up at 9:30, I expect to be able to sit down by at least 935 2. It's bad enough you are late to open, then this attitude is consistent ! I have yet to have a friendly encounter with the owner / front desk receptionist or a technician At this point it wouldn't matter how well they can do my nails if I can't get in seat on time and have to deal with rude behavior In the process.

My nail tech was extremely detail-oriented and took her time making sure everything looked right. She did about four coats of polish to get the color and finish just right, and she even helped me choose the best color. I had cut my nails myself beforehand, and I could tell she really wanted to shape and perfect them more than my short nails would allow -- she definitely takes pride in her work! I was also really happy with the cleanliness. The tools were taken out of a sealed package in front of me before she started, which I really appreciate and always look for at a nail salon. The salon itself was clean, bright, and had a huge selection of colors. My only tiny complaint is that they had the doors open, so it was a little warm inside. I personally prefer the AC, but that's completely a personal preference and wouldn't stop me from coming back. Overall, great experience, very clean, reasonably priced, and excellent attention to detail. I would definitely return!
