I had been going here for awhile and after a bad experience I stopped, but decided today to give them another chance. Beyond disappointed, I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, nothing special, she sped through it to catch up because i was waiting for thirty minutes. I asked the girl three times to keep my nails long and not cut them, she wouldn't stop with the file, after additional requests, I left with short stubby nails, and the gel manicure is extremely thick, it looks horrible so now I have to go and get them fixed elsewhere. I would recommend going elsewhere to save yourself the time and hassle. read more

I've been coming to this salon since it opened. I used to work at the office across the street and typically would get my nails and wax on my break. I go to Nicky who does great work on everything, nails, pedi, and wax. Since I no longer work across the street, I don't drive out this way anymore. This morning since I was already up I decided to go there. I came for a I arrived at 9:40 and there were two ladies doing a pedicure. They started with my pedicure first, I don't remember the ladies name but she did a great job as she always does. I got the $35 pedicure that comes with the works. Next was my SNS manicure with tips done with a coffin style. Unfortunately Nicky had a customer so Seline did my nails and it was horrible. She cut my finger when filing my thumb because of the rushing that was being done. Then on to the wax. I was about to lose my mind when I got up from my wax and still saw hair on my chin and patches on my eyebrows. While they were fixed once I brought it up I really was annoyed that I felt like she was rushing through me. The owner saw my frustrations and told me next time my wax was free. If I honestly worked in the area I would go but now I go closer to home. I've been going for years and this was the only bad experience I've had. I definitely recommend Nicky though for nails. Also, the parking is bad. read more

WOW! This nail salon is exactly what you're looking for. The price of $35 for a high quality gel manicure and regular pedicure can't be beat. I went with my sister, and cousin earlier today to get our nails done for an upcoming wedding. It is a small place with only a few technicians, so we had a small wait but they had us seated in the pedicure chairs while we waited for a technician to be ready, so it was very comfortable. The staff was attentive, and kind, and helpful. They even massaged our shoulders while I waited for the UV lights to cure my gel polish. This is a new store, just opened and the owners are great. All new equipment and amazing high end massage chairs to relax when you get your feet done. The 10 minute massage is second to none, I walked in with a minor headache and after the massage it was gone. Honestly so bummed to be writing this review but after two bad experiences here, it's time to find a new salon. When first discovering this place, it was amazing. Nice staff, clean salon and they did a great job with regular manicures and pedicures. Although the parking lot is teeny tiny, there was rarely a wait. After coming here for about two years or so, I stopped in for a manicure right before my 10 year high school reunion. The owner did my nails because they were quite busy and the entire manicure was done in about 4 minutes. I had never had such a rushed job. Parts of my nails were not painted and after drying, it was all bubbly. It was so bothersome to me that I actually asked another manicurist to come over and please fix my nails. She put a top coat of clear on, but that did not solve the issue either. My nails looked horribly rushed, bubbly and again, some nails had exposed nail without polish on it, not a good job. I didn't have time to have a new manicure done so I went home to get ready for the reunion. Within minutes, two nails were completely chipped. I thought about taking the entire manicure off completely. I was not happy. Strike one. I went two months roaming around other salons in the area but decided to give them another shot. I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and the owner was able to have two girls working on my nails at one time. One woman did my pedicure while another was working on my manicure. Not the most relaxing, but I appreciated this because I didn't think I would have enough time to get both the gel manicure and pedicure so I appreciated this gesture. This was my first time getting a gel manicure at this place and I was surprised at their color selection. It was very limited compared to other salons I had been to in the past for gel. After the pedicure was finished I went over to the manicure station to finish my gel. My toes were air drying underneath the manicure station but I was not given a dryer for them so I expected adequate time after my gel manicure to dry my toes at the dryer station. The gel manicure was odd, she put the base clear coat on and then immediately used nail polish remover and took the layer off. I was confused but didn't question it, every salon is different. After she finished the gel manicure I went to sit under the pedicure dryer even though I was told I didn't need to. I wanted to make sure this pedicure was dry so I stayed underneath the air anyways. It was towards the end of the night and the girls were ready to go on home. I said I needed a few more minutes under the dryer and the owner told me no and that my nails were fine. I felt uncomfortable so I just grabbed my keys and left. THAT NIGHT, my pedicure was completely ruined. They were in fact not dry and I wished I had adequate time to dry my toe nails and didn't feel rushed. I just needed five more minutes. Unfortunately I had a wedding the next night and was wearing open toe shoes. I had to use my own red polish to fix the nails. Strike two. Strike three comes in when four days after my gel manicure was put on, it was already chipping off. It has been a week and two days since the gel manicure and it has chipped off of five different nails. I have started to take the entire manicure off because it looks so bad. A gel manicure is expected to last longer than a week. The gel manicure and regular pedicure only cost me $35, which I thought was a fantastic deal. However, I would much rather pay $50 for a pedicure that lasts longer than 2 hours and a gel manicure that lasts longer than 6 days. read more

l've been there on many occassions because it is so close to my house, but am considering going elsewhere. There were times I have made an appointment and when I showed up, there were people waiting and I was asked to come back later - like I had nothing better to do. What is the purpose of making an appointment? The employees are competent but give you the "bum's rush" especially when they are busy. During a regular pedicure, they apply the scrub to your legs for a few seconds, but don't count on them rubbing it in which is what they need to do to exfoliate the skin. They will only do that and give you a massage with a spa pedicure which costs an extra $15. Don't count on a hand or arm massage with a manicure either. At the end of the manicure when you go under the dryer, most salon technicians will massage your shoulders . . . not this place. And if you ask them questions or tell them how you would like the service done, they will talk about you to their co-workers in Chinese. If you are not particular and want a quick mani-pedi, they are fine, but if want a place who listens to your needs and makes you feel like they care about their customers, go elsewhere. read more

My friend is a regular at this place. I agree that the owners and staff are very friendly; however, the quality of the mani / pedi is lacking and not consistent. I've only been to this place twice - once before my wedding and once after - and the service is not consistent. When I went to get my nails done for my wedding, I chose to get a gel French mani / pedi. The job they did was very detailed and I liked how my nails came out. Perhaps it was because they knew it was for my wedding that they took care in making it look good. The second time I went, I opted for a regular mani / pedi and the job they did was not good. 1) The nail polish coat was thin (I can see the unevenness if I hold my hand against light), 2) The second coat was not placed on top of the first coat so you can see where she painted the first coat and where she painted the second coat, and 3) The polish did not go to the bed of my nail so there is a bit of white near the bed so it looks like my nail already grew out when it shouldn't since I just got them done! I generally do my own nails, including designs, but opted to get it done with my friend and also so they can clean my cuticles (the salons tend to do a better job) but I feel I could have done a better job than they did this second time around. I may give them another shot - third time's a charm, right? read more

They really treat you like family. They always stop to ask you how you are and catch up with you. They remember everything! They do an amazing gel manicure & pedicure! I get it every time. The pedicures last so long that I don't even need one most of the time, but I always get one because they do it so good! The two combined only costs $35 too! I came here based on the other 2 reviews and because the pictures looked great. The other reviews are spot on! I called ahead for an appointment and when I walked in they treated me like I was a regular. They remembered my name and made me feel very welcome. It's a beautiful salon and it is very well kept! Keeping everything clean and updated seems important to them. They helped me fix my nails up and they look great! And I am very picky with how I like my nails to be done.
