When I complained they said that was for express service which didn't included the 2,minute massage and the plastic liner for there grody foot basin. I mean really i have to pay extra for not getting an infection. I also witnessed attendants walking from client to client without use of hand hygiene. As a final touch the attendant ran after me outside looking for a tip. Unbelievable!
