Lucy has done my nails every time, and I have to say they turn out perfectly! She did tips and dip for me, because of course I broke most of my nails before the trip, and they lasted an entire three weeks and still looked perfectly good when I had them removed, only because they were growing out. The salon is bright, cheery and clean. I highly recommend Jolly Nail and Spa...Lucy, May and everyone!

Nail techs were a man and a woman, possibly married couple, who were courteous. No catty drama and talking behind the clients backs, it was a calm little place. Cool ultrasound device used to trim back cuticles (mine were awful when I went in) was painless and used in addition to the clippers. Less chance of nicks and bleeding. I understand the salon has been sold since the original owner claimed this business on Yelp, so the current owner and staff cannot comment or claim this business properly.

I was planning on splurging and getting the most expensive pedicure but turns out i got the cheapest and quickest. I timed it started at 1:58- 2:11 start to finish. Hardly got a massage or pumice stone scrub. After she finished she just left never to be seen till we paid. I sat there for about 20 min while my sisters were still getting their massages. Have to say I was a bit jealous. My nail tech ended up getting a not so good tip she should work on her customer service! Terrible! Never will be back

I would not personally recommend this business. My sister and I came in last week for two pedicures…read moreand had the most peculiar experience. It did appear that they were understaffed, as we needed to do our appointments one after another, instead both at the same time, which worked out okay, but was unanticipated considering that we did specify that we had two people. My sister went first, and Kevin took care of her. He would not speak to us and was watching Roblox with his headphones on the whole time. When exfoliating her feet, he went too hard and her toe started bleeding (see pic). The painting part itself looks good, but it was smudged and she called him back over to touch it up. As per mine, I had a woman do mine around 30 minutes into the appointment when she was done with her client. I was excited because I had been watching her with her previous customer and she seemed so amicable. When she came over, I asked her if she was going to do the full exfoliation, cuticle cutting etc (because I had an ingrown toenail that was hurting me) and she started yelling at me that what I was asking her to do would be illegal and she was not permitted to do. Obviously, there was some miscommunication, but I did not appreciate being yelled at. Once she understood what I was asking, she settled down, and I tried to make conversation but she wouldn't talk to me which was overall awkward. I do like how mine turned out, but I did not enjoy how either of us were treated. We did get out in an hour which worked out, but overall, the customer service and communication aspects were incredibly lacking. We chose to go here because they were open on Sundays, but if you're looking in the area for a nail salon on another day, I feel that there are a variety of alternatives that are better. My sister's toe is starting to scab now, but we were concerned about it getting infected and we did need to use a bandaid afterwards. The one thing I will give them is that I changed my mind from a manicure to a pedicure when I came in and they did not care about it that.

It looked ok at first other than some of my old black dip showing through that wasn't entirely removed..but then a couple days later I started getting a lot of lifting and my nails would get stuck in my hair..I hate that feeling!! I wouldn't complain if it were a couple weeks, but days?? So I went back after 5 days only to get attitude. I also didn't like how spotty the white was - it was uneven and bumpy (difficult to see in pics). She told me that's normal. Um, no it's not! I've been getting dip regularly for a few years and ombré several times. The application was different from what I've gotten in the past, but I decided to give it a chance. She applied it as if I was getting the old school acrylic nails. A true ombré dip is not done this way. Upon trying to fix, she ground my nails thinner which left them more opaque. Such a crappy job, I'll never go here again and have told my friends.
