The nails look good in the picture but come out pretty bad within a few days. I've been going to one lady at another nail salon for almost 2 years but the reviews I saw on this place, I had to try. Saw Mia and requested SNS Ombre. With Sns they have to remove the other powder from before, she basically left the old powder on and dipped over it. She hardly used the drill to smooth my nails out so they look bumpy. The Ombre didn't come out right, I had to tell her to add more pink bc the White was so far down and made my nails look short and I have long natural nails. Within 4 days, they started to lift and looks like they need to be done already. Won't ever try a new place again when the girl I have is a perfectionist. If you notice in the photos I post, you'll see the lifting and the white part of the Ombre being way too far down. And I won't even get started on the cockiness.... and 55$?! For this? I had one tip put on for a break, I guess that cost me $10. I travel all over the valley for my job and have had my nails done everywhere. This is by far way overpriced. The first time I came I got a gel removal/mani they were very rushy and had me sit with my hands in acetone and must have forgot about me I sat there for about 10 mins taking my fingers out half way because they were starting to burn! The mani itself was good. Today I decided to come back because it's close to my house. I got a gel removal, pedi, and eyebrows waxed. The pedi was great besides the shaping of my toes, when she was done with my gel removal the shaping was horrible and I still had color on my nails.. when she was done she told me to sit and went to someone else so I didn't bother to tell her about my nails, I went back to get my eyebrows done which weren't even bad just needed to be cleaned up a bit when I layed day she said "oh my god" and half way through she said "wow" to me it seemed very rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional. read more

I always happy with the Nail Tech in this shop , sometimes the shop is busy i have to go to other shop but I am not happy like when I come here. If you come there you can ask Tammy do your fake nail because she can communicate with you , she is so much experience in Ombre. Most of the Nail tech in Best Nail they can speak English with you but this time i was very disappointed with the lady name Ana, she don't understand what i need, she talked Vietnamese too much while working on my feet, I don't feel relaxing at all. When I come to shop I need Nail and feet , this time i just have enough money $22 for Pedicure but Ana push me taking $32 but after she done I feel not worth it , I am unlucky this time. I have been to this nail salon about 5 to 6 times now. Every time i have been here Ive gotten a fill and pedi. My first and second visit I paid around $70-$80 before tip for the same services ive been recieving up to now. I get the same color everytime for my toes and hands, nothing different. Each time they have quoted me a different price, its never been consistant besides consistently charging over +$130 everytime. Even picking the most inexpensive pedi (which somehow turns into a $60-$80 pedi when you go to pay) with no gel, regular color is crazy to me. I mean i didnt even get a design or a different color on each toe. Even for a fill with gel, no design, ive always left paying +$130 before tip. I could understand if i was getting some designs, maybe jewels or cool colors but for the most inexpensive pedi and a fill with gel? Thats a bit ridiculous. I also dont mind paying for good work but its pretty hit and miss with them. I also find it odd that your seeing one price for a pedi but paying 2x if not 3x as much when you get to the register. When Steph rings you up she will ask the tech how much and it usually consists of them either giving her a slip of paper or saying "uhh" and then saying a random price that wasnt even close to the price you pointed out to the tech when they did your pedi. The only reason i started going here is because it was close to home but i rather make the drive to my normal nail place. I wanted to be a regular here but with what they are charging me for just a pedi and a fill with gel color I might as well go all out at my normal nail place with jewels and cool designs for the same price. It seems that each nail tech will charge what they want no matter the type of pedi you get or fill with/without a design. Damon and Christine have truly been the best nail techs ive run across. Although Christine has charged me $70 for a fill and gel color no design, while Damon has charged me $38, and Anthony has charged me $55. BIG difference considering i get the same thing everytime. Damon seems to be everyones favorite including mine for the great work he does. He puts a lot of time and effort into his work, never rushes and it always looks beautiful. If you get anything done and want a really good price id ask for Damon. Ive only had my nails done by him twice but each time has been amazing. Id highly recommend staying away from an older shorter gentlemen named Anthony i believe. Hes extremely rude and was yelling at me because i wouldnt put my hand in the UV light box fast enough. I mean he even snapped his fingers and said he would charge me more because im not fast enough and then proceeded to push my hand in and mess up the gel. When i showed him he just painted over it and said oh well i wasnt fast enough and let it cure that way. Even though i left highly upset and expressed my concern at the register and to Anthony they didnt fix it. Itd be nice if they posted their prices and stood by them verses coming to the register and being surprised each time. If each nail tech has a different rate because they have been doing nails longer or for whatever reason then let that be known to the customer. Im sorry but i dont know how a pedi and a fill with gel color turned into a crazy price tag after a couple visits. For the inconsistency I dont think ill be returning anytime soon. read more

But the quality of the services are just not there:( I'm a simple girl and I just like a gel manicure on my natural nails which nail salons think they're not going to be making money... if you do great I will tip you great. I have given them 4 chances to see if it was just one bad time, but it wasn't my gel manicure only lasts 3-4 days before chipping which is just terrible. Also I have had pedicures my whole life and played soccer with them and never had them chip before for months but my pedicures have been chipping on the second day and I'm not even playing a sport or doing anything crazy. Best Nail shop I have experienced in a very long time! First off, the staff is extremely polite and accommodating, the shop itself is very big, roomy, wheelchair accessible, and SO CLEAN! And as for the product you pay for, perfect. I had a technician (Damon) who did my nails to perfection. He made sure there was no little knicks, bumps, and that everything was straight. He took his time and you can tell he really cares about the work he provides for his clients! However, you can never get in when you do a walk in so for that reason I always make an appointment and I ALWAYS have to wait at least 30 minutes. Sometimes even an hour. I came in about a month ago for a pedicure and had a great experience. Came back in with a friend to get a full set and a polish change on my toes again no issues. Came in this past weekend for a fill and a pedicure. My fill was fine except the technician tried to upsell me on some foil flower thing even though I wanted a painted heart. Sat down at the same time as my friend for our pedicures and hers got done while I just sat and waited. Once hers was complete someone finally came over to start mine. I said never mind just change my polish as we'd been there for two hours already and I'm not making my friend sit and wait another hour...She did change it put my shoes on and lifted the chair on the arm without giving me any time to dry. I took that as a sign to just go and ended up with smeared toes. I would think that when two people come in together that they would be serviced together. I would also have expected to be taken care of before people who came in after me. Finally and this probably my own fault but my fill cost cost more than a full set?!?! Guess I should have checked the prices. I also don't care for the fact that they don't do appointments on the weekends. I tried but I won't be back Edit: On top of this after a bit of research the "gel" fill I paid $38 for ($20 more than a regular fill) was not a real gel fill.
