    Well that didn't go like I thought it would ... Ordered a TV this morning thru the Best Buy app - by paying an additional $9.99 could get it delivered today. Great!! Pay with my card, all info out in rejected. No reason why.. but when I go back to look - no security code. Added- rejected.. Check address, card number, exp date- what ican see is ##/20 . Rejected. This goes on for several times. I delete card and readd all information. When I get to exp date- I finally figure out their format is 2# and last 2# of year. Rejected. Well I had entered card so many times, my bank shut it off to check for fraud. I use Best Buy chat app and they held me figure out card was locked. Ok-I cancel tv. Go fix card. Come back reorder-and delivery is no longer available. AwwwShoot Ok- curbside it is. Get notified it's ready. Pull up in front of store-walk inside and tell greeter that I'm here for curbside pickup. He directs me to line. Go stand in line (behind 3 others) well ok?? Standing there thinking what did I miss? Go back to app and find spot to notify them I am there. I do so and am headed back to talk with greater.. sakes gal stops me and nicely asks are you here to pickup curbside. Yep! I give her my code and she says we will be right out! One winner- one star Gentleman brings it out. I purchased a 50" tv- picking up in a ford focus with seats down. Immediately says.. if you lay down it could damage the TV because there is no padding on front or back. And if you lay it down it will void the warranty. We end up propping it up at a 45 degree angle. Does that mean I lost 45% of my warranty So an app.. that yelled you nothing on a cc entry issue . So you play hunt and peck. No warning about TV handling before you buy. And no help at entry to make the experience as easy as possible. I reminded myself.. there is a reason , a big reason , that I just buy from Amazon and not Best Buy. The lesson will be repeated until I learn Ohh and I went to the Best Buy website and the Best Buy app but didn't find a place to give a review. Just the icing on the cake last but no least- the picture in their instruction showing to lay it face down-rice

From the moment we walked into Premier Kitchens and Cabinets, Dennis made us feel at ease. He immediately understood the look we were after and guided us through wood and color selections that fit our style perfectly. Dennis was incredibly patient, kind, and easy to work with. He came to our home to take measurements and learn what we liked about our existing setup--what worked, what didn't, and how he could improve our storage and overall functionality. He even pointed us toward vendors to help us find the perfect hardware. Their entire team--from countertop to cabinet installers--was prompt, professional, detail-oriented, and just really nice to have in our home. When an issue with the flooring came up that could have affected the quality of the cabinet install, Jesse (the owner) stepped in right away, paused the project, and helped us figure out the right solution. He clearly cares about the quality of their work and their clients' homes. Throughout the process, they helped us problem-solve whenever something came up and made sure the final result matched our needs and vision. We couldn't be more pleased with how our kitchen turned out. Thanks to insurance delays, this was a long process and I hope to never do it again--but if I had to, I'd hire Premier Kitchens and Cabinets again in a heartbeat. I ordered a professional range 2 months ago, and today was the fourth delivery attempt--which I ultimately declined and requested a refund. Four separate delivery days where I planned my day around and cancelled plans because of delivery. It takes A LOT for me to write a bad review. I am absolutely baffled by the level of incompetence from the sales team at Kelly's. I would never recommend buying from them. If your appliance arrives in perfect condition, consider yourself lucky--you do not want to deal with this company if anything goes wrong. I still have not received a single unprompted phone call. Delivery Attempt #1: The stove arrived and when the protective tape was pulled off, it left residue everywhere and the stainless steel looked damaged. I declined delivery. Frustrating but understand it's no one's fault. However, one of the delivery people and our sales person implied that we should just give it a little elbow grease ourselves. We paid several thousand dollars for a new stove, I think that is unreasonable to tell a customer to do that. It was taken back to the store, where the sales staff supposedly "cleaned" it. No call from our salesperson to schedule new delivery. Delivery Attempt #2: The following week, they attempted delivery again. It still wasn't in acceptable condition, so I declined it again. Our sales person was not friendly and acted like we were being unreasonable. I ordered a brand new stove so I think it's pretty reasonable to want in perfect condition upon arrival. So they then ordered a completely new stove. Again, no one called me about a timeline or delivery. Delivery Attempt #3: My delivery window was 11:45-3:45, but they didn't show up until 6:30 PM. I received zero communication--I had to call repeatedly just to get updates on arrival time. I have a toddler and a stove I couldn't use because they kept saying they were arriving any minute. The new stove arrived with the exact same tape issue. Frustrated, I begrudgingly allowed them to bring the stove inside with the promise that a cleaning crew would come the next week-- still not convinced that they would be able to get it cleaned, but so frustrated that I had been sitting at home for hours waiting and wanted to just get it done. The installers pulled out my old stove, brought the new one in, and after working through dinnertime, bathtime, and bedtime for my toddler, they informed me at 8:30 PM that they couldn't install it because they didn't have the correct fittings. This was the first time anyone mentioned a professional installer. Again, communication has been nonexistent the entire time aside from automated delivery confirmations. Since I couldn't be without a stove with a toddler, they had to bring back my old stove and reinstall. They left our home at 9:00 PM--from a window that was supposed to end at 3:45 PM. After going back and forth with the manager, we finally arranged a professional delivery team for the following week. Delivery Attempt #4 (Today): Yet again, the stove arrived in unacceptable condition despite attempts to clean it. The installer tried to clean it and even he agreed the stainless steel looked permanently damaged. At this point, I requested a full refund. Throughout this entire ordeal, not once did anyone from Kelly's reach out to us--no updates, no apologies, no communication at all. They issued a refund but still no call. Every single time, we had to call them. I wasted four days sitting waiting for this range, clearing out a path for delivery and canceling plans. The only positive part of this experience was the delivery crews themselves. They were polite and did the best they could with the situation they were given. Jose, Chris L, Lander and Chris H were awesome and understanding of our frustrations. The professional installer that came today (I believe his name was Gary) was also very professional and friendly.

    I recently purchased several Bosch appliances from Kelly's Appliance Center in Salem, including a…read morerefrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. After receiving a call that all of my appliances were ready for pickup at their warehouse, my husband went to collect them--only to find that the stove I had purchased had been sold to someone else by one of Kelly's sales associates. We were told we would have to wait for a replacement stove to be delivered. As a cottage baker, a reliable stove is essential to my business. Unfortunately, the replacement stove did not cook my products correctly. When I contacted Kelly's to report the issue, they were dismissive of my concern and I was told that their return policy only covers a five-day window--essentially leaving me with no recourse. Three weeks later, a new control panel was installed on the stove, but there's no guarantee this will resolve the issue. I can't shake the suspicion that I was given a returned or defective unit from the beginning. Sadly, this experience has completely eroded my trust in Kelly's Appliance Center. As well as the quality and reliability of Bosch stoves. I chose Kelly's because I believed they would offer superior service and support, but unfortunately, my experience has proven otherwise. I would not choose to do business with them again.

My old dishwasher was still working, but was making a lot of noise and was slowly dying. I removed my old dishwasher last night and had it sitting in my kitchen ready to be hauled away. At 8:15 am they called me and told me they accidentally sold my dishwasher to another customer, and now the don't have anymore. They apologized and said they might be able to deliver different in stock model soon if I wanted to change my order. I asked if soon, meant today. The sales person said probably not. We drove to their store, and looked at the other comparable dishwashers, but they all had features my wife did not like. So we asked how long to get another one of same model we had ordered. They said 1.5 to 2 weeks. I said, that since I didnt want to go 2 weeks without a dishwasher, I would have to re-install my old dying dishwasher and then remove it again in 2 weeks. What a PITA. I then asked for free delivery, install and haul away, since their F'up was costing a lot time and effort. The salesperson went to see if management would okay this request. Management did not. The best they would do was knock about $100 off their fees. I then canceled the order, and ordered from HD. With delivery and haul away included, it was about $60 less than Stover. Plus I could get it in 3 days. So, we got the model we wanted for less money and a much sooner delivery. So I'm not impressed with Stover's customer service, or really doing anything helpful after such a monumental F'up. I was specifically going with a local business because I thought they would have better customer service. I am very disappointed.

Unfortunately, many of the products have not held up to reasonable standards. Sofa cushions lost all support within 1-2 years, despite costing over $1,000. A $3,000 laundry set failed after just 3 years and had to be replaced. A beautiful $1,000 queen bed purchased around 2021 had the frame and slats break underneath. Their typical process involves sending someone to confirm the damage, then reporting it to the manufacturer. You're often left waiting--sometimes six months--for a resolution, like a replacement cushion, and only after repeatedly following up. In the end, their position is clear: if you're buying for a rental, you should expect their products not to last, and it's not their responsibility.
