    I was on a weekend getaway at Oceanside. I stayed there as it was close to the pickleball tourney I was attending in San Clemente. I forgot my portable charger at home... bummer! I knew I would be taking lots of photos so I needed my phone to be fully charged at all times. I found this Best Buy nearby where I was staying so I decided to drop by here to buy a portable charger. The nice gentleman near the front entrance was very helpful. I asked him what he would recommend for a good solid slim light weight portable charger. He quickly said Anker is his go-to brand. He directed me to the aisle that had the goods. I saw one that fit the bill so I bought it. It was about $40+. Thank you young man for your recommendation! Check out was easy. I had some questions after my purchase. The same nice gentleman continued to assist me in answering my questions. Thank you again! My visit was very pleasant all around. Here's the not so great part... after I got back to my resort, I wanted to fully charge my new portable charger for the next day use. Unfortunately, it wouldn't fully charge for whatever reason. I think it was defective. I ended up not using it throughout my weekend because I couldn't as it didn't charge fully. I had to return it at another Best Buy location because I had already left Oceanside. It's all good. I ended up going back to my INIU portable charger. Thank you anyway Best Buy!

    I needed to exchange my previous corded 2 line Phone that was ordered for me by Omar an employee who works for this Best Buy Store. Omar ordered the wrong kind of phone for me on my previous visit to Best Buy. I drove over to this Best Buy Store yesterday on Thursday, July 26, 2024 in the late afternoon and I spoke to Jacob who has 17 years of experience working with the Cordless Phones with Answering Machines and also Jacob has a wide range or experience working with the Apple IPhones including the newest models on the Apple IPhone 14, 15 and 16. I was recommended to get assistance from Jacob by Yasmine who works in the customer service department at this Best Buy Store. I told Jacob that I wanted to exchange my previous phone that has a cord on it and the big buttons are too large for me. This phone hat Omar sold to me is an Office Phone and I wanted a Cordless Telephone with an Answering Machine that is a Panasonic Brand. Jacob recommended to me to buy this Panasonic Two Line Phone that includes 2 phone handsets with batteries included and a build in Answering Machine. The price is $74.99 that is the total cost with the sales tax and the 2 year Best Buy Insurance plan. I did buy this phone system that Jacob has recommended to me yesterday. I did receive $3.00 off from me exchanging this other phone I bought from Omar and I was charged for this new Panasonic 2 Phone Handsets with the Answering Machine in the Silver Color. This price was cheaper by $3.00 less at $74.99 than I had paid the $77.99 before from Omar. Jacob gave me excellent customer service and he was very knowledgeable in speaking to me regarding choosing the correct landline telephone that suited by needs. Also Yasmine who works in the customer service department, Yasmine was very helpful and friendly toward me in paging Jacob to help me. Also Jason who greeted me when I walked into the front door, Jason was very helpful also in directing me to the customer service department to be helped ASAP. Every one of these Best Buy Employees that I had spoken to yesterday were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the right Panasonic Phone System with the Answering Machine. It saved me a lot of time and money for my budget.

    It's been over 2 weeks now trying to get stove installed level and correctly against the 2" counter that runs behind the stove. They installed an additional 3" piece of metal that if the installers read the installation information would find that 3" vent is not required. Who wants a stove sticking out an additional 3"?????? I've been left hanging on the line so many times I am now going into the store and will make my presence known that people should not buy any appliances from NOT best buy!

    We are very pleased with our new TV installation experience with Best Buy's Brendton and Alex. The notifications of arrival were timely and helpful, the installation was efficient, they came in with shoe booties, and they were kind, knowledgeable and patient with explaining how to work the new TV. They also showed me, and left me notes, on how to use my laptop through the TV. And, our kittens just love playing in the TV box! :) We were nervous about the installation as the old TV was heavy and up high, but they handled everything very professionally and it was a great experience all around; thank you for being so accommodating and very helpful. Thank you so much!

    my daughter bought me a $300 espresso machine and accidentally lost the receipt. The expression machine broke and stopped working after three weeks when I went to the store they would do nothing to help me. I was shocked by how little the employees cared for their customers. I have never experienced such low customer care experience in my life from any store or restaurant I would never buy anything from Best Buy and would recommend everybody stay away. they also informed me that even if we did have a receipt, they would not help me exchange it then they offered that if I wanted to pay an extra $50 for an executive membership, they would exchange it.

The very next day I told him that I was having problems with it. He offered to come back and take a look at it. He did come back (again not when he promised), and once again told me it was fine and if it acted up again he would replace it. Well, it did, and not only did he never come back to replace it, but he has left all three of my texts on read without even responding for a month. So much for a 90 day warranty. Do not buy from him!! Buy anywhere else, you're better off taking a risk on a used one because this 90 day warranty is completely fictitious. He does not honor it. Judging by the other reviews and comments this is not a rare occurence, seems like he sold a couple other broken washers to people and refused to honor his "90 day warranty" as well.

Iziquel who sold me the range said he would replace the part that caused the clicking. He came back with the wrong part. After waiting for the part for weeks and daily calls Iziquel has chosen to completely ignore me. I have a 3 months full money back warranty with GTO and finally told them to pick up the range and refund my money. I have been chasing after Iziquel and have been promised 6 times that he would show up. All lies. Very slippery place and dishonest people. Stay away from this place. If you should discover something is wrong with your appliance after purchase you will never get your money back. If I could give this place a 0 or -10 I would. A place like this has no place being in business. I will make sure I tell everyone I know and will post in as many places as possible including better business bureau. Angry customer

Igor was great (he is the senior technician that finally came out after many complaints and frustration). Maybe request him from the get-go to have a better overall experience. I wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid this company at all costs. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had trying to get my washing machine fixed. Our washer wasn't draining so we called Steve's appliance repair and they sent out a technician next day. He said needed to order a part and would come back when it arrived. 2 days later he came out and "fixed" the machine, but the first time we used it, it was still having the exact same issue. I called them 4 times over the course of the next 2 days to see when they could come out again and each time they said they would call me back... never did. I finally karen'ed them on the phone and they agreed to send someone next day. Well guess what, it's next day and they just called to say the technician is sick and they are not sure when he will be able to come out. They are offering no solution, and when I requested that they just close my file so I can use another service, they said no. We have now had a broken washer for a week and after many phone calls and texts, I am beyond frustrated and will never use this company again.
