I was looking for a tree trimmer to remove 5 ficus trees from my backyard. Each tree was over 25 ft tall. The trees were growing along the back wall and very close to the swimming pool. I knew this was going to be a complicated job plus I needed the roots completely removed. I contacted several tree trimmers. I ended up choosing Fernando not only because he was competitively priced but because he is very courteous and punctual. He showed up on time to our appointment. He was considerate and understood my time constraint. The job took two days and I paid him when they were done. Over the weekend we started working in that area and noticed some roots were still in the ground. I texted Fernando to let him know. And his immediate response was "I'll take care of it". And he did. His crew came back Monday night after they were done with their day jobs and removed the rest of the roots in the dark. That says a lot about his integrity. Consumer Beware. Fernando claimed to be insured and presented me with a copy of his E&O liability policy. Turned out the policy is no good and was cancelled in March 2019. His business card has a business license # on it that can't be found. Before hiring him he assured me he was licensed and insured; and his equipment and vehicles did not leak oil. Wrong! They spilled hydraulic oil and oil spots all over our concrete and stone work. I asked him to clean up the oil and he did not know how. I provided some solvent, but his pressure washer did not work. They used our pressure washer and left it broken without telling me. The oil stains remain throughout the property and on the street. For the past 10 days he has promised to return and has repeatedly stood us up. read more

Prompt and very professional tree removal company / crew I will definitely use again. Got three estimates and these guys came in cheapest and offered services day of for my home in Encino Ca. YES thank you! Removal of a huge eucalyptus tree was no easy feat, but they took care of business. The workers were professionally dressed with a smile. Hauling Trucks with company logo managed to take away the huge stump pieces and they used a grinder to turn branches to mulch. By the time they cleaned up it was as if the tree never existed. I asked fernando if he could remove 3 stumps and remove all the branches that me and my father in law cut down.
